This is my worst experience. Chinese Lin. He said he was too busy to make an appointment for me. Tell me to go back and wait for his call, but there is no news. Bad attitude. As a result, I asked a foreigner to make an appointment for me on the spot.

There was a problem with my car. They didn't find out what it was. I went and got it. The problem came up before I got it back to my location. I took it back to the dealership and worked on it until they found the problem. No problems since. Thanks.

If it was possibly to give this dealership 0 stars I would. Giving 1 is even giving them more credit then they deserve. I spoke to 2 different managers and more than enough mechanics. This place does not know how to communicate with customers and treat me as if I have no knowledge of a vehicle. I am not a mechanic, but I definitely know how a car is supposed to sound and feel. Because they cannot find the problem the 1 mechanic or 2, it s a nothing is wrong with your vehicle . They will wait for your car to break down or have the problem reach its max of no repair before they do something about it. Horrible dealership!!

I'm totally angry with Sloane. I can understand being closed during... but they should at least answer the phone. (TRIED for days). Cost me hundreds $$ Unnecessarily. ????????long story.

Some negative emotions. From Sevris Toyota. This name is only Toyota. And for this name they take money. And experts are not experts. Can not identify the problem. Appealed to reveal a problem. Read the error code. And for what they took $ 143. Nor could they find the problem. And at the same time without conscience still require $ 470 for further testing. I can read these errors for free through the tester in the computer. Secondly, half a year ago I turned around. since the check caught fire. I was told that I need to replace the carbon filter. And it costs $ 1200. And the problem was that water got into the gas tank. All this problem was solved with a liquid to remove water from gasoline. worth $ 1.5 at walmart. After pouring this liquid. Errors disappeared. and still no. drove almost 6,000 miles

Unfair place they charge too much and it s not right so I went there today and I went to get a oil change and break and they charge me $617 and just my front brakes changed I m never returning and I don t recommend anybody to go there I m upset about the service.

My friend took this apart for some reason and couldn't put it back on. When I went back to the department where they repaired the car, they couldn't put it back on. They said a button inside was broken and they needed to buy parts to replace it, and then they had to pay a repair fee. I just checked and found that the accessory was not damaged at all, so I put it back together. It's a very simple technical problem, but they can't solve it. I guess even if they buy the accessory, they won't install it.
