I was referred to Pro-Tech and I couldn't be happier. Joe, Talisha, John and everyone that works there is so helpful. They kept in constant contact with me while working on my car. I highly recommend Pro-Tech and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. AWESOME SERVICE!

Are you a savvy car buyer who loves the thrill of the chase? Do you like the rush of not knowing where your car is when you hire a tow company? Do you like hearing that your car is abandoned by the side of the road without a driver because the shop is too incompetent to vet their hires and keep their trucks in running order? Then this is the shop for you!Over the course of 72 breathless hours, I was privileged enough to experience all of the above and more. From the moment my car was picked up from the auto auction to its delivery roughly 30 miles away (3 days later) was a rollercoaster. Joe at the shop didn't communicate with me whatsoever, nor did he honor his promise to take pictures and send them to me when the car was delivered. And boy, was I shocked when I got the call from him that my car was abandoned by the driver on the side of the road with a truck with two flat tires (and electrical problems and misfires, as only the destination shop would tell me).Then, they had the absolute audacity to call me five times in one day to tell me they couldn't charge my card for the full $250 we agreed on when the tow was intended to be a one-day, easy-peasy job - and they charged my card anyway; they couldn't even type in the right numbers.Classless cowards who couldn't run a business if their lives depended on it. Run - don't walk - away.

I signed up to donate my vehicle and the charity provided this company to provide the tow. I asked for an afternoon appointment so that I could be available for it as I told them the car had a ton of sentimental value. They came at 8am the first day instead of my appointment window of 12-3 so I rescheduled it with their dispatch team for 1-4 the following Monday. I called in today to ensure they had me down for the pick up and the dispatch team said I wasn't even on the list. Looks like their website shows they're good at a lot of other things but organization doesn't seem to be one of them.I would pass on this company if you got stuck on the side of the road.

I took our step Van into there shop with short notice. It had a power steering hose leak. They told me that it would be fixed till Monday. They understood that this vehicle needed to get back on the road and they did it. They found a new power steering line and had the vehicle up and going before the end of the day.I would recommend Pro Tech to anyone.Thank you for your hard work.

I will promise you one thing for sure once you take your car or truck or motorcycle there you will never go to any other shop. Joe and Timmy his brother are honest funny as he'll and will make sure that your car is safe to take anywhere I promise you that I have known joe for over 20 years and I never heard or seen anything bad about them or anything that came out of his shop be bad and that's the God's honest truth

This place is amazing everything they do is magic the mechanic Tim is Houdini with a wrench the owner Joe is the worlds biggest teddy bear everybody loves them you will to their cars are beautiful their trucks are bad . Also his entire family is really cool you'd be a really blessed to be able to know these people and your car would be better served here than anywhere else if you get a wreck you better call Protech

By far the Best auto body shop I ever delt with!! Very honest upfront mechanics and worth every penny. So if your tired of getting ripped off by dealerships and shops then you definitely need to go to Protech because you'll never be more satisfied and you'll never go elsewhere. I always had my car worked on by the mechanic named Timmy @ Protech and he is by far the best most knowledgeable straight up mechanic I have ever Delt with. I will never use any other mechanic other then Timmy, So thank you so much for being truly awesome and so good to me and my car

Pro tech has horrible customer service..they held my car for a week claiming they needed to order a part from NEW YORK. he never even had to order a part for a rear suspension that the car never needed after a second opinion. 1500$ he was asking for brakes and alignment. When someone else did the work for under 500$ and his mother is also very ignorant. Pro tech didn't even want to give me back my money when the work was never done. And he also made me wait a week for that.

Had an engine swap done with a few minor problems that came up after getting the car back. They fixed them free of charge and so far it's been running just fine.
