Great guy took my car to him to get subwoofers installed and am very pleased. He was able to use the equipment that i had and was priced very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service down to earth guy he did my remote start, sensor windows, installed speakers I loved them all. I will go to him with all my cars. highly recommend. Just went recently for a question about how much to install a aftermarket radio and he ended up helping me and teaching me.

Excellent customer service! Called him to ask a question about my LED headlights, he asked me to bring him the car so he can look at it. He figured out a way to solve the problem and saved me a whole lot of money! I would definitely recommend him from now on! Thank you so much Carlito!!

Best customer service I ever had.Called Carlito about getting an auto start .told me to bring it in he looked at the car told me it all ready had one helped me figure out what key fob it needed so it would work.i ordered it took back to him and he programmed it for me .he also helped me out with my daughters car her auto start was not working he looked at and in a couple of minutes it was working.He could of told me I needed two new auto starts I wouldn't of known any better .in stead he was honest and saved me alot of money.If you need anything go here you will not be disappointed.

This place is hidden away in Downtown Reading so please don't stay away from it just because of its location. The owner Carlos and his son are both very knowledgeable and friendly people and will go above and beyond to help you. In my case it was not a typical installation of the audio system rather an add-on and that too a non typical sort. Carlos was patient and helped me tremendously with it. In short Carlito's Way is highly recommended in my books.

Excellent installation and great service!!!!Carlos installed amps and subs in two of my vehicles. Never had to tighten a screw once excellent excellent installation. I highly recommend Carlitos way for any of your car audio needs.

I have been to Carlitos Way shop over a year ago but this review is not about that. It is about the help, advice, and knowledge he shared when I called with a question about a remote start and bypass module I installed in my car. There was 1 wire I didn't understand where to connect and he explained the terminology and where to make the connection. I also had a question about programming the bypass module to my car and he explained what needed to be done. That phone call was the final step to my now perfectly working remote start. Appreciate the help, Thank You.

Carlito is super friendly and super knowledgeable. Stopped by to get some carpet for my first subwoofer box I built. Regardless of me doing all the work myself he still gave me tons of good advice and even offered more technical help when I came back. Screw Best Buy Id definitely check this guy out for any audio or car electronics.

I stopped in to get my navigational system looked at. He located the problem and found a replacement online, showed me what to do and didn t charge me. Honest and trustworthy. He ll always get my business. My Man.

Great customer service! Carlitos is always willing to help and listen to your concerns and ideas. He also give you advices on your best option for car audio according to your budget. He will works with you until the end! You can just shows up and he will always receives you not matter how busy he always is. One thing that impressed the most is that he give you follow up on his work to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Great guy!!!!

Installed a Blue Tooth receiver so I can stream from phone to car. Before installation Carlos recommended the product he felt was right for my needs. He did an excellent job, at a very fair price and provided great follow-up service afterwards to make sure I understood how the system worked. I would highly recommend Carlos, he stands behind his work and he is honest. He truly works to satisfy his customers.

I wish I could give Carlito 10 stars, I called him because my starter remote did not work and I asked if I should get new one for him to replace it he said first come to the shop and I check the car and will see . After I got to the shop he checked the car and told me not to buy a new starter remote because it s only the control key. I truly appreciate how honest he was and instead of getting more money to install the starter remote he just ordered a new control key and just charged me for that. I m very satisfied with Carlito s work and I recommend him 100%...

This place is awesome. Their job is High quality. No bs they recommend what is best for your car and they work with the client s needs and budget. I like this place as they are honest and provide a high quality service. If they could move to a move visible area, maybe they d be even busier.I recommend this place

I do not know Carlos and have never been in his shop but I want to pass on this experience I had. I called the shops number late Christmas evening (like 10pm late) thinking I would leave a message on the shops answering machine. I was having a battery drain from what I thought was a remote start (not installed by Carlos) and wanted to ask for a return call back when the shop opened to schedule an appointment. To my surprise someone picked up the phone, (I'm guessing it was Carlos) and I immediately apologized for interrupting his Christmas and calling so late. He said no problem and asked what issue I was having with my vehicle. He didn't ask me to call back the next day or seem annoyed. He took a genuine interest in my problem and gave me possible solutions to remedy it. This is late Christmas evening I remind you to a total stranger. It was an electrical problem I wound up figuring out on my own on a faulty window switch. However if I ever need a car electronic install, Carlitos Way will be the first place I go to or recommend to my friends.

Carlos installed a remote starter in my Rav 4. He did a great job, left my car clean and took the time to show me how to properly use it. He also assured me that I could call him if I have any problems or questions. Carlos stands by his installs. I highly recommend Carlitos way auto sound & security!

I want to give Carlitos Way Auto Sound & Security a big thank you for helping me out with my car alarm. It was a simple fix but he genuinely wanted to help and did just that. I was completely helpless and did not know where to go or what to do; he could have taken advantage of me but he didn t. I completely recommend coming here for your auto sound or security needs.

I contacted Carlito's Way seeking information and options for the JBL system in a 2005 Toyota Sequoia for my wife's birthday present. The owner was very helpful over the phone and provided lots of information to explain and help me decide what I wanted to do whether it was a big or small job. He also let me know that he was very busy but that he thought he would be able to fit me in to his schedule. Armed with much needed understanding, I elected to just add Bluetooth to the vehicle to bring it into the 21st century. Carlito scheduled the date and time and performed the installation in the vehicle at a very reasonable price. He then proceeded to assist us with setup and walked us through the digital platform that supports the product he Installed. My wife has been using it for a couple weeks now and loves how this simple addition has improved her experience and accessibility in her vehicle. I recommend using Carlito's Way for your car audio needs. HE'S AWESOME, SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND KIND.

Very helpful, and fair. Came in after trying to install radio myself and got stumped. He took a look at what i did and said i didnt need to have him work at it since i got so far and only needed one more part wired. He showed me what to do, without having to bring it into the shop
