I've known the owners for many years. Greg recently worked on my truck. He communicated what needed to be done along with the price. The turn around time was exceptional. Greg and his employees are very knowledgeable and they don't mind explaining what needs to be done.

I use to think this was a credible shop but I don't know anymore. I'm a senior and I had him service my car because the battery died. But I wasn't able to contact him that evening and by the time I did someone broke out my back passenger window. So he has to fix that also. He did pretty decent price for window fix and supposed to be a new battery ( I haven't seen it) got my car back thought I was good since the car didn't give me any problems previous to the battery dying. It's been since November 6th now. And my car is still at his shop. I call almost everyday to not get an answer and unable to leave voicemails because it's full. Engine light was on and the car keeps saying the back door is open so it drains the battery. First he said it was a fuel sensor, then he said it could be a throttle now he says the wiring has been chewed. I'm still waiting. Can't get an answer when you call. Can't get a return text. Hmmmm So to me it's really unprofessional not to return a call when it's business. I am starting to think I'm getting the run-around. So that's why I'm posting this current dilemma. What do y'all think.

Don t believe the previous reviews This is LITERALLY THE WORST AUTO SHOP IN PHILLY! your car can be waiting here for weeks without no communication on what s actually happening with your CAR! customer service is extremely poor EVERYTHING is poorly managed. I urge you to not get your car fixed here. PRICES ARE EXTREMELY HIGH! and the job DO NOT be completed on your car.

Strawberry Mansion Auto aka Home of The Smart Guys tkes gr8 care of Nitro's needs jus recently I've ben thr 4 a loose battery terminal which I had NO ideal wat the hell was goin on cuz her brake light, abs light, traction light was on her charms was goin off thn she's powers dwn in mid traffic steering wheel wuld lock Cougar figured that out soon .as he tried 2 strt hr, he did mi alternater, greg did mi starter, thy both bassicly damn near did EVRY part on mi nitro, so needless 2 sy I TRUST the hell out of thm & I WILL b bk, mi daughter son 's cougar he call'z cougar Nitro's doctor soon as he see's cougar truck he sy's that'z Nitro's doctor thy r 2 gr8 guys trust thm, I'm tell'n u thy'll get the job dun in no tom, wn u arrive ask 4 Greg or Cougar ur car , truck, SUV, mini van wat eva it is on 4 wheels is in gr8 hands oh yeah did I tell u thy r friendly(that'z important) 2 mi nice guys, chk em out.

Love the personal touch from the owner. Better prices than I've been quoted elsewhere. Had a problem with my headlights for a year. One shop wanted 700. Another couldn't figure out what the problem was. Waited on a promise from another shop for six months. Remembered using Mansion a few years ago. I explained the problem, and he had an immediate diagnosis. He got the part, and I had my car in three hours for way less than the first quote.

Greg and his son is awesome. Always helpful! I had a issue after I got my brakes installed and they took time to check on the issue and made sure it was resolved. The shop been open since I was a kid, mind you I'm 38yrs old now. All around a great place to have your car serviced.

I have had problems finding auto shops I trust, but strawberry mansion auto-repair I trust and I also been going there for years. Greg (the owner) is also my next door neighbor, probably the only truthworthy person in the world, my opinion.

I ve been a loyal customer over 20 years. Greg and his team are very polite and professional. They have a great work ethic. I only trust them to work on my cars. They consider you family when they greet you. They always have a smile on their faces.

I Went too Greg about 3 weeks because my car kept Shutting off due too me needing a censor he looked at it then made my check engine light go off n guess who car didn t shut off since? Minesssss lol I just saved $300 for the time being by going too strawberry mansion auto

Ever since I have been a customer at this fine establishedment I have no complain. When I pull up for service you can tell your in good hands. He listens to your problems with open mind you can tell he knows his autos. He will pull up a car samatic in a flash if he needs to know something new. I like the professionalism he uses in dealing with me. "I drive over 15 mile to let him services my 2 cars and work truck". He honors appointments to thank Greg keep up the good work. And he takes all forms of payment.

The best mechanic shop by far. Prices, work, honesty, knowledge etc... my wife and I have been going to this shop for over ten years. Trust me truly the best mechanic shop in Philadelphia. A blessing to know that there are still honest mechanics that really care and understand their craft. They are always busy but seem to get to your car done in a timely fashion because they are always working around the clock.

Working as an employee, which I also had repairs done when I did not feel like diagnosing my vehicle, the Blockers are beautiful and fair inside out. Lastly, they kept me out of trouble and made a man out of me.

Greg is the best! Never have an issue after he fix my car and everytime I go the issue is resolved the same day! Gets you in and out. I would highly recommend this shop.

this is not a good place they never keep in contact about with me about MY car and they will have your car for weeks upon weeks without letting me know anything about MY CAR and the car still needs more fixing.

I've been coming to this shop for years now I just know one thing if Greg don't teaches his son how to really conduct business and how deal with people in the neighborhood he's going to ruin the family business I recently took a car there to get a tuneup done all he did was change the oil and charge me $130 He's dad would've never did nothing like that

Reason the 2 Brothers have worked there since they were kids I carried mail there for 30 years and watch them grow.
