Went for an oil change, no appointment, few other people ahead of me waiting room my service took less than an hour! Everyone was friendly and service was quick. Couldn t ask for more.

I purchased a 2023 Ford Tremor and my sales associate,Bryce Walker, was very good at making sure my experience was great. He kept me updated with the delivery date and once it arrived he made the buying process seamless. I previously bought my vehicles from John Kennedy Ford, but my experience when trying to buy this truck was horrible. From now on Pacifico will be the dealer I go to for future purchases.

I've always valued Ford for its reputation in manufacturing reliable vehicles and offering commendable after-sales services. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed.I turned to Ford for some warranty work, fully expecting a hassle-free experience. To my dismay, I've faced nothing but prolonged waiting periods and a lack of clear communication from the service department. Warranty services are crucial for ensuring customer trust and maintaining brand loyalty. It's disheartening to see such a renowned company falling short in this area.In this era of rapid customer service and swift resolutions, such delays are unacceptable. I genuinely hope Ford acknowledges these issues and ensures that such experiences aren't a commonality for its customers.

I had a hard time finding a truck service company that could fix my new Ford 250 truck. I call Ford quicklane and talked to a gentleman name Carlos. I must say his attitude was so positive. Saying come in ill get it back up and running. They treated me like royalty. I'll definitely return and let them service the rest of my automobile. The waiting room is nice too all positive vibes. I'll definitely tell a Friends. They service all makes .

I m happy with their service today because I needed an oil change did not have an appointment and they got the job done, while finding out something else that my car needed. That s thorough service. I had originally went to the Hyundai side but they couldn t fit me in but a gentleman named Gill told me I can get it done on the Ford side. Thank you Gil you are the man!!Service: Oil change

My SUV needed to be inspected and my transmission was acting up also. Chadd checked my car in and was very patient with me since I had misplaced my paperwork. Paul, my service advisor, was very, very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of my warranties. After listening to him my husband and I felt very secure in the next steps to get our SUV in tip top running condition. Shout out to Chadd and Paul! Do not change engine oil here. Your car engine breaks down. Failure to add the correct engine oil oil can result in engine damage. My car was also nearly damaged by a mechanic here.I went to change the engine oil this morning. There was a line because service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. And I stood second. I am amazed at James William's behavior. I stood second, but served the third person first. I think he's a dirty racist. However, Carlos Vera's kind service soothed my embarrassment.I don't want to meet anyone like James Williams anymore.

Recall. The guys(James and Carlos) were great, and so was the mechanic who worked on the recalled items. But this is the forth visit over six months where the service department at Pacifico Ford kept setting me up with appointments at the main facility because it is a F150 pickup. They did this, even after I pointed out this a a diesel engine (3.0). But the guys at the Rapid lube part of Pacifico Ford did great. That is why I only gave an 8 out of ten. The actual service was 10/10. The service schedulers need to listen to the customers, especially after multiple errors caused by themselves.

I am Pacifico for life. Bought my first car there in 1999. I had a problem with water on the passenger side floor. They found the problem right away and fixed it. They are the best. Keep me safe driving my car.

Had a recall out on my truck, they were able to fit me into the schedule quickly and get the work done quickly. They also ran a check on the rest my truck and found that my power steering fluid was dirty and were to flush and replace it as well.

Customer service is horrible. This place does not give out loaners nor will they even help you get a rental. They play around with what ur warranty company will cover and quote them one price to get as much as they can from them then quote u a even higher price to get more from u Then tell u that ur warranty company don t cover everything but then I found out all was cover then they didn t even do all they said they done This lace need to be shut down stay far away from here especially if u r a female they try to take advantage of us of u don t ask questionsService: Auto engine diagnostic

We called prior to showing up and Carlos helped us by telling us what time to come in. Which saved us lots of time. We arrived at his suggested time and was taken care of. Thanks Carlos! Horrible place for contractors to bring their truck here!Came in with an appointment for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and check why the low fuel comes on every couple of minutes, even with a tank full, on my 1year old truck. All of this was clearly explained and documented from when I scheduled the appointment.Arrived in time and left my truck to the person in charge and told me in a couple of hours tops I should be good to go. I left their place 6 hours later!!!Their technician who was fixing my truck and checked in with me, didn t seem confident of what he was doing, telling me that his supervisor was jumping in to the situation (???). I did appreciate his honest efforts, but this should never take 6 hours. All they did was an update on the software! Obviously they didn t care about me getting out of there. For their own reasons, the young tech was not able of managing whatever was going on, and they just let it go like this for hours.Worth mentioning that the manager of the service department probably needs more training hours in costumer service basics, totally ignoring my situation. When I explained my situation to him, he was just rude and ignorant.This is not the first time their service department disappoints me, but this last time they really dropped the ball!They have to find a different way of treating professionals that need their vehicle ASAP, compared to costumers that just bring their personal vehicle in, and even learn how to assign the right tech for the right job.I regret bringing my vehicle here, having a negative impact on my schedule and the production of my day (I lost 2 costumers that day because of their miscommunication and incapability of delivering proper service). I took my car in for an inspection. They said I needed a new axel and that it would be there in 2-3 days. But magically, it arrived the next day and then instantly did the work and I was able to pick up my car that night. I waited and waited to be checked in for my car. When I first got there the man who took my car just told me to sit in the waiting room. After sitting in there, I went into the office area and it was like I was invisible at the front counter. It took 3 hours for my car to be officially check in and to discuss the repairs.Next, I told my advisor who was handling my repair specifically before I left that I wanted only an oil change and alignment. The Ford dealership was absolutely amazing! I arrived about 15 minutes early to my appointment and from the start the staff was very professional. After getting situated in the waiting room, the Service Rep checked in with me 3 times (over the course of an hour) to confirm my car issue, give me updates and tell me how they fixed my car. Great service and employees!

Had a state inspection that needed completed ASAP. I didn t wait long and there was a long line ahead of me. So they work fast. The staff in the lounge were friendly and the lobby was nice and had complimentary bottled water chilled, coffees, tea, and Philly pretzels and hot mustard. Plus vending machines and guest WiFi. I got a lot of work done whilst waiting and it made the time go by quick.

Thanks for the opportunity to share: the work is decent from Pacific/ Ford. Not 100%The turnaround time once we send a vehicle over there it s 2 to 3 weeks tops too much timeOn the other hand their service is satisfactory/not quite 100% so I would say 75% OK 25% not OK on their work professionalismThey definitely could use some improvement on time frame turnover and quality of work.We ve had to return a few vehicles back to them pertaining to the same issues that they were bringing for that was not corrected properly!They need to be better and then Diagnostics and Repair s.I don t have time to keep returning the same truck to the dealer for the same original problem that he came in for.Thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts and professional feedback have a great day.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I was greeted by James inside the service department who was professional and kind. Even though he had a mask on, I could sense a smile underneath it that had a genuine interest to help. The service department was nice and clean. My overall experience was above and beyond what I expected.
