Joe, his son, and Gabby are excellent. It feels like a family in there. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, someone hit my car and caused a fender bender. It was very stressful, but United Auto made dealing with it easier. After I got the money for the quote, the process of getting my car back to normal was smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone who s experienced an auto accident. Thank you so much, you guys!!!

Joe and the crew did amazing job with my car. The color of my car was so odd to find, but they revamped it and made it happen. Truly, thankful for all the help. Recommended 10 stars if I could!

Shoutout to Joseph & Gabby, and the whole staff here. My insurance was absolutely useless when it came to fix the damage done to my car, kept telling me they were sending someone to look at it and read the car computer, but they never did. Gabby was on top of it and helped contact them as well. Eventually after a month I decided to pay out of pocket for the repairs because I couldn't wait any longer. Joe not only gave me a good price on the repairs, but worked with me to get the car done before I had to add time to my rental car. They've been amazing from the start and I would highly reccomend!

Highly recommend! They were able to take a look at my vehicle right away and made it look as good as new in a reasonable amount of time. They were also very responsive throughout, sending pictures of repair progress and responding to any questions with a fast turnaround. A+

My car was near totaled in an accident and I brought it to United thanks to google. Lol. I was paying out of pocket, so United worked with me to fix the car at a great price. Along the way, they discovered other issues, which they also fixed in a timely manner. The car looks great now! Tom did an amazing job on my car, the back was rear ended and damaged severely to the point where my trunk couldn t close, and now it looks brand new like when I first got it! I throughly enjoyed the service here. I knew I was leaving my car in good hands from the moment I talked to Gabby. She was quick and efficient at answering my questions and addressing my concerns. All of the other shops in the area kept giving me the run around due to the national shortage on parts. United was the only place that I called that offered to take my car the same day I brought it to them. They did a beautiful job with the repairs. It looks brand new! Joseph and his entire crew at United Auto Collision are magnificent in what they do. Roughly two months ago, I was hit on the Right front of my vehicle and during the initial analysis of the collision, things weren t looking too bad because my car WAS NOT totaled by the insurance company. However, due to the global supply shortages of steel (and various other things) it took WAY longer than anticipated for the parts to come in for my car.Not only did United get me hooked up with a rental the day of my collision (I was back on the road within hours of the collision to continue seeing my patients in home care THANK YOU LISA!) they COVERED the entire additional cost of the rental they brokered me getting in the first place. (THANK YOU GABBIE AND JOSEPH!) You see, if my collision had occurred in 2019, my car would have been done within the first month and the 30 days or rental coverage from my insurance company would have been adequate. However, in 2021, getting materials for ANYTHING is complicated! United kept me INFORMED (THANK YOU JOE!), CALM (THANK YOU GABBIE AND LISA!) and kept me MOVING until my car was ready.Now, let s talk about the craftsman ship that Joe (the manager of the production floor) and Joseph (the owner of the shop) used to get my baby back to me. I can t tell that anything ever happened! The repair work is, in no uncertain terms, seamless. WHAT S MORE: they returned my baby to me clean as a whistle!I hope that you don t ever need United Auto Collision, but if you do do whatever you have to do to get them to handle the work. My insurance company has been calling for the last 5 days I ve been calling for the last 5 days united is holding my totaled car hostage and now I am going to be charged personally for having to store the car because united salvage will not answer the phone and the message box is full. Also my car had multiple items stolen from inside of it including a $1500 KENWOOD stereo system, a $400 obd 2 reader, all the fuse box relays, and a $300 brand new car battery. And now I have to pay for storing it as if they didn t beat me enough. Answer your phone stop being creeps united!

5/5 I dropped my car off for a full bumper replacement it was done and I was called to pick it up quicker than any other place I ve been. My car looks brand new and they re super professional and nice in there. I highly recommend.
