I will never go back! Up-charged me $200 on a part that cost $350. It s like they forget I can google how much the part cost. Then waited until part came in to tell me their estimate for the job almost tripled! Thankfully I did not let them install the part.

Had my car inspection and emissions done recently. I also had my power steering checked. The power steering was a problem which needed fixing. The work done to repair it was excellent, and done quickly. The price was reasonable, and they were very professional. I highly recommend them and will definitely take my car back to them.

I was on my way from New Jersey to Colorado, starting hearing a grinding sound, stopped by here to get it looked at. It was the hub bearing, which was odd, because the same part had been replaced under warranty in the past. Chu was able to fix it that same day, and afterward I continued on my way to Colorado, then down to Florida from there. Went through 20 states total. Friendly people, would recommend.

Randy is the best around. Been coming here for 14 years. He was the first guy I had worked on my car and I never left. Very honest and the prices are fair. I would never go anywhere else.

Can't say enough about this service Garage..Owner Randy is awesome!!! This is old time service at it's best.. He would NEVER nickel or Dime you to death..I moved to Allentown but still travel to pottstown and Ellis Automotive whenever my car needs service or repairs..Always support our Independent Businesses..

These people are such great people! I was in a very difficult situation and needed a phone, and happened to walk into there shop. Not only, did Anna let me use the phone, she took a stranger (me), into her arms to do anything she could to help me! She introduced me to her one daughter for a support system, and I've been best friends with her ever since. It's nice, to still be able to see Anna still too now!

I got price for struts to be put on my car but at moment I can t afford 700 and have a friend that is able to so I called up and spoke to randy telling him I didn t need struts done cause I found someone to do them cheaper and asked about my sensor he called me back and said whoever is doing your struts can do your abs sensor all because I can t afford the $700 but still asked about doing my sensor . Very unprofessional and don t recommend

Great guy.......knows his stuff with most cars and will tell you if he can or can't. No bull s#it . Will tell you how much ruffly before he starts......and doesn't pad the bill at the end.
