It s a shame they just hire anyone here. None of the men are not knowledgeable on simple vehicle questions and Or assistance. The gentleman when I went in could barely take a break from his phone to answer me and then when asked for help he refused to even get up. He just said they don t do that there, when I go every time to this store for help since I m unable by myself. Just sucks employees only care about being there for money anymore.

I don't know much about cars, but every time I have a question or need assistance, the staff is always willing to help. The prices are affordable, the store is organized, and I never have to wait long.

Went in for a head light bulb for our 09 Toyota Highlander. They had it and I installed in the parking lot of the store.

Above and beyond, these people are great with a friendly staff who exceeds at customer service. Came out to help and made sure i had the right piece. Bilingual speakers for those who don't speak English, too. Highly recommend great people.

The only problem is I went in there for a $10 item and by the time I checked out it was $135 and I forgot to get the $10 item that I really needed.

I recommend this place to anybody, they're friendly, courteous and very helpful. Well for somebody like me that doesn't know anything about cars is the most go; they tell you exactly what you need and they even help me put the wipers on my car. You can't ask for more!!

Came in last night with some questions about about my wipers. Walking into the store, I had no knowledge of cars, parts, etc. I was greeted by Santos who went above and beyond to help me. Even thought it was for something so simple, he really went the extra mile to assist me. Whenever I have any car needs, Santos will definitely be my go to!

They have just about everything. The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. Their inventory and parts data base are at their fingertips for fast customer service. Ladies: need new wiper blades? Someone will install them for you! This in itself keeps bringing me back! Nice showroom if you want to just "nose around."

Terrible customer service by the store. Had a sign on the door that said "No battery install and no check engine light readings" Took a battery to the counter, the associate was to lazy to stand up and look at the battery, asked me the part number of the battery. Had ear buds in both ears and took 5-6 times for the associate to listen properly for my name and number.Now I have to wait for a relative to bring tools to install the battery myself, refuse to do business with such a terrible location in the future.

Tried to place an order online to pick up in store. Their system is not as consumer friendly as it could be. I have yet to be able to benefit by ordering online.

Place is a joke lately. I know the guys ain't paid much but jeez. Computer shows parts they dont have em. Wrong parts. I only go here if I absolutely have to

Ralphy (I think that is his name) is excellent! I was stranded on my motorcycle that would not start about a � block away from his store. He pushed me to the store, checked out my battery, and determined it was some sort of electrical wiring problem. A good person and an awesome representative of his store!

Honestly it depends on who's working as to the type of service you get. One thing I dislike is there hours I don't think they're open late enough. Other than that I don't believe it's a bad store at all.

Thanks to the kind gentleman who works at this store. Back in March of this year he changed my window wipers. It was very kind of him!! I had no clue how to it. But he helped me and I appreciate it!!

Tito is the best guy to help you with everything about your car and he goes beyond to help you with all your car needs and whistles. He help me beyond with outstanding service and parts knowledge to make my decision there and the right parts.

I've been going here for a while, until I found another auto parts store. The staff is usually outside helping their friends, or chit chatting. I've waited 25 minutes to check out, standing up front, while both employees walked by. One (The lady) looked at me, and walked away. The other, said "oh, were did she go? She'll check you out in a minute. Let me see if she's here". Other times I've been here, and waited less time to check out, but never less than 10 mins. Auto zone is right down the street, so I'll go there now.

Went to return a head light bulb I recently bought after watching a video online that made replacing the bulb look a lot harder then what it really was. Tito said no it s not nearly that hard and offered to do it himself. Had it replaced in no time. Saved me a good amount of $$$ from having the dealer do it.

Nobody working spoke english clearly making communication difficult. I couldn't get help with a simple wiring question because nobody knew anything about the parts they sell or cars in general. This is not what an automotive store should be like.
