My auto insurance referred me to Service King for repairs. My car was ready one week after I dropped it off and it looks brand new. They even cleaned & vacuumed the interior. Super easy process, and they stayed communicative with updates by text. Everyone I interacted with there was professional and kind. Overall, a good experience using Service King.

This location did a great job communicating with me, especially through difficulties with insurance. Adrian was a great liaison and the whole team had my car looking spick and span when it was done!! amazing crew

Kevin and the team at Service King / Crash Champions are wonderful. We found this shop searching online literally on the side of the road after I was in an accident nearby, and are so glad we did. Kevin was very kind and accomodating, allowing us to bring the car to them (even though insurance was being slow!) when others had turned us away, and even helped me navigate the car there safely. Once the car was dropped off Kevin helped explain all the options I had so that I could understand the process and make the most informed decision about my vehicle. Thank you again to Kevin and team for helping me through this stressful time!

My F150 sustained significant damage parked IFO my home and I was directed by my insurance company to make a choice from several shops that came highly recommended.I selected Service King, made the appointment, and they made all the required repairs to made it right.I am thoroughly satisfied with their professionalism & service to the customer. Exceeding expectations with every visit. This is my second time choosing Crash Champions through my GEICO insurance claim. Staff are courteous and top notch even went above and beyond to fill up one of the tires in my rental car when I saw the PSI was running low. Repairs are done quickly and with quality work. And my favorite part my car is always cleaner for pick up than when I originally dropped it off! I will definitely continue to use Crash Champions for my auto repair needs, and I would highly recommend their work.

They are absolutely amazing I was having such a hard time dealing with my car being stolen and on top of it I had to pay 750 to get my car back and they were very helpful I didn't have to fo back my car ran like new the general manager is an absolutely amazing guy we had great conversation each time I called to get updates on my car I was never not informed. I knew the process the parts and the mechanic who worked on my car. They are great any type of issues with my vehicle I will only go there and 1 other shop!!! They are great

I was directed to Service King after someone smashed my Honda's window and damaged the regulator. I dropped off the car with Adrian on Monday evening and he was helpful and kind. They didn't have the replacement part in stock but they kept me updated with phone calls and texts, which I really appreciated. My car was fixed by Thursday evening. Tyler signed me out at the front desk and took care of returning my Enterprise rental too. Having my car vandalized was stressful and Service King made it suck less - thank you so much!

My husband got T-boned two weeks ago and was so upset his car was heavily damaged passenger side. Service King took care of us and the car with such grace. It was a no-stress, seamless process. They made sure a rental car was available for us to use while our car was being worked on, and the car looks like it was never touched. They also detailed the car! Super impressed, and thank you for being the light in a really bad situation. Special thank you to Adrian for being clear and concise regarding work needed and time frames.

20/10 Rating! Not only did the body work look great after my bumper got hit, but the customer service was top notch!! Hopefully I won't have to take my car back in again, but if I ever have to, I will 100% go to Service King. Thanks for the great customer service.I also was running late before the holiday to get my car and two awesome associates waited for me so I did not have to wait 3 more days for my car. We had our car repaired at the Essington Ave. location after an accident. It did take a few weeks to get an appointment but that is normal when you go to any business that provieds great service.All of the staff members were helpful but Adrian definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service we received from Service King. We were so happy with the service that we referred our cousin to this Service King location when he was in an accident the weekend after we picked our car up.I would definitely recommend them again!Thanks Service King & a huge shout out to Adrian for the excellent customer service he provided to us!

Service here is above and beyond! I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday morning and got it back after work on Friday of the same week! Not only did they repair the damages I took it in for; I received my vehicle in better condition than when I dropped it off. My vehicle washed, vacuumed, cleaned inside and out! Kudos to the team here, and Chris was very helpful explaining the process and the service report when it was time to pick up the vehicle. Would highly recommend to others that need work done on their cars!!

Hands down the BEST experience I ve had with a collision shop. This is my second time unfortunately, but the workers here make the process stress-free and seamless from start to finish. Service King provided the best body work and overall repair experience I've seen to date. I am blown away by the responsiveness, quality of repair, timeliness and cleanliness of my car after the fact--what a nice touch! I can't speak to the price because another driver's insurance was paying for my repairs, but everything else was spot on. 10/10 would recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I drop off my car for vandalism repairs and 90% of the repairs on my car were finished early, but there was a part that was waiting to be ordered that my servicer told me would come in a few days and I can just have it installed on the spot within five minutes. After that, I did not hear from them and I had to call three times myself to ask the status of it, and then I was told that it would be available in December, and which time I would not be in Philadelphia anymore. I was told I would be contacted about what to do from there, but I received no communications. I called to speak to a manager about the situation and what potential solutions could be. I was very polite and thorough in explaining the situation, but he was very aloof and had a it s not my problem attitude. Originally, I had a very good experience when the car was done early, but the lack of communication and helpfulness has been very offputting. I understand that parts availability is not on the servicer, but they really need to improve on their communication and empathy.Service: Body & Trim

I had one of my cars fixed here a few years ago and had a great experience so I opted to try them again. The estimate process was short and easy. I pulled up, Melissa came out to assess the car and emailed the estimate to me within the hour. I highly recommend them.

The staff here were so helpful. I'm pregnant & my 12 yr old daughter & I had to walk to the location from our home in the heat. When we arrived the staff wouldn't allow us to walk back home & arranged a ride for us to get back home. I am so very thankful & blessed for the staff that helped us that day. I really appreciate it. You guys & ladies are amazing. 5.0+++++ rating from me & many many humble thank yous.

This was my first time ever taking my car to them and the service was outstanding. Melissa answered all of my questions and I was updated every single step of the way. That is really a HUGE convenience. Great professionalism and wonderful customer service. So I brought my car to service king because my downstairs neighbor keyed my car because me and my girlfriend was have adult activities frequently at night after 12 o clock. He was really up set. Short story we was making the bed rock. So he vandalized my car. Took it to service king. They did a amazing job. Service was fast. Only know Mr Mike from the essingtion branch in Philly. Told me to call him after thr paint settles if it needs to be buffed. Appreciate his customer serviceService: Painting
