Not at all happy with the work. Inconsistent gaps everywhere. Door doesn't close properly STILL after giving them a second shot that took a week and a half longer then quoted. The entire passenger side looks like the work was done by an apprentice under the direction of a very low skilled person. ONLY reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they have been nice but honestly that doesn't make up for the very low quality work. Waiting on the insurance to tell me if they will have a 3rd shot at doing it correctly or if I'm taking it elsewhere before I post more pics of their work.

They did an amazing job fixing my Highlander. I was a little worried about the paint matching but, they absolutely nailed it and my sparkly girl is better than ever. George and Lisa were so kind to me and kept me updated through the process and I would recommend this shop to anyone/everyone. Friendly, timely and efficient. Super happy with their service! Absolutely hands down I had such an amazing experience with this company. George the manager is honest and to the point. Exactly what I needed after pulling my car from another body shop that didn't know what they were doing. The team did an amazing job putting my car back to factory. The communication was great through the whole processes not once did I have to call to find out progress, they called to inform me. When they said they were going to call they did. The detailing guys did amazing at the end to make everything so clean and shiny.Thank You To Crash Champions for your honesty and hard work. I will definitely be recommending you!!!

Great service! My car was fixed when I was told it would be, they detailed the inside and outside, it looks brand new. I also like how they work with getting a rental car, my rental car was dropped off at Crash Champions waiting for me.

Avoid this shop, I'm not sure how they have positive reviews. But my experience has not been a positive one. My job was a simple one, painting a small plastic panel around my sunroof. when i received the car back it had sanding marks on every panel surrounding the panel that was painted due to not doing a simple task of taping off the area. There is also 4 fish eyes in the paint due to dirt. when this was brought to their attention they stated that it is impossible to paint the panel without having dirt in the paint which is ridiculous. and stated sorry about missing the scratches in the other panels. which means it's common practice there to not tape off areas around the repair. They did offer to have me bring in the car to repair the damage done to it. but given what I received the first time, I have no faith that the next repair will be any better. They also will not offer any kind of refund for the job they did. the only option is to bring it back in so they can "try" to fix what they damaged.Service: Painting

If you are going through insurance, Crash Champions is an excellent choice. But if you are paying out of pocket, they are somewhat expensive compared to other collision repair shops.

After being strung along by other repair shops with limited availability , Crash Champions took my car in for repair less than a week after I called them. Excellent service, they even detailed my car before returning it. I ll always go with Crash Champions again if I need car repairs.

Got an estimate on a Wednesday for a repair, they told me to come in on Friday morning. I take off work and show up on Friday, only to find that the mirror hasn t been painted and they tell me to come back in on Monday. I call them Monday morning (after taking a half day off work again) only to find that the mirror still hasn t been painted, but they could have it ready by the afternoon. I came in at 1, and they repaired it quickly and the mirror looks great. Great work, frustrating service.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service. My car was hit by a drunk driver a little over a month ago, and Crash Champions made it look like the accident never happened. They called me twice a week to keep me up to date on repair status, next steps, and time frames. My car might look better now than it did even before the accident. Definitely would bring my car back for other work/repairs now!My only complaint is that my drivers side door has some kind of chemical/cleaner spilled on it and it s really sticky and there s a ton of it spilled all down the door and handle, but that s really not a huge deal.

When I dropped my car off for repairs I was told it would take about a week after the assessment to get the parts. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call 8 days later that my car was finished. I was recently in a hospital parking garage (we know how those spaces are- small and almost non-existent) and when I came out to my small SUV, I noticed someone hit my tail end above my bumper and left. I decided to file a claim, figuring that the peeled paint was going to rust on this particular panel. My insurance recommended me to Crash Champions bc they guarantee their work. I arrived and immediately was greeted by a friendly woman who had me fill out a page of paperwork. When the gentleman arrived, he took me outside and took pictures of my car. He was completely honest with me and told me he would buff out most of it for free and as for the chipped paint part, I could fix myself bc it was a plastic piece and wouldn't rust. He saved me $500 deductible after just having a baby and I know one thing, if I ever needed body work or anything like that again, I would 100% choose this business. They were all very friendly and courteous, and most of all, honest which I really appreciated! Thank you to the gentleman that helped me and all of your staff.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
