They fixed my car 2017 Buick envision all wheel drive it is my dream car I don't know I had a Zurich extended warranty which is almost as good as bumper to bumper I still had to pay to fix it it needed a battery a very good battery $350.78 for a diagnostic and a rest for Labor and battery. But as you know batteries is not covered under any warranty except the new battery.

Just had my oil changed. They had to replace an oil plug that was counted off. They charged me $21.95 for a plug that was rounded off by a negligent and mechanic in your shop either the last time the oil was changed or when changing it today. I shouldn't have had to pay for something that one of your mechanics did. The mechanic screwed up my car, and I have to pay for it. That's unexceptable. For service dept that prides itself on workmanship and dedication, it's sad that they need to charge for a mistake by one of your mechanics.I'd like a full reply from the service dept please

Your security in section 106 for Friday's Exeter vs Imhotep displayed some racist behavior. Black fans who moved to empty were told to go back to their assigned seats, while the white fans who did the same thing got to stay in the new empty seats. This from a white fan. Do Better! Same rules should apply to everyone.

Had my vehicle in for service for the same issue 3 times for issues with my doors not unlocking. The last time they told me that my car doesn't have the issue when I take it there for them to look at. I had the issue and immediately dropped my vehicle off to them and they could see the issue first hand and I was given a rental car for the time my vehicle would be in for service. When I picked my car up 5 days later, my car had an additional 320 miles on it. When we reached out to find out how 320 miles was put on my car, service said that I had picked the car back up, which was untrue, due to me having a rental. Service said they would look into how 320 miles were put on the car, yet a week later and still no response.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Repair is on there game. Super friendly, knowledgeable, patient with seniors. LOL. I WAS WITH A SENIOR WHEN WE WERE THERE. We were there on a insurance claim and the employee made it very simple from taking pictures off our cracked mirror, handling every thing with the insurance folk, and explaining everything about the process in a way we could understand. Good job body and repair .

Took our Malibu here because check engine light on. They charge $120 diagnostic fee upfront. If repair requires no parts they will fix it for that.

Had a great experience with the company back in August for a collision claim. They took real care for me after I received my vehicle back, I mentioned to them to align my fender more and they did it on the spot.

Mechanic Mark Gregory is wonderful. Maintains my Silverado and keeps me informed of truck's functions and any maintenance needs. Completely trustworthy!

It took over a day to get work done, no one to pick you up or take you home, charging $120/hour labor- only go here as a last resort.
