It was a blessing to get a hold of these guys after calling three different companies that claimed to be 24 hour roadside assistance, only to find out that they didn t have anyone on call or would only work with people with AAA. This company took my call right away and started leaving in my direction as soon as possible so that I didn t have to wait on the road anymore than absolutely necessary. The driver was kind and polite, and very quick and efficient to get my car where needed to go. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of roadside assistance.

These guys are the best tow shop in town! I sat on the side of the road for almost 2 hours and every tow yard I called had a 4+hour wait. I was referred to Beltran by one of the dozens of shops I called. Within 45mins of me calling Carlos arrived with a smile on his face eager to help! I can t stress how much I appreciate your shop and Carlos. You guys totally saved my a** and without Carlos I d probably still be sitting on the side of the road. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Despite my vehicle breaking down on a busy highway during rush hour, Beltran S&J Towing arrived on the scene within minutes. The driver, who was not only professional but also courteous, wasted no time in assessing the situation and promptly organizing the towing process.The towing truck itself was a marvel of efficiency and reliability. Clean and well-maintained, it was clear that Beltran S&J Towing takes immense pride in their fleet. Really friendly If there was a 10 star I will give him a 10 star he was on time and hes good with prices. I called him I was stuck in the highway other towtrucks companeys would have got there in an hour or 2This guy made it there in 15 minutes he was really fast I did not have to wait a long time I could have been freezing because it was really cold but he saved my life. Thank you so much Such a really humble person and friendly

We used them when our van broke down while on vacation. We contacted our insurance company who dispatched them to meet us. They arrived in about 30 minutes to help us. They picked up our vehicle and dropped it to off to the transmission shop. The gentleman was so kind, took pics of our van leaving where we broke down and then at the shop. Not an ideal situation while on vacation, but so thankful they were able to help us.

My family and I used Beltran's towing service to have my vehicle towed from the dealership to auto mechanic shop in Pottstown to get service done. When my car arrived to Pottstown, I received a call from one of Jonathan's tow drivers that the key was lost. Jonathan's driver stated that he will buy an after key so L&B Dodge can program the key. I explained to Jonathan that L&B Dodge can program the key, just bring the vehicle and the key in. While, L&B Dodge attempted to program the key they noticed that the key did not program. L&B Dodge called me and informed me that the key did not program. They said that they have a new key that can be programmed but it will be 191.00 fee. I explained to Gerry (L&B dodge) that I am being billed for something that I did not do. I did not lose the key. I reached out to Jonathan to let him know if the situation. He sends me a text that read..."Goodbye. Am On my way! To Florida call lewis". At this point, I explained to Jonathan that Lewis represented you as the business owner of the tow company. I further explained that he (Jonathan) should take responsibility because he (Lewis-tow driver) worked for you.I called L&B Dodge and talked to Joey the general manager for L&B Dodge and explained to him the situation. He stated that he would give Jonathan a call to talk to him to see what he can do. According to Joey, Jonathan is putting full blame on Lewis (his tow driver that he later terminated). According to Joey, Jonathan is willing to tow the car back to AAMCO at no charge but I have to pay for the key.These are my concerns:1. I am paying for a key that "I" did not lose2. I paid Jonathan 250.00 for a service that was not complete. AAMCO could not do the work on my vehicle because they did not have a key. Had they key not been lost-the work would have been complete.3. Jonathan's response to me as the customer("Goodbye. Am On my way! To Florida call lewis") shows a lack of respect and consideration he has for his customer and his business. It did not matter to him that my family and I was down one car. It did not matter to him, how much of an inconvenience he was to my family.I do understand that he was not aware of the key was lost until after the fact. This is not on the customer. You need to take that up with your employee on who you termination. It was okay when you received my 250.00. Everything was all well and we had no issues. All I wanted is the work to be complete. You putting the responsibility on your employee shows how much you care about your business.It's all about integrity and what is right. This was not good business and I would not recommend this tow company to anyone to have them go through my experiences.I would have thought that Jonathan would take responsibility and he failed to do this, instead put the blame on everyone else.
