I have been using R & R for over 20 years, they are the best! For everything from my yearly inspection to complicated repairs, they are honest, knowledgeable and fast. Maybe not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I went there for a pre-purchase inspection. He spent over 45 minutes on the car, listing all the possible defects. These guys know what they're doing. Take your car to them and just let them do their job.

I ve been coming here for the past 5 years and won t go anywhere else. Their work is always professional and precise. If you have an emergency they ll take your car in the same day to fix it. I trust them with all my car needs and they ve always done a great job. They take way too long to look at your car. They can barely speak English, they don t know how to be organized. I brought my car in and while he was looking at my car, other people came in and he was trying to help them too. If you re looking for quick, productive and organized people to look at your car, get it fixed and leave, don t go there.

Gene and Alex are great guys and very knowledgeable.... Anyone living in the northeast Philadelphia area should definitely consider this repair shop facility for their auto repair needs. Fairly priced and they always take care there costumer as they are very personal sometimes they're busy on Friday and Saturday but the best time to use them is during the week if you are in a rush to get your car serviced quickly... highly recommended

Hello reader's i want to tell you this is one of the most honest Auto repair shop you could ever go to. You know how alot of repair shop if you leave your car there they say there not going to cover it if there is any damage done. Well that not the case my car was hit and they fix it. Also the guys who work at R&R they will tell you whats wrong and not try to hustle you just to make a fast dollar. They treat you like family and go above and beyond for there customer. THIS REPAIR SHOP GETS FIVE STARS. For the honesty and also being so nice and fix just what needs to be fix and not trying to sell you. THEY CARE ABOUT THE DRIVERS SAFETY VERY MUCH. And thats the most thing of all. YOUR SAFETY!!!!!. SO THE NEXT TIME YOU PUT YOUR LOVE ONES IN YOUR CAR THINK ABOUT WHO WORK ON IT. AND ARE YOUR KIDS AND WIFE WORTH IT.

Horrible took my car there, they had it for over a month & it came out with more problems then I the 1 problem I took it for, customer service is the worst this is well was a real customer save your time & money I m currently talking to a attorney & reporting them to better business bureau smh

Been coming here for over 20 years. Extremely knowledgeable, great mechanics and fair prices. Would not take my vehicles anywhere else and they are a 45 minute ride from my home.

Nasty, mean people. Take your vehicle anywhere but R & R. Unlike some local repair shops, NONE of R & R's mechanics are ASE certified, so they are amateurs. They barely even speak English. There are numerous better choices in the area, like my first choice, Kelley's on Red Lion Road. Kelley's has multiple ASE-certified mechanics and the lowest prices. Sonny's on Rennard Street is my second choice, even though none of their mechanics are ASE certified (according to the guy who answered their phone). John's on Old Bustleton is my third choice. John's is the most expensive of the group but is very honest and has ASE certified employees.
