We usually have a great experience there. Today my husband went in for what he thought it would be a quick fix (a nail was in the tire). The guy took our tire inside the shop and when he came back he was asking my husband for $40 - which is a lot more than what we pay for. He was surprised and upon looking at the tire he noticed the guy had put a different tire in and he kept ours! Without our consent or even coming out and giving a diagnostic if our tire was beyond repair (which I m sure it wasn t). Our tire was new and in great condition. Then he proceeded to say that he didn t know where our tire was!!!!!!!!! I can t believe it! They still have our tire!!! I m never going back there again, such a pitty since our previous experiences were good!

Amazing prices and service! The gentlemen are very knowledgeable and accommodating, have one of the best selections of used tires I've seen, and are open throughout the day. There's a reason they stay busy! If you need a tire or flat fixed, you need to come here!

I had a fantastic experience at the tire shop. Quinten was incredibly prompt, attending to me as soon as I arrived. The service was quick, and I was impressed with the reasonable pricing. Overall, a highly recommended place for efficient and affordable tire services.

MOBILE WEEKEND TIRE REPAIR IN NORTH PHILLY!I am not exaggerating when I say that I could not wait to write this review. Quentin was prompt, easy to communicate with and available on a Saturday.I saw that one of my tires was leaking air after picking up a screw on the notorious Philly roads. It was a slow leak and I was able to get Q to come out the day after I noticed the problem.He offers MOBILE TIRE REPAIR and was able to remove patch and replace my expensive, low-profile tire in less than 30 minutes. He also quoted me on a set of 4 new tires at about $1000 less than the dealership did. His shop does balancing but his truck is also a full service tire repair shop.If you are in need of new tires, please give him a call. He's a great guy and exactly the kind of small business that makes North Philly what it is. Keep up the great work, Q!

I had a great experience with the Q tire shop the guy was very nice and he came out to fix me tires and everything I will definitely recommend service to anybody they do really good work work they really do I appreciate they work is definitely worth coming back for sure for sure

I got there at 6:50am to get my tire changed, they told me they had to bring the tires out the shop before they start anything, google says 7:00 am they open , if my tire was drivable I would ve went to another tire shop but I couldn t and had to stay and wait , basically I wanted till like 8 :30 to get one tire changed and had to go to work, 35$ and 1 hour and 40 mins for one tire one a Friday , only positive is the tall guy is cool as shi

Great and very quick service, would definitely recommend! We were able to drive up without an appointment on a Sunday when no other car shops were open. They got to us quickly and were able to figure out the issue with our tire and fix it all within 20 minutes. Also helped check that the other tires were okay. Make sure to have cash or CashApp ready, they don't take card.

Great service! Quentin was a very nice man and came out to install a used tire for me at 11PM. The tire was a great price and has A LOT of tread on it. Highly recommend Q The Tire Doctor to anyone who is looking to get a good tire at an affordable price!

Would give no stars if I could. Very slow service. Waited 50 minutes, just for them to say they didn t have a car tire after saying they did. F them, never go there again.

I needed a new tire for my truck. They recommended and provided me and installed it in a timely manner at a great price. The workmen staff were knowledgeable and friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the Tire Doctor to all of my family, associates and Friends.

Quentin is absolutely amazing! His business has helped me on numerous occasions and he exceeds my expectations every time. One time his son came to help me, who is still in high school helping customers for his dad. I am a school teacher and it was extremely refreshing and impressive to encounter the attitude, manners, professionalism, talent, and problem solving skills of this young Philadelphia high school student. He knew exactly what to do in my time of distress and he was fast and efficient!! Kudos to his father, Q, The Tire Doctor! Great job, Quentin! You must be so proud of your wonderful son. I sure am! Lastly, I'm about to call again right now. I ran over a nail and got a flat! I refuse to go anywhere else for tire service! Have a fantastic day everyone!

I took my 2021 Kia telluride to this establishment with a flat tire which had two nails in it. They put two plugs in the tire and did a wonderful job. They only charged me $10. I would love to give this establishment 10 stars but five stars is the most I can do. The worker was very polite professional and answered all my questions. Keep up the good work. Once again thank you very much. Jeff

I have nothing but praise for this establishment. Everyone at the store was very nice and the service was very quick. I had purchased tires from a website to get ready for the winter. Q, the owner himself helped install my tires. The service was quick, less than one hour even though I did not make an appointment. His prices were more than fair.I absolutely would do business with this establishment again, especially over a big business place.

I have to say if you have a flat tire and you need it to be fixed this is the place to go. I brought my brand new Kia it's all right here with two holes in the tires and they fixed it for $10. The employee was very polite professional. I thought $10 was way too cheap. LOL did not think I would ever say that in my lifetime. A shout out to the workers you did a awesome job thank you keep up the good work five stars all the way.

I got a flat at midnight on a Sunday morning. One of my bolts was stripped and my tire iron couldn t grip the bolt at all. After struggling for an hour on my own, I googled roadside assistance and Q the Tire Doctor answered at the start of the third ring.Even though he was in the middle of a call, he was pleasant, professional, and reassuring. I texted him my location and he told me he would call me when he was on my way with a quote.The quote was extremely reasonable and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Q has a very good handshake, which means a lot to me; in addition, he was friendly and non-judgmental and got my flat off and replaced it with my donut, which turned out to be too small for my car (I bought my car used from a dealer who will remain nameless). Q had another call to go to, but when I told him about my brand new issue, he graciously helped me out AGAIN, all while remaining professional and friendly! He replaced my damaged tire and again offered extremely agreeable prices. When I didn t have the cash to cover the tire, I was surprised to learn that he has the ability to accept card payments as well!10/10 Highly Recommend!!!

I can t say enough about Reggie and the crew. I had a slow leak and needed a used tire and stopped here after checking prices and availability a few other shops. I would have paid what the others were asking just based on the reception and service I got here. Reggie greeted me immediately..as he was assisting another customer..and took time to search his inventory for the correct size. He had me up & running again in no time flat. (No pun intended)

Great family owned business. This is the second time I had a tire problem and they helped me. I called in advance but they were so busy they didn't answer the phone. We were able to just drive over. It was close to closing on Saturday evening before New Years Eve Sunday. We wanted to go to a Kwanzaa event before it ended. Thank God we were able to go. It's hard on the bus in freezing cold weather with 3 children. One small child. And an older person with arthritis.
