**DONT GO TO THIS PLACE*** my wife and I brought our 2019 Mercedes benz there to get back brakes and because they did't know what they was doing the messed something up and cause several lights to come on the dash board and now when my wife drives she has to put the peddle to the floor to stop, be bought this to their attention when we picked up car and we was told they would order a part from dealer and everything would be fine, well that was 3 months ago, we called 50 times and now because they recognize our number on their caller Id they wont answer so when we call from another number the answer and feed us another lie so small claims court he we come..

I am not sure why no one has written a review on this shop that is positive, but it is the absolute worst experience. They lie about the repairs and when the service will be completed. There was other unsatisfied customer when I was there. My car was there for a week for a job. Instead of being transparent or honest....I was given the run around. No one cared about the dishonesty and lack of communication.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Went to this place 8:00am, no showed up. Waited for 45min. No one showed up. The place is scheduled to open at 8:00am Saturday.I will never go back again, this is my second bad experience with this place. Very unprofessional!!!

My first time coming here for an inspection and I am beyond pleased! When you drive up it looks busy but the workers are very fast and well organized. The employees have welcoming and friendly demeanors and are super helpful! The prices are reasonable and I am overall satisfied with Roy s! Took my car here last Wednesday to be exact they did front brakes and my front rotors. After u picked my far up I notice the next day that my lug nut caps on both my front tires were missing l. When I went back to the place the guy had the audacity to tell me they don't remove the lug nut when they replace my brakes and rotors. They took my lug nuts or misplaced them so now I'm riding around with none of them on my front tires. After that experience I will never go to that place again. It wasn't professional at all and I don't appreciate the care that my car received in there care..it wasn't right at all!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Please don t take your car to this shop!!!!!! I promise your going to end up spending more money then need be!!!!! I took mi car there thinking I needed a new water pump, they said all I needed was a tuneup okay kool they did the tuneup they had mi car for 3days just to do a tuneup then when I picked my car up it sounded worse then when I dropped it off they said bring it okay kool I take it back they do whatever I drove it for an hour it started to over heat now antifreeze is leaking it was worse then b4 needless to say okay so I take mi car back to them again only for them to give it a temporary fix and since the week of 11/16 I ve taken mi car bck once a week they claim their were waiting on a part I went to autozone and picked the part up myself same day paid roy s 350.00 they gave me bck 150.00 I have to pay 260.00 for part and 160.00 labor!!!! Yeah don t waste your time or money Service: General repairs & maintenance

Don t go here. The employees take forever to service you. Because their homies come by an they sit there an bust it up talking. I still wasn t serviced so I left. Wasn t even acknowledged.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

I had a great experience at Roy's. I actually had to return before I left Philly and they didn't hesitate to take care of my problem. They're one of the best in the city. Thanks guys

These guys be about their business!!!! Fast service and great prices:) Get there early tho:/ They stay busy; but they re always straight and right to the point

Whomever gave them anything but a star is very dishonest as the employees at this auto shop. My car was at this shop for a repair that was not only done incorrectly but also took about a month. The repair was poorly done under warranty, so now my car has been back there for two months. I was given false information numerous times and even told that I have to pay a shipping price of $75 for a part under warranty. My second encounter here has been a complete nightmare as the first. The owner "BRUCE" is rude and unprofessional. I am prepared to take legal actions.

I m extremely unsatisfied with the work I had done at Roy s auto my car was here for almost 3 months every time I turned around they told me something else was wrong wit my car just to keep taking my money and n the end they didn t know what was wrong because they really weren t working on my car. I had to get my car move to a new shop and after 3 day I knew exactly what the problem was. I m considering taking legal actions against themServices: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Horrible horrible service took my car there for repair of my brake lines they had the car over a month one day did call and said it was ready I get there and it was nowhere near ready the second time they called said it was ready I get there Not only was it not ready but someone had broken one of the windows out on the passenger side and he wanted me to pay for it never go there again as a matter of fact I don't even drive by there I go another route

Had my vehicle worked on and was charged but they didn't fix the problem... Put my part on incorrectly.. I had to take it somewhere else to get fixed correctly and pay again....
