Had a 6R80 in a 2013 F150 that was shifting erratically and banging in and out of gear that I brought in for repair. They were really favorable towards the customer in the scheduling process, ensuring that all parts were on hard prior to bringing it in for repairs, and charged a very fair and competitive rate. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and he found and corrected a loose transmission mount. 100% satisfied and if I have any future transmission needs I would not consider going anywhere else.

My experience bringing my vehicle here has been amazing. I ve gone to them twice and the first time they basically fully replaced my transmission and they did it within a week of bringing it in. And the second time I brought my explorer in on a Monday and they lifted my vehicle within 10 minutes of pulling into their lot, diagnosed the problem, called me the next day with a quote and it was ready Wednesday afternoon. They don t rip you off they are honest and open. Even provided me with the broken parts of my transmission to show and explain exactly what had happened. Will use this shop for all of my families vehicles.

I had a great experience with Charlie s Transmission. My transmission died suddenly and they came highly recommended from the tow truck company I used through AAA. Charlie s resealed and went through an old 4 speed A833 for me and I couldn t be happier. To have a local transmission builder that can work on new/old is amazing. Very honest and up front about costs and timelines couldn t recommend anyone else.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I ended up over heating my car and needing and radiator put in. Afterwards I had a leak in my power steering guild that was not there and the radiator was rattling. Called to see if he could fix the problem he had caused and he refused to own up to any actions or say that he was wrong. (My car had not been leaking and he didn t even mention it at all to me when I went to go pick my car up about the leak, I got home and found out for myself.)
