Bear alignments, the company that's been there for are probably over a 120 years. This company is run by solid people who know what they're doing and don't beat around the Bush. They charged me forAligning all my wheels and now my car runs perfectly. I had been hit by a deer or I guess. I hit a deer and it messed everything up. Costs lots of money to fix, not by bare alignment, though. Because it's a foreign car so importing all of that stuff. You know, but bareline did a wonderful job. Would recommend them highly. And it was not as expensive as I thought it would be. They did a great job . I would go to them again if I had another need.

New ownership as of 2022, but still the same great level if service.We recently had some issues with my husband's car, and we were told that it needed more work than expected. We got a quote and moved forward with the work. When they discovered that the car also needed a battery, they called to let us know, and gave us an estimate for that. When we picked up the car, the final bill was exactly what we were expecting. The car runs great, and we were happy with the way we were treated from start to finish.I also had a front end alignment on my Jeep. Reasonable price, and my Jeep is running smoothly.We highly recommend Bear.

I chose the locations as a tire source primarily because of the 5 star reviews.I was rewarded with excellent information and suggestions. Because of my initial impression I not only purchased the tires but had by my choice additional work done on the car.It is a warm and welcoming environment. They work on appointments and the scheduling is not long out.I will be back

I go to this place because I can walk home from there and just drop it off. Haven't had any problems or shady issues/damage/upsales, etc. It's no frills customer service, but my car runs great afterwards. Good enough for me.

I'm new to the area and tried this place out for four new tires for my Tundra. They had the best prices I could find compared to the major chain stores. I was actually able to place the order and make an appointment online which was super convenient. Fast and friendly service. I would use them again.

Been coming here since 2001, thanks to my Gram who's used you guys since we moved here in '85.**ISSUE.....Called you guys after Christmas bc our suv is due for inspection, and we get told out of stickers, they'll be in mid next week. Call last week, get told this time now it's 2 weeks. This is our primary vehicle. The other one that's not "family friendly" is due end of this month. I've sent countless people there over the years for business. Com'mon guys, what's going on? My son needs taken and picked up daily to school, VA appts in Lebanon, I mean seriously. I REALLY REALLY hope this is a fluke and they magically come in this week so it can get done. Then maybe I can update my review....***UPDATE as promised.They did reach out to me, apologized for the current issue at hand with the inspection stickers, and even went above and let me know 2 other garages in this area who also run honest business. That one of the two would be able to get me taken care of, and they'll let me know when they're back in action for inspections again. That I can absolutely respect, appreciate and have renewed faith in. THANK YOU GUYS yet once again!!

So after checking multiple places I was referred to bear alignment to have two tires mounted and balenced plus a front end alignment done. On top of that they drove the car after work was completed to make sure everything was good. Awesome people. Will definitely be back.Service: TiresService: Tires

I've been here several times over the past three years to keep up my car maintenance and I've always had a good experience. Just today I asked if they could fill up my tire's, which they did on the spot and free of charge. They were very nice and I really appreciated it! :)

Got an appointment for 4 tires to be installed, that I bought from the internet, and an inspection. No grumbling about the tires not coming from them, and no attempt at upselling unnecessary service for inspection. Very professional and honest garage. Fair pricing for both services. I d recommend them to anyone.

After being redirected there by another company that couldn t come help us, were happy to be greeted by friendly staff, and great service. The cost was beyond reasonable. Would absolutely recommend.

Went in today for the first time and went in for a alignment and tire rotation don t know why they took my back tires out and placed them in the front and now my tire is rubbing will definitely me there tomorrow to get my refund back thank you. And wheel alignment did not come out right

Great job Bear, they aligned my wife's car perfectly after being told by chain tire store that the vehicle was out of adjustment nothing else could be done to fix the pulling to one side. Don't waste your time going anywhere else these guys do it right.

Fair prices for work, but ridiculously picky for State inspection. Unless your car is new and flawless, DON'T get your yearly inspection here.
