The WORST car wash I ve had. I received a free full service car wash with the overpriced oil change. I was expecting detailing but they didn t even try. The car came out just as dusty inside as it was before. I figured I would try the free service to see how they do but I would never come here and pay out of pocket. I feel robbed of the $10 tip I left to be nice.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. The staff is very polite, friendly and respectful. The mechanics know their stuff. They get you in and out quickly. Great service!

Quick wash and vacuum with inside wipe down. It's always a half azz job to me. I only go when I get my oil changed because the wash is free.

I come here for years for my oil change. My high mileage oil change use to be $48, then it increased to $67. I go back today my oil change is $75 dollars. The car is a 2005 Nissan maxima. Who pays $75 for an oil change. The charged me $19 for an oil filter. The tech says to me oh you get all your levels checked & a free car wash. NEVRR EVER WILL I RETURN. Its like taking advantage of people. And hiding behind EVERYTHING WENT UP. Service: Oil change

Quick, professional service and great attention to detail. I m a sports mom so you can imagine the mess I pull up with but I leave with a spotless car every time I go to this car wash.

I dropped the car off to be detailed and it's the same headache of them pointing out scratches on the car before service. The proper thing would be to have a carbon copy notepad with a vehicle diagram on it, so they can circle where there's damage and not be held liable for it. They keep one copy and the customer keeps the other copy. Instead of constantly pointing out scratches on my car cause I could easily say they didn't point out all the scratches whether I'm lying or not. Some tow truck companies use the carbon copy notepad with a vehicle diagram on it so they won't be held liable for damages. And to hell with these customers who have NO DAMN SENSE thinking soap, water, and a sponge will cause scratches on their car why I gotta go thru the headache in the first place. Just because you noticed the scratch after it got cleaned doesn't mean that's how it got there. smhI would give them 3 stars but they did such a good job detailing the car, I had to give them 5. I give credit where credits due.

I would've rated higher but trying to get the people in the back to understand what I wanted was exhausting and the other person that came to help didn't listen and just rushed me along was not satisfied with wash 34$ wanted a in and our said that numerous times didn't get a in and out

Use to get the best car wash here. Not anymore. When today paid almost 60 for delux or VIP, one of them. Car was not vacuumed properly one window was not cleaned. And they forgot my armor all that I paid for. They are getting lazy. I always tip good $60 for car wash and a $10 tip which I think is fair. But never again. I will tell my wife never to go there again either. I ll do this myself and just go there for the damn car Incense. I wish I could get my money back I m so disappointed in you guys. I call this stealing my 10th at old nephew could ve done a better job.Services: Full body wash, Tires

Took my car here for service to find out that a couple days later I lift my hood my oil cap was not completely on oil leaked or on my engine the filter was leaking on to the to my compressor causing fumes to go into my car took the car back took the car back manager said I waited too long to bring the car back it was a slow oil leak so I had no idea to take the car back sooner. He had said he had a hard time believing it.Service: Oil change

This car wash is superb! If your vehicle deserves to be pampered and well treated, then this car wash will do it all. It's like a spa day for any passenger vehicle. The customer service is professional, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend this car wash in the City of Philadelphia!

Fast, easy, and good service through their car wash. You drive up and tell them what type of wash you want while they start vacuuming your carpet and washing your mats. You go inside to pay then watch your vehicle as it proceeds through the wash and rolls out the front to be hand dried. Although the prices may be higher than other washes, the high quality service is worth it.

I ve gone here for years. They used to be great. They started getting sloppy. I got an oil change about a year ago and they didn t put the cover back tightly on the bottom and as I m driving it starts dragging. Then recently I get an oil change and they didn t even put the cover back on. I only found out b/c I got an inspection and was told that but another dealer. When I went there to tell them, the guy s response was well did it make you fail inspection and then they go to deny doing this even though they have had issues with putting the cover on in the past. I do like their quality of car wash, but their negligence has cost me money and I won t be going back. If you re gonna get work done there, watch them, cuz some of the newer staff is halfway competing stuff

They do a great washing the outside and the inside of your car. They move the line quickly. Would recommend getting the south Philly special. They armour all'd the inside of my car and it lasted for quite some time. They do oil changes and other minor maintenance to your car if you wish.

This place is truly a one stop shop!! I got my oil changed, car cleaned beautifully and the technician even let me know that my brake light was out and offered to change it! I received an oil change on 7-15-2022. They got over on my real bad. I pay no more than $65 for an oil change. They charged me $100. The black guy allowed it to happen! The two cashiers act like they're clueless!!! People don't go. They're hey overs!!!

Very quick with oil change and car wash. Staff and workers are very nice and accommodating. Prices are fair because of how elite the services are and I am already a regular just from visiting once.

The absolute best automatic car wash in the entire city, period! I go there regularly. My car looks pristine when I leave the place. Interior and interior windows are flawless every time which really makes the car look like it was fully detailed. Just a little pricey and the people who run it only concerned about the next buck. Otherwise, they do a fantastic job.

It was my first time going to this car wash and my last. Their customer service is terrible the receptionist was rude and they rushed through cleaning my car so when they were done with it my car was strill dirty when I mentioned it they tried to make me pay more money. They seemed money hungry and do not care about their customers

Absolutely the best car wash and lube service in Philly. I have been taking my commercial and personal vehicles for several years. Staff has always been professional and friendly. They work quickly and efficiently. The cashiers always greet me with a smile. One of them I just want to marry.Ritz Car Wash and Lube is the spot! I've been going here for years taking family cars and recommend it to others. Pretty good oil job always recommending other services when needed. Never pushy or over selling anything with me. There are some things suggested to me for my older vehicles that have been found to work out well. Definitely would recommend them as a honest business to service your vehicles.

I came to this place to change the oil, they told me a price of $ 70 At the time of paying, they left me with $ 82, which I have to pay I do not understand, please, first make sure the price First of all so as not to have surprises.

I got the "South Philly Special" for $23.95 where they pull the car around back AFTER it goes through the car wash, where the detail staff Armor-All's the interior and shines the tires. So you gotta wait a little while for that, which I didn't realize, but that's OK once I saw how thorough they were. While the car was undergoing the standard part of the car wash - where they hand dry it and wipe everything down and clean the windows - I saw one guy with what looked like a razor blade scraping off this sticky residue I had on my rear window from a funeral decal a few months back. I've been through 2 other full-service car washes since that funeral, and nobody ever even attempted to scrape or wipe that off. So I was SUPER impressed with that effort. That alone gave it 5 stars for me. For the Armor-All part, the guy that did it was super thorough and exceeded my expectations. I even saw him wiping the windows and stuff again, more thoroughly. Seeing what you get for the price difference between the other washes and the "South Philly Special", I would highly recommend getting the "South Philly Special". I'll definitely be back.

The wash is exceptional. But the last time I was there I got my tires and interior cleaned out(detailed). I sat and watched as the guy detailing my car stopped several times to have conversations with other employees. A lady came over 2 or 3 times and he just stopped work and had a personal conversation. I was at the carwash for almost 2 hrs.Services: Full body wash, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming

I gave 2 stars because it was fast! They lost 3 stars and a tip because my tire was a little low on air I asked if he could put some in. Was told we don't do that here! Last I checked when you pay for an oil change you get fluids topped off and tire pressure checked and filled! For $51 it's the least they can do! I will not be back!
