Great experience!!! Super helpful and friendly folks. Went in for all my brakes and rotors, they let me know my back ones were fine. Fair/great price, really fast service, van sounds awesome now! Also their shop is very nice and I love that it's family owned

Came for inspection & brakes. The most amazing family energy! So welcoming, staff is hilarious & make you feel right at home. They were able yo get me in SAME DAY for EVERYTHING I needed! Saves so much time! Theres a deli on the same block you can eat at during services. Super affordable and way better than the big dealerships. DEFINITELY use them over the franchises/dealerships!Service: Brakes

My work van blew a spark plug out of the cylinder head. The staff took my van right away and helped me make the decisions on what repairs i would need. The staff was super nice and helpful and was in consistent contact with me on the status of the repairs. They assisted me with everything I needed from the engine repair, brake caliper replacement and was able to get my inspection done. I am super satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. Richmond Brake Service did an amazing job for all 3 of my vehicles. They were fast, affordable and honest. R & B Philly Lead Inspections and R & B Cleaning and Painting will certainly be returning for our future needs.

I highly recommend this shop. They were very thorough and professional and saved me 300 dollars from what I was quoted by the chain shops. They stayed late to finish the job..(brakes and rotors front and rear on 2016 Volvo S60). They got it right despite Volvos being unlike most domestic cars, and not easy to work on. They charged a fair price, less than Midas or the dealer.This car take 3 variants for rotors front and at least 2 variants for rear rotors. They had every possible rotor and pad waiting for me when I arrived 2 hours late, preordered so I wouldn't have to wait for parts to arrive. They didn't complain about my getting there late, they just got to work, finished it, test drove it and charged me what they said they would and gave me the keys. Don't go there if you want a waiting room with a loud TV and bad coffee but if what you want is solid work and fair prices in a no frills environment, this is your spot.

Great service from friendly people. Have being getting four different cars inspected there for last three years. If any issues were found they called first to see if I wanted to do repairs or allow them to do it. Prices are average for area.

Had to replace a tire that wasn't in stock, they got it the next day before I got back from work. They also fixed an issue with an air leak near my rim a few days later free of charge. Great local business

These guys just lied to me about giving me a tire patch, made me drive all the way across state lines & than in person told me they don't offer that service. Unacceptable.

Replaced both brake lines in my '02 accord within hours for a fair price, but my brakes are shakier than ever now and the washer fluid doesnt spray anymore which I'll have to get fixed elsewhere.
