The quality of the work that is done at Rocco's is terrific! They work very well with Allstate customers and the whole insurance process was extremely streamlined due to their professionalism. The people who work there are very friendly too! I recommend Rocco's to everyone.

Rocco's is the best collision shop I have ever used. I wasn't able to get the car to the shop or pick it up when complete. They have their own trucks so they picked it and dropped it off the same day. The car had extensive front-end damage and was done ahead of schedule. The staff is attentive and picks up the phone after a few rings. I couldn't be more pleased.

My 2021 4Runner was hit in an accident and needed the driver side replaced and painted. The customer service and the promise of a quick turn around led me to use this Rocco's even though they were not in my insurance. And I'm glad I did! They fulfilled their promises! I got my truck back looking exactly like it should and in only 2 weeks! Other shops gave me a 3 to 4 week return. I highly recommend this Rocco's to anyone looking for great service. I brought my car in for repair. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Sarah. She answered all of my questions and helped me every step of the way. My car was rear-ended. Went to Rocco's Body Shop. I met Lehia and Jose. They made me feel great about them repairing my car. And What a Great/Wonderful Job They Did! I Highly recommend Rocco's if needed. Everyone is so NICE! THANK YOUSO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME!!

My car had substantial front end damage and not only did Rocco's Collision Center fix my car, they made my experience pleasant! I was kept informed of work being done, and the Claim Estimator and Rocco's staff members with whom I spoke with were very understanding, helpful, and kind. I have already given two friends the business card because Rocco's did such an excellent job--my friends saw my car before and after and were impressed!

Taylor and Jack were incredibly responsive, professional, efficient, cheerful, thorough, transparent... all the good things. I was connected to them through the insurance company of the "other driver," and the shop is not geographically convenient to me (about 20 minutes away), but I would seriously consider using them -- and driving past dozens of closer body shops -- because of the positive experience.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Taylor was a great help. She was pleasant from my first to my last interaction I had with her. The shop kept me posted on my progress and even returned my car back a day before expected. They were also extremely professional.

Chose these guys through Traveler's Insurance and I'm happy I did. They did such a great job. Had a big dent on my passenger side front and back doors. My car was hit in the rear and they did an Awesome job on my 2011 Nissan Max. I did asked if possible (while it s there) to paint over some of the scratches on the side. They politely smiled and said that they would repair my car based on the current incident and would have it looking nice when the job is completed. Well, I still have my old scratches, but my baby was cleaned, shining and looked like a new car. I would highly recommend Rocco s Collision Auto Body -North East Phila. They were upfront about everything, kept me informed via text messages throughout the entire process, finished within the week, and my Max rides good and looks like a New Car.Service: Body & Trim

Dont bring your car here. I had a 2017 Dodge Challenger involved in an accident. Jack told me the repairs would be over 30k once the took the car apart. I was told my car would be totaled most likely . I picked up my car abd brought it ti caliber collision instead. They fixed my car for a little over 14k and did not total my car. I will never go to roccos again

came in on 08/27/2020 around 10:45am to see if i could get an estimate for next week, talk to a guy he was at the shop sweeping, i told him i need an estimate on an older honda, you can tell right away he did not want to accept the job, told me it would cost like $2000 for the work and it is not worth it. he is saying it is not worth it without seeing the vehicle in person. he suggest me taking it to macco. i had basically the same car and i had mine done for the same work for about $900 at another shop. i basically ask him, you don't want to take in the job, right? he said yeah.the shop i went to are so busy that they could not get it in the shop for a while. i guess this body shop do not take in smaller work. i'll just have to wait to go to a real auto body shop that does this kind of work. it was a waste of time going there.
