I get the fake reviews now. READ THE REAL ONES. Cheap, shiesty and dirty sales tactics at best. There is no such thing as a "required" add on... and if so, put it on the price of the car and dont try to slide in 2500 dollars worth of "other fees" at the buying table as if any working person with a brain. Wouldnt notice that. At least have a little respect for clientel and the community of buyers. Just bad business. Garbage. Laughable. Lol

This place is amazing . I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Knowledgeable, quick, and super efficient! I just want to say THANK YOU CHRIS! Even though I knew exactly what I wanted I didn't feel rushed by him.he took his time to explain everything to me step by step! Super friendly. We all know how dealerships can be pushy and try to get you done so they can get to the next customer not Here. They take their time with you and very personable! Thanks again!!

After assuring me they offered competitive buy ins for trade ins I drove an hour and half there. Three local dealerships offered me 31k for my trade in on my vehicle. I drove 1.5 hours down there and the listed vehicle was covered in rust, could have mentioned it on the phone. To add to insult they offered me 21k for my trade in. I understand making a deal but that was straight ignorance. Won t shop there.

The entire buying experience was not pleasant. I was jerked around from start to finish. Promises were made that weren't delivered on. 2.5 weeks after the purchase and they still haven't reported my previous loan so I was charged a payment for a vehicle I no longer own. Can't get anyone on the phone to discuss!!!! Will never use this dealership again.

I purchased a car form this dealership. Never would I recommend this dealership to any looking to purchase an car. The manager lied about the price of the car and tried to add 1k to the online price when I arrived at the dealership. Then then they this would discount the price of some internal fee they have on only there vehicle and then they would not honor what they told me. The can has still has maintenance indicator on the car they said they would fix and did not. They are not honest or trustworthy Please, Please be leery of there business practice.

I recently bought a awesome car from this dealer..i love the car, however my experience was ok..I literally left the lot on empty, had to right away go to Wawa down the street to fill up, my exterior was dirty, no one went over anything in/about my car/no owner s manual in the car, went over nothing about the financing part- when payments are starting/coming out or who the loan is even through. like i said great car, but poor experience.

Worked with Troy, Mike, and Jean on the deal, staff was great to work with. Owners of the dealer are car enthusiasts and carry a solid inventory. Smooth transaction and immaculate vehicle. Highly recommend.

I came in today with nothing but anxiety because I needed a car and was afraid I was going to walk out with nothing. I talked with Christopher Stricker for a good amount of time. Before I knew it my anxiety was gone and I had keys in my hand. He was amazing.

Ran our credit and had us fill out paperwork to find out the car was sold. So there is no communication within this place and they hurt my credit score. How could you not know a car was sold from your place?????

This has to be the second worst dealership I ve been to this week because we wanted to use our own financial institution which we were approved for a loan so because we didn t use their financial institution they tried to tack on another thousand dollars to the car because the financial institution gives kickbacks to this dealership that is bad business on their part what a scam!!!!!

Service is good. But the wait for an oil change was 1.5 hours. A little long, but there was probably a break for coffee, maybe? Still too long.

Great service-honest! Just patiently waiting for them to open back up after their change of ownership. Would've been helpful of they let their customers know in some way-thought they had closed!

I am so glad this popped up on my phone I because I tried to call the other day to make an appointment To get my car serviced And endlessly No response no response no response no response Is are there any human beings working at Quakertown Mitsubishi Because I can't tell I am very upset It's like to make my appointments ahead of time, I have never had this happen before Hope I get ahold of somebody this week I will try this week I will try again.
