Michele from Ciocca Coalition was amazing! She make sure I was informed of every step during the time my car was getting repaired. The repair was quick and they did a good job!

I purchased my vehicle from Ciocca in Allentown and when a tree branch hit it, I thought I would be in great hands with their body shop. Not so, unfortunately. The shop had my car for two months. While some of this is the fault of my insurance adjuster, Ciocca's customer service team did not help with their inconsistent and often non-existent communication on the status of the repair. I encountered the same issues as other reviewers, where there was always one more part needed that wasn't expected, etc. Upon receiving the car back, I noticed obvious shards of glass from the windshield still visible on the passenger seat, on the dashboard, and on the driver's side door. The car was absolutely not detailed or cleaned. Even small things like replacing the oil change sticker (which originated from Ciocca) and setting the clock to the proper time were neglected. I would never recommend this shop to others and regret choosing it for my repairs.

Absolutely horrible experience. Had our car for five months. Was told the car would be done on several occasions but then was told we are waiting on parts. Every time it was a different part. We got the car back and there was multiple things wrong with it. Took it back to fix it. Car was not cleaned or detailed, but that was just minor. Pulled out of the place and the vent cover literally fell on my lap. The one guy there took the part and and said he d order another one, never happened. Emailed the manager with no response which is typical at this place. We had to threaten with a lawyer. Hood is crooked, the dash isn t installed correctly, the front quarter panel isn t flush like the other side. They inspected it and put the sticker on for one month, panel on top of the dash isn t right, ground affect isn t installed properly, eco start didn t work, new hood scratched, center console couldn t open. There was a screw in the inside tire wall. We are taking to another place and filed a complaint with our insurance company who is sending an agent out. The other collision place could not believe the shape of the car.

Ciocca Collision Center did a fantastic job on the repairs to my Subaru Crosstrek. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Darren the estimator took great care in making my car look brand new again! Would highly recommend!!

My kid got into an accident with our 2021 Tiguan R line. Had some significant front end damage including the corner of the passenger front panel.Due to parts repair was a bit longer but I was updated frequently. My insurance is with Progressive and they are also a Progressive certified repair shop.Got the vehicle back and it looks like it did before the accident.They did an awesome job on the repairs.Can't even see when pain was blended in.Everyone was pleasant to work with throughout the precess.Great job by all but I hope I never have to return unless I'm not responsible for the bill.

I had a very professional experience with dealing with your dealership to repair my 2022 Audi A4. Plus my vehicle was washed when I went to pick it up. It is just so nice to jump into a very clean vehicle to drive home. To me that means my dealership cares about me and my car. Do you have any 2024 desk calendars? The staff at Ciocca Collision were wonderful. My car was finished on the exact date they said it would be.The repair was Beautiful! The car looks like the day it came off of the showroom floor. I would definitely recommend Ciocca Collision to my friends and family.

I was very happy with the work that was done on my car. Took a while waiting on parts. My insurance rental ran out 30 days. So they felt bad and gave me one of there rental cars free of charge for 3 days. Then my car was repaired and ready to be picked up.

Absolutely horrible experience. My truck got hit on the right front and when I got it back the panels were all misaligned to the hood, misaligned to the headlight, large gaps everywhere. On top of that I had brought it back to get fixed because I was unhappy with the repair and they somehow dented my door frame on the passenger side! Now I have horrible wind noise over 50mph. I was so disgusted I never went back to get it fixed as I never want to speak to them again. Absolutely horrible repair work. (Everyone in the office was very professional I will add though so no fault to them this is solely on the technicians that worked on my vehicle). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Harold, Dunlap, and his team at Toyota Collision, took care of my needs in record time. I think the most important aspect, other than the quality of the work that was done, was the fact that Harold and his team kept me informed every step of the way. my wife and I had a rental truck and we wanted our vehicle back as soon as possible. Harold and the team let us know every couple days how the progress was going from body to paint to finish. I couldn t be happier. I could not in good conscience take my vehicle to another business. Michele and her team did a fantastic job. The repairs look great, truck was clean. I was excited to be able to get it back so quickly as well, even though it is nice putting miles on a rental for the time being, but I love my truck!Appreciated the updates and your attentiveness to my inquiries and the ease of the entire process from setting up drop off, to payment, to being able to drop rental right at the collision center.Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend! The work that was done on our truck was great. They sent me multiple messages to keep us up to date on the progress of the work. Everytime we called, they were very nice and helpful with all of our questions. As a plus, the truck was detailed and washed prior to pick up! I will definitely continue to have work done here in the future.

I had my collision repair work done, and I must say that the quality of the work was great. However, the duration of the repair process was quite lengthy, as my vehicle was being worked on for about a month. Throughout this time, I continually sent emails every week to inquire about updates, but unfortunately, I never received any response or update prior to sending those emails.To my surprise, a week after the completion of the work, I discovered that I was charged a little over $900 without any prior awareness or communication about the cost. This caught me off guard and left me shocked when I saw the deduction in my bank balance.Upon calling to inquire about the charge, I was informed that my insurance policy did not cover rental vehicles, which was news to me. It was quite disappointing to learn about this after the fact, considering they had allowed me to keep the rental vehicle for three weeks without informing me about the potential expenses involved.I believe this lack of communication, combined with the extended duration of the repair process, reflects very poor customer service. It left me feeling frustrated and without any alternatives, as I had already been using the rental vehicle for an extended period.I am revising my review to include the following information:After posting my initial one-star review, I received a call from Ciocca expressing concern about my dissatisfaction. During our conversation, they offered a solution wherein they agreed to waive half of the amount I was originally charged, which exceeded $900. I had contacted them on the day of the charge, and they agreed to refund me half of the amount immediately and charge me the remaining balance in August. It's worth noting that this agreement was reached after I had already posted my review, and they subsequently expressed their willingness to waive the remaining balance.

Although the sales person was very professional and cordial when I picked my vehicle up, I immediately noticed they had completely missed painting one of the damaged parts on the car. They also completely missed replacement of a part! They agreed to fix both of them but that's not the point. This should have been spotted before I picked my car up since it was there for a week and a half. now I have to take time out of my day to drive all the way back down to the collision center to have both of these pieces repaired. Just not the fit and finish that I was hoping for at $5,000+ dollars.

Wow, Ciocca Collision of Quakertown did an incredible job in repairing the front end damage on my 2016 Chevy Malibu! Thanks to your services my car is looking similar to how it did when I bought it nearly 7 years ago. A job well done to ALL of the staff there for their professionalism and thoroughness!I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch quality work and service.

I want everyone who reads this to know that this review is very sincere from myself.I want to say thank you to everyone at Ciocca Collision for being professional and having a great work ethic. Your process for communication with the customer to the insurance company proves to be successful and more importantly consistent. This is the second time i have brought one of my vehicles here for repairs and i'm very happy to say i can count on you guys, from admin to repairs it's all a great service you provide. I was very impressed with this second repair as to my paint was a 2 stage Ara Blue Crystal and it is perfect. I found one spot that had a fish eye but no worries i plan on having this car for a long time and i'm OK with it. The paint looks fantastic and the blend was precise.I don't get to see my car often due to military work and travel. So when i am able to receive my car back from service to enjoy her when i'm home for a few days it's really special to me because all i do is work work work. I'd like to give a special shout out to Ms. Tonia who kept me up to date with the daily repairs. Mr. Josh for getting back to me so soon when i left a voicemail about the appointment and getting everything set up because i had to fly to California for a month. Mr. Alan for giving me a friendly SitRep when i dropped my rental off. Last but not least Mr. Phil who brought my car into the show room light so i can look at the finished repairs. You're awesome Mr. Phil. Thank you all that i mentioned.There unfortunately is one exception to the team, that i feel everyone knows to whom i'm speaking of. They have to work with this team member to teach them customer value and respect and to not come across aggressive. Everyone can bounce-back but this review is for me to say thanks and i will be a lifetime customer to the Ciocca Business.The Ciocca Team as a whole has proven to be a strong establishment who values their customers. Every department i.e. Sales, Finance, Collision and last but not least Service has shown their abilities to do a job well done while treating their customers using tact and politeness.Long story short. You will not find a more helpful, courteous and communicative staff anywhere! They kept me informed every step of the way and had no problem answering the thousands of questions I asked throughout the process!! They restored my vehicle back to "Like New" condition in an amazingly short time!! I can't say enough about this incredible company and it's staff!!

I would like to say that my contact person Amelia was great definitely gets 5 's from me she kept me well informed of what was going on with my vehicle. I will leave another review when I get my vehicle back. This is what I found the next day on my truck after I picked it up. Yes that is paint trasfer and could not have happened on the vehicle.

My car was hit by a tractor trailer that did not stop in time. The back of my car had to be replaced The team of Tonya, Josh and Matt took over they connected with the insurance company and helped with the car rental. They got the insurance approval and did the bodywork & paint so it looks and drives like new! It is AMAZING you can t tell it was damaged or repaired! After an exhausting night of traveling from down south, I needed assistance to replace a part on my car. Ava made this process much easier by getting me the information I needed quickly and offering to go the extra mile if necessary. Zack and Stephanie at the parts and service center on Park Ave picked up where Ava left off and got everything done for me in less than 24 hours! These wonderful people are great at their jobs and truly want to take care of their customers.

I will say, the staff was extremely friendly especially upon pick up, and the communication was great. It was nice to receive my car back in a very timely matter. I was disappointed to receive my car back with glass remaining everywhere in the vehicle. **Management did reach out in regards to my concern, willing to fix the mistake. I cannot express how great their customer service was.

I have use their service twice now on both my accidents. They send a tow truck out to pick up your car and take care of the rest. They work with my insurance company Nationwide and handled everything. I get updates from kailyn via text. They also helped me with a loaner car. I give them an a+ for their professional Service. This is the only body shop that I would ever use. They are fast and efficient. Keep up the good work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Don't go here if you want body work that will last, got our jetta fixed under the 12 year corrosion warranty, and it started bubbling up a year later and now just short of 3 years later it looks like this. This is not what quality body work looks like, mind you it took 11 years for the original fender to start rusting, not 1 year. They want to get the car in and out with the least amount of work to make their money and move on, they do not stand by their work, would give 0 stars if I could.
