Great place and NOW my go-to for any service/upgrade for my RAM 1500. I had 2" levels installed to now have 33-in tires! It looks really good. Thanks Bill!

If you are looking for the most honest and transparent repair shop, then look no more. Their diagnostic team called me every step of the way, gave me an honest assessment, took photos and explained thoroughly the work they did. It s been a few years since I been back but it made me realize what I was missing. Jay helped me from start to finish. He as well as the team were well spoken, well versed, and attuned to the service needs of my car. Everyone was very polite and made my wait comfortable, quiet, and with ease. Thank you for your help. Rapco has serviced my last two vehicles and has never let me down. From squeezing me in for a last minute oil change to finding me the best deal on a new set of tires, I wouldn t take my truck anywhere else in the city. They also have a clean, comfortable waiting area so I m able to fire up my laptop while I wait.

Iv had electrical shorts ,blown driveshafts, bad solenoids to oil changes & annual inspections since I could drive in 1982.Hands down The Best no nonsense done correctly the 1st time !

I had a great experience at their facility. Very professional and courteous. While I was at home waiting for the work on my car to be done, they called me and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. They actually go over every detail, from what brought you in to what was being done to your car. It was a different experience for me, before I left with my car they walk with me to my car and went over the work that had been done. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely come back!!!

Honestly they get no stars from me. Hold lemme start from the beginning.... So they like right in the hood, fella need a wheel alignment right? I call em, they say 130 after taxes. I say ok. Drive around there. They get my info, my keys, and tell me give em a couple hours..... Is my response... I goto work. Three hours go by no call.... So I decided to slide down there. I see my car moved as I walked up. So the fella tell me he gotta look up parts and it need this and that and the third..... I'm shaking my head at this point... I slide back to work only for them to give me a price of $1425..... If they would've said maybe 5-600 I would've been like cool. But they wouldn't lemme get my own parts, over charged me for labor.... Don't go to them they ain't for the ppl

Very good value , I happened to past them one day and decided to give them a try .. and I m glad I did , first their customer service is top notch 100%! which is hard to find and very much appreciated . They walked me threw each step of the way and was never pushy. They go above and beyond for their customers which I enjoy the most. I highly recommend this place to take your cars to get serviced. The prices are really good and they have fast and efficient. ! They have a customer for life ! Special thanks to Jay he s awesome!

Great experience. They took care of all my car's issues at what I thought was a very reasonable price. As far as it being my first time there, not only do I plan to to return, but I can safely say they are more likely my new mechanic. Shout out to Jay and the rest of the crew for their superior customer service.

Rapco at Hunting Park has been very helpful with not only diagnosing the problem but throughly explaining the problem and what needs to be repaired. Probably a little more pricey compared to other places but for the service I would highly recommend it. I just got my state inspection at this facility and they did a a first-rate job! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for basic auto repairs!

Upon calling for an inspection appointment I was able to get a next day service. The service was comprehensive and going beyond the call of duty... made me and my car feel well taken care of without excessive costs. At the end, all service related issues were clearly explained ....and all this with a great attitude and a friendly smile. Highly recommended for all those who are looking for an honest and competent car service that is always overly accommodating but never overcharging! They will actually try to save you money! An unusually rare service and experience in this rough big city of Philadelphia!

In my six years of car ownership, this is the first time a mechanic took the time to explain everything in detail. I now know what was wrong with my car, which parts needed replacing, and why those parts are essential to the overall function of my car. Everyone in the shop was kind; however, I worked with Jason. He was patient, informative, and friendly. I appreciate the way I was spoken to and that I didn't feel like my ignorance was being taken advantage of. Rapco was recommended to me by a relative. I do have an automotive shop I have been using for years, but I decided to give them go and I'm happy I did. They were prompt in a response to an email I sent them (2 responses by 2 different people. The quote was the same and one had no idea the other had already responded) so I called to make an appointment. I was able to bring the car in right away! They were professional, courteous and honest. As a female, my knowledge of cars is very limited, but they listened to my explanation of the issues and understood exactly what I was trying to describe. They explained everything to me so that I could easily understand and the price for numerous repairs was fair. My car now runs like it did when I purchased it! I am extremely satisfied and I have a new Automotive Repair Shop!

I ordered a chrome molding for my toyota camry the piece came and was installed, the driver side fell off and i contacted Jason. He apologized and immediately ordered both sides anticipating the other one would loosen as well. He personally installed them himself to assure me that would not occur again. I was impressed with the great customer service.

I've been bringing my cars to RAPCO for over 20 years & I have to say that they're reasonable. They're very thorough on inspecting my vehicles but don't force you into getting something done to your car. They will advise you & let you decide. I'm very happy with the service.

Thorough work - Direct and to the point!!Use to work as a Dispatch Supervisor managing trucks for a catering company; these are the features you want in Auto Services, I assure you. Joey, Fran and Bill were organized and accommodating.I lucked out with having an extra technician work on my vehicle and was able to pick up my car the same day.New Strut Assemblies; New Ball Joints, and a 4-wheel Alignment with a detailed overview on a possible further camber alignment.Very Professional.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Alex was great in his explanation of what work I needed done to my vehicle. He also gave me a price quote, which was the worst case scenario. The bill was at least $100 less than the worst case scenario. Boy, was I grateful!! He kept me informed of the status of the repairs; very personable and professional. I'll recommend RAPCO to all my friends and family.

Mike, Bruce and Jason were great. Jason tinted my windows in my last vehicle. Did a super job. Won't go anywhere else. Not only was the quality there the prices reasonable.Had custom wheels put on and was very pleased.Great service!

Been using them for over 8 years across multiple family vehicles. Always upfront, always helpful,always the job is done right the first time. They are really good with customers and give you a good breakdown before they start the work. Highly recommended to be your regular mechanic. They are top notch.

My truck broke down around a mile from Rapco. Jason, got it towed without any hassle. Diagnosed the problem and by the following week I was back driving. Great service . Thanks guysGary B

Today is my first experience with Rapco Auto. I googled oil change and everywhere was booked and I need an appointment. I didn t feel like driving to the car dealership for the oil change. Then I seen Rapco was around the corner from my house so I took a chance and called. I need the oil change last week and there was other concerns as well. I was told to come on around, since it was my first time they inspected my car. I need front and rear brakes, a window switch and could use new tires. I was give a quoted price before the work was done. I felt it was reasonable for parts and labor. Much less than the car dealership. I have found me an auto shop I can trust for my vehicles. This shop cares for the whole car. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

With top tier customer service and reliable work, Rapco is definitely a hidden gem in the Philadelphia area. The staff is very honest and knowledgeable and make you feel more than comfortable. They give you a lot of information about your car without being over complicated or overbearing. I drove out of their garage feeling extremely satisfied and confident about my car. This was my first visit but I will most likely return for future repairs.

I was recommended by John Kennedy dealerships in Jenkintown to go here for my Ford Escape to upgrade the grill, lights, bumper etc. They did a really nice job I had them look at my Sonata when I purchased it from another dealer. The also do state inspections among other things. Before they proceed on any work they make sure they research any issues you have. Jason and his crew do a thorough job, they will even let you in the back if you have questions about your car or take pictures of your car and bring it to you to explain any issues you may have what needs to be done. I highly recommend them. I have been coming since 2019, it is very hard to find mechanics you can trust!

Everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable about would need done on my vehicle after I gave them what I thought was going to be a list of things I wanted to get done. They also gave me the prices up front with no nonsense and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family 100% plus they're going to tell you whether you need it or not they're not like most mechanic shops that are going to rip you off.

Repco employees were friendly and courteous; the also provided great customer service. The customer waiting area was inviting and comfortable. The restroom is accessible, clean and appealing. The service performed on my car was completed in a short amount of time. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

These guys are great! They helped me get the alignment I needed while educating me on different parts of the vehicle. My alignment on my E92 BMW is PERFECT! 10/10 will go back to them, even though I m from Reading!
