The staff here is always friendly, respectful and helpful. They also have excellent bilingual staff to assist those who are Spanish speaking only. They always try to move fast and make things Easier for customers. They're open until late which is convenient for those who work 8-5pm.I recommend this place

Lack of communication.I order my part at 10am and arrived at 1pm. The guy told me he ll call me once it arrives. Waited until 3pm to give them a call and for the 3 time they put me on hold for half hour. Walked into the store while still waiting and everyone just talking and eating in front of customers. Very unprofessional service.

Store employees were friendly. Came in for a backseat cover for my Elantra on 9/24/20 but the one cashier said the product (Body Glove) wouldn't fit. Well, as you can see, it fits just fine. I wish I could thank the 2 employees there properly cuz I don'tknow their names (Spanish guy with tied up hair and the lady with him) for letting me purchase with a refund guarantee if it didn't fit.

I just had the most pleasant experience at the most busiest AutoZone on the planet. Part sales manager named Jeremy went above and beyond to get me front brakes and rotors for my Buick. This associate was on point I could tell and he works well under pressure. Thanks Jeremy for getting me my parts right away, and everything including the brake grease for the sliders on the brake bracket, I totally forgot about.Also thank you for the help with that brake rotor that was dirty and grabing me a fresh one. I really appreciate that sir absolutely phenomenal customer service.Tell your store manager that you should definitely get a bump up in pay.

Satisfy is one associate in particular name J he always a pleasure to meet and found my wallet and held it for over a month in the safe because he knew I ll be back cause it s my favorite store. I appreciate him so much.

Got what I needed. Seems the people that are hired there. Don't have much knowledge of vehicles. I asked for a paper funnel. The person didn't know what I was talking about . I'm giving 4 stars bc of friendliness

My headlight/ low beam went out and I got a ticket from the cops. I went to this location to purchase a headlight and the white guy offered to install it for me. I m extremely grateful for that because I don t have/ know anyone to install it for me. Thank you!!

Jay really knows what he s doing. Great at what he does. He was very helpful. He was a step ahead about every question I had in mind to ask. I didn t think anyone would understand what was the issue with my vehicle but Jay really knew what he was doing by walking me through each step.

I went into this establishment and paid for a part in cash. The part didn't fit so I took it back with the receipt the next day. How did they tell me that I had to wait until the afternoon cuz they didn't have no money. Like what for real. I told them that is not my problem. That, that looks like a you problem. And I asked, how do you open the store with no cash? I also told them that when I gave them my money they had no problem putting it in their cash register. And I also told them that if I would've said what they said and tell them that I don't have any cash on me that they would have to wait until the afternoon. Do you think they would have gave me the part for my car. Think about it people. AM I wrong for being upset about my issue I have with this store? Let me know. I recommend nobody to use this AutoZone for real

System took my money during a canceled transaction. Assistant store manager refused to give me the item or my money back. 0/10 on customer service. Argued with me over the phone regarding the matter and didn t attempt to reassure me but instead told me to wait until her manager is in tomorrow. I said I couldn t wait!

I'm glad this location employs ppl that have knowledge of the job. I was already frustrated coming from another auto parts store because they gave me the wrong light bulb. Jay was able to pull up on the computer and show the difference of what I was given compared to what I needed. It helps when employees take the time to educate vs here buy this and out the door. Now I have a better understanding of my optima and why one bulb keeps going out.

Stopped here on a Sunday and had no idea what I was looking for. An employee named Jay saw that I was getting frustrated and tried to helped me find the part that I needed. Unfortunately, the item I needed was not in stock, so he helped me order it on the store website. He was very patient & kind. I enjoyed my experience.

Plan on a long wait and poor product selection. The staff including the security guard, however, were all polite and as helpful as can be expected given the lack of material they have to work with. I give the employees 5 stars and the store 2. Kudos to staff doing a great job in an undoubtedly stressful and hectic work environment.

Staff is helpful and friendly but the lines are always super long and the check out there feels really unorganized. I feel like they need a really big clear sign telling people to go on one line just to buy something and another line if they need more help.

Haven t been to this Specific Autozone due to previous bad experiences with service. Yesterday though was a great experience. The salesman Jay was knowledgeable and quick and straight to the point. Fastest transaction I ve ever had there. Needless to say if he ll be working there I ll be shopping.

Older Hispanic lady was very rude and lazy. She made me look for the part I needed in a very disorganized Isle which made it hard to look for what I needed( it s her job to look for it. My mom used to be a store manager at autozone and told me I shouldn t of been looking for my part). I guess I took long and she came over and told me I was looking on the wrong side with attitude ( I was looking for help from another worker). She had a nasty attitude and just thought it was cool to speak rudely. Do better.

I came in for some pads and Jay gave me great customer service. Then i asked him to test me battery and come to find out it was bad. He changed it for me and I was happy.

Horrible service 0 out of 10 , employee Alex at in the morning shift , had denied a handicap paying customer the bathroom...and all he verified in a rude manner that the bathroom is closed for public use , it clearly states that the bathroom is not for public use due to covid-19, and the previous day I was here to pick up an order and one of them employees meaning the strategic security told me we can use the bathroom as long as it's a paying customer.I continued to ask lex about the bathroom and letting him know it's for a handicap paying customer.and he rudely said "they closed bro and ignored my request.... The most horrible service, rude to deny a handicap paying customer request is just obsurd, and unprofessional.Alex had his earphones on while working and ignoring customers, no hospitality at all.Employee Name Is Alex

Went over to AutoZone for the first time today on Greenwich & I can say I wasn t disappointed. A nice young man named Nick was my provider today and I was only checking in to buy a high beam headlight & looking for braking fluid. Nicks customer service was amazing and he even offered to help me sign up for an AutoZone rewards account so I went and got that set up also. Nick if you ever see this I hope you get a very nice promotion and you forever reach and move upward to the top no matter what!

First the help behind the counter needs better training in customer service. Second they need to know prices and do as the computer says. I paid over 100 dollars for something that cost no more than 45 where did the extra money go. In their pocket probably. There is no way there was over 50 dollars in tax but oh well hope that person got what they wanted with the money..... I am NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I'm posting 3 for inventory alone, and that's the usual highlight. I'm posting a 1.5 for staff. Usually it's a non mechanically inclined individual, and You end up pretty much doing their job for them. Unfortunately it doesn't end there. Next up is what I call the Mcdonald's affect (you know when You get all the wrong stuff, and have to return it at the next window!) Lastly I will give them 4 for their hours. I do appreciate the late hours.
