We recently purchased our fourth Honda CR-V, our second new vehicle from Sloane. Glenn greeted us and I showed him the car we were interested in on my phone. He took it from there! Everyone was friendly and professional. Ron, in finance, was especially thorough in explaining the plans and options for coverage. In no time we were driving away in our beautiful new car to the waves and cheers of everyone - even other customers!

Jermaine is the best!!! He is so patient and make us feel welcome. He took care of all our needs, and deal with us fairly. My husband felt very happy with his new big toy . Jermaine made the transaction fast and smooth. He made our day. If I could give him 10 star, i will definitely do it!

This was the absolute best car buying experience hands down!! Thanks Ben you took your time and with much patience explained everything in terms that I can even understand.. I left there in my new vehicle understanding the whole process. Above and beyond. I rarely recommend services but I will be recommending sloan Honda.The best fastest and efficient service I have received at a dealership. Definitely recommend coming to get your vehicle from them!!! Three weeks of online search and visiting about more than 10 Honda car dealers visit ended on Sloane Honda. Great staff and sales agents with good collection of cars. I recommend this place to everyone who want New or certified Honda cars. I really appreciate and thanks Mr. Elvio for helping and providing me all the necessary information I asked. At the end I find my favorite color and trim. Thanks for everyone.

I was at the dealership yesterday with my brother and we had decided which car we were getting. We had done all our homework so when we go in there we don t waste our time and quickly get our work done since it s requires a lot of steps.On our arrival there was no salesman who was there to receive us. I had experience of buying new cars before so I went to one of the desks and spoke with one of the salesman. He told us the car which we were looking at was presently at other location since this place is going through renovations. I agreed to wait for 15 minutes until the car arrives. It took them like an hour to get that car meanwhile me and my brother patiently waited where this guy left us. No one asked for water or coffee and the salesman s didn t know what he was doing . The salesman came after an hour and said the car has arrived. I was expecting that the car would be at the front of the dealership since it came from the other dealership but he made us walk like 5 minutes and the car was parked in the same dealership s parking lot and it was parked in such a way that another car was blocking it and we couldn t take it for test drive. If the car was there all the time why made us wait?Anyhow we decided in like 5-10 minutes that we will get this car and while going through the credit application I got a phone call in the middle from my business and it was important for me to take it. This salesman kept on telling me that I need to end my phone call quickly so he can get out of there. I told him give me a minute and he tells my brother that I am acting bossy. I totally understand that he wanted to leave but I was not the one who made him wait and stay there. It was his job to wait and close the deal.His unprofessional behavior made me leave that dealership because i realized i was spending my money where it wasn t valued.I will go somewhere and buy the car. You guys need to pay respect to your customers. The managers were aware of the incident and none of them were apologetic. And if my review is seen by the owners I would like to mention that I own a BMW, a mercedes and a tundra. I have been to several dealerships and my review is not biased. Your staff needs some training. You guys lost a good customer.

Please do not let this dealership run your credit. They are very unprofessional. Most dealership run your credit 2 to 3 times, they did 7 inquiries. The sale's manager is very rude. My car was stolen and I needed car immediately. I did received a good deal on a use car. That was the only reason I purchased the car. I will never shop there again

I had the pleasureable experience of purchasing my used car here at Sloane Honda back on 4/23/2016. Alex Pizarro and Will Burnett did a fantastic job to get me in the car I wanted and I am beyond happy. I highly recommend these salesmen and this dealership at 9903 Bustleton Avenue.To add to my experience, Sloane Honda has helped me in buying a newer used car on 11/16/2023. Salesman Timothy Graham was great in helping me out throughout the entire process. There was no tough negotiations or any inconvenience. It was smooth and what I liked the most is that Tim wanted to know what I wanted versus someone trying to put me in something that they thought would be good for me. Awesome customer experience for me and I will return to get a new vehicle in the future. Kudos to Tim Graham at Sloane Honda.

I was on the fence about sharing my experience. The dealership manager made me am offer to have my car detailed free of charge by the dealership, but since he hasn't been responsive regarding his end of the bargain, I decided to share.I took my car to Sloane Honda back in August to have it inspected. I left it overnight, as my appointment was the first one scheduled for the next morning. We got a call later that day saying the repairs would cost nearly 2k. Talk about a gut punch! I get to the dealership already mad about the amount I was about to pay for my vehicle. When I open my car door, the inside was completely ransacked! I'm furious. I grab the manager to show him my car. My initial thought was that the repair person moved a bunch of stuff around while making repairs and never put it back, and to me - that was unacceptable! The repairman came over and was just as surprised and said that everything was normal when he last saw it. The dealership viewed cameras and saw an unknown person lurking and walking through dealership grounds at 3a (I'm assuming this was the person that ransacked my vehicle). The repairman assured me that he secured my vehicle, but there's no way that he could've if there was no forced entry. The manager was very apologetic. He extended the offer to have my vehicle detailed for the trouble. I have called and texted this manager since mid August and he has probably responded to 1 text, several days late. At this point, I don't even want the offer. I'll never bring my car to this place again!

Tim at Sloane Honda is the best salesperson! He made buying my 2024 HR-V as easy as it could be! He is very knowledgeable and works with you to get what you want! This is my second time buying a new car from Sloane. This time I did shop around but found the best to be at Sloane! I kept my 2007 Civic for 16 years and 115,000 miles and it is still running well. I know I will have the same with my HR-V! Thanks Tim!!

Don t listen to all the bad reviews, I just got my car from Sloan Honda and yu Lu did his best to get me my 2021 Honda civic and I couldn t be anything more than grateful. Those guys helped me out with my trade in. In no more than 1 day. Lucky I came here at the right time. And thank you to yu Lu for helping me make sure he could get me in a car that day.

Bought a 21 accord nice car low miles paint was rough couple chips no biggie but I had my detail guy bring it back to life. They were just gonna run it through a car wash. That s just crazy to me someone who knows cars and works on them basically just putting more scratches in it they should have some kid hand wash these cars not use an automatic car wash. And I waited 6 hours to sign the papers. The way the car is now is the was they should sell it. Spent another 400 to get all the stuff out of the paint

We needed a different car but asSenior Citizens we needed something we could afford! Up steps our wonderful and professional gentlemen, Larry from Sales and Lou from Finance!!! We were treated like Royalty and all our worries were put to rest. As older buyers both gentlemen explained everything to us in a courteous and professional way! We were even back there today as we had a question and Larry took great care of us. Lou in Finance took us through the different phases of leading our new car! Thank you for having such wonderful employees!! We will certainly recommend Sloane Honda!

Timothy Graham was very helpful in the purchase of my Honda CR-V Hybrid. It was such a great experience and I would recommend 100x over that you go see him at Sloane Honda. He helped my download the app and then reviewed all the features of the vehicle with me which was great since my last car was a 2008 Honda Civic which I purchased from him too...imagine the difference in features...thank you so much for making the experience smooth and painless!!!

If I could give negative rating I would. Very disrespectful, impolite, rude and every negative word you can say about a dealer. Didn't offer any deal at all for my first new car. They just rushed to take the downpayment. But I repeat: NO DEAL AT ALL! They should be called car shop not a dealer. When I go to the office where I should sign the contract, the guy who works there was just arrogant, very impolite and unwilling to answer any questions. Ok the contract was signed. They didn't give me the envelope either. After several days of using the car, I notice that the car had a defect with the drivers window glass in which the glass instead of automatically closing when the key was pressed, lifted and then went back more than half way down. I contact the service and set an appointment. I took my car there on Friday. They DIDN'T offer a ride service to go back home, neither did they offer to give a car rental. I go home paying Uber myself. I also had to pay Uber to go to work when they should have given me a rental. Then I get contacted by a guy who said that after so many attempts, they figured out what the problem was, (FINALLY!) but that I could go take the car and come back on Tuesday. I said I wanted to leave the car there as I don't have time to go back and forth. He says ok and that I was going to take my car home on Saturday. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! I had to call them and this time a lazy person answers,(like she didn't want to be there) and tells me I was going to be contacted by the management. To make a long story short, I contacted them several times on Monday before being told at 4pm when I was going to work that my car was ready. Three freaking days for just a glass, and no car rental no ride service! Just TERRIBLE service and no reccomendation at all. Very dishonest not doing all the correct inspection and waiting for the customer to find out, plus no car rental and ride service. Would NOT reccommend!

Exceptional service. The workers are all wonderful, especially Eddie Stroka & Larry. Eddie is not afraid to make it right, and help you out at any given time. I got my car serviced Wednesday 04/10/2024. Took it in for an oil change. I chose this Honda because the Honda in Abington isn t my favorite. When I returned to retrieve my car I walked into the building and was not greeted by nobody that was sitting by the door. I walked up to the cashier desk considering I already paid online and stood there for at least a minute while the two older ladies didn t even acknowledge me they just continued on with their conversation no greeting or anything. I finally said I m here to pick up my car took them a few more seconds to finish up their conversation which she followed up and replied you need to go see an advisor first so I turned around walked up to an advisor that was available and he asked for my last name. I gave it to him, he got my paperwork and keys and said i m going to give this to the cashier which I replied with I did already pay online she overhead me and said do you believe her which was borderline racist if you ask me. He replied with idk she followed up again and said do you think she really paid which I just got quiet after that. I signed what she asked me to sign as she called for a valet person and when everything was signed I just left. I wish I would have gotten everyone s name and spoke with a manager. The only person who was respectful was the guy who got my car. I will not be returning.

Lazy service department that just doesn t care about customer. Service guy was telling me to get my differential oil changed I don t have a four-wheel-drive. I have a front wheel drive there is no differential.Went there to get an alignment done never did an alignment. The car was just as unaligned as before but they still charge me $375.Every time you call to make an appointment it is the laziest person answering the phone like they don t wanna be there and it is a problem to get anything through with anyoneGo to a different Honda this one is terrible.

Purchased a lightly pre-owned Honda Pilot. Xavier was the salesperson who worked with me. Very professional and patient. No surprises. Fair deal on my trade in. Was in and out of the dealership in about 2.5 hours. This was easily the most pleasant and trouble free car buying experience I've had so far.

This is the third Honda I have purchased at Sloane Honda. Tim Graham was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in purchasing. He was not pushy which really helped my decision. I highly recommend Sloane and Tim!
