I m extremely pleased with Fisher s body shop! After wrestling for 8 months with another body shop (recommended by another GM dealership w/o a body shop) because the part needed for my Cadillac CTS has been back-ordered for months, Fisher was able to secure the part w/in a week from an another GM parts department, and completed my repair today. This is my second excellent experience with the Fisher dealership. As a result, I plan to use its service department for my Cadillac.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service department.Went in to get the chips to my heated seats installed, an oil change, and tire rotation Expected to wait a couple hrs, but they completed the work in 1 hr. Used the seats for an hour with no issues.All the service department was friendly, welcomed me and asked if I needed anything.Great job!

Was there for an estimate waited for an hour and a half with no one even acknowledge that I was there, listening to there raisist comments on Hispanics names ! Worst experience ever ! I have an appointment to detail my wife's car that I'm going to cancel ! Don't go there go somewhere else ware they will at least acknowledge your presence I give them no stars but to post you have give at least one stare that they do not deserve

Took my car for some repairs at the body shop. Was told it would take 5 days for repairs. It was extended an additional 2 WEEKS!!! I was patient since my insurance covered my rental but it was still frustrating to wait so long. Repairs were done well though.

I loved it because I didn't have to check myself out had like six lanes open for checkout I hate barcode scanning myself I was in got what I needed no waiting in line for a half hour and out quick hurah no more Walmart no more Weis markets got me a new shopping place how do you recommend redners
