I recently had the pleasure of visiting Universal Auto Repair for an oil change, front and back brake replacement, and an inspection on my BMW. Let me tell you, the customer service was absolutely top-notch! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about my needs.I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices they offered. In today's world, finding a shop that provides quality service at fair prices can be like finding a needle in a haystack, but this place definitely delivered. They were transparent about the costs and The technicians were highly skilled and knowledgeable. This level of transparency and expertise really sets them apart.I left the shop feeling confident and satisfied with the work that was done. My car is running smoothly and I have peace of mind knowing that I received quality service. I highly recommend this car repair shop to anyone in need of automotive services. Spent like a year w other mechanics trying to get a door handle fixed. Universal fixed it in a day. Wish I had found them sooner but will use again. Excellent work and service! Being close to the train station is a bonus too so I could get the car easily.

I came to this Shop because my Check Engine light was on and i was so afraid something serious was going on with my Volvo. I was so happy to hear i was missing my Gas Cap from my Gas Tank. Some mechanics would have use this to charge me for some unnecessary repairs. Thanks for being Honest and Trustworthy, i will return in the future and I would recommend to Others.

Ronnie totally took care of my car! It was a big job, but he finished it very quickly and at a very fair price. He and the staff are very nice people. I recommend Universal to anyone needing repair of their car or truck!!

We just moved to the area and everyone around recommended this shop. And Universal did not disappoint! They re honest, they do great work, and they were so helpful to me in understanding what s going on with my car. Not to mention , they are fair and honest folks!

My check engine light recently came on in my GMC terrain! I took it to auto zone to plug it up and to my surprise it was my Catalytic Converter! Unfortunately CarShield doesn t cover that so I was stuck with the bill! I called a place my husbands daughter takes her car and he told me anywhere from $1000-$2000 to replace it and said he d have to find the root of the problem which meant it would be more money on top of that! I was pissed and upset especially because it s right before Christmas so I looked up Mechanics near me! A bunch came up but Universal had 4.9 stars from over 600 people so I called them first! He asked me a few questions about my car the make, model, engine size and so on then told me a flat out price! I couldn t believe that it was a lot cheaper than the other mechanic so I asked when I could bring it in and he had availability the next day! I took it in and he fixed it for the price he told me I couldn t believe it! My car runs great now he s a very honest guy who knows how to fix cars well! If you re looking for an honest mechanic who does great work this is the spot to go!! Thanks again Universal Auto for doing such a great job! I will be back and I will definitely refer you to everyone I know!

You need a honest mechanic in Philadelphia area, try Universal Auto Repair Inc. and you won't regret it. Ronny and his wife run this business and they are here to help not to rip off like most Mechanic shops would. I know people who have relocated to New Jersey but still bring their cars to Philadelphia for servicing. Prior using them, I panic as to what the diagnosis and the cost of repair would be. Now I drop my car off, and could sleep knowing I'm in good hands because they won't lie on diagnosis nor inflate the cost of servicing. Thank you, Universal Auto Repair!

Universal Auto Repair has been my go to shop for my luxury SUV. It s hard to find reliable shops that work on luxury vehicles that don t try to overcharge for everything. Universal Auto Repair is transparent, quick and reliable and the service is extremely quality.

Waste of time I go in there to get my car looked at bc the website says they do transmissions I get there they guy seem to have An attitude n seems like he doesn t want to work on the car. I came here bc of the good reviews I guess it s lies. Won t come here again ( they respond but completely ignore the part about him having an attitude ) this place is a joke & I called the day before and explained the problem I had to the lady and she told me to bring it in today. Not even going back n forth with these shady people n business

I took my car here and was told my catalytic converter was cracked so I went to Get a second opinion and here it was just a flex pipe that I needed to be replaced above the catalytic converter that they tried to charge me $1000 here. They tell you things that are wrong with your car that are not broke just to make more money. Please get a second opinion anytime you go to UNIVERSAL AUTO
