Just WOW!!! You all are still the same, everyone is so family friendly! This place is the REAL DEAL, they care about their customers which gives you that easy relax feeling. My husband and I come from New Jersey to get our vehicles taken care of! We love y all! This place is very clean from the waiting room to the restroom!

Preferred Automotive Specialist is the best place I have been in a long time when dealing with my vehicle. Everyone is very professional and you get that as soon as you walk in. Gabby always greet the customers as they arrive. Not only does Gabby says hello, I have gotten friendly hellos from the mechanics who walks pass the waiting area.Speaking of waiting area, it is so homey. You are offered water or coffee and snacks. Too me it feels like you are family while you wait.While you are waiting, Gabby speaks to you about what issues the mechanics found with the car and gives the total. I truly appreciate this system: although vehicles can be pricey to have fix, knowing ahead what it will cost helps one decide if they want the work done or not. I have gone to places where they did the work and then gave you the bill NOT Preferred .I am grateful that my cousin told me about them and I will continue to go to them.

I have been bringing my cars to Preferred Automotive for service for many years. My daughter also brings her car there. I previously had my car repaired at a AAA facility. They ruined my engine, among other things. Preferred repaired my engine, as well as the other damages caused by the improper repairs made by AAA. My car runs better than it did when I first bought it! The support staff at Preferred is very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Their mechanics are top notch! This is the place to take your vehicle for quality repairs!

I've always had a great experience bringing my car and my family's car to Preferred Automotive. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The repairs are completed on time and per their estimate. I am always very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them.

When I took my car to preferred they checked my battery and noticed I needed a new battery and then they found a belt that was worn-out..so they let me know what is going and what I needed before any work was done...and after the work was completed ,preferred noticed that the lights were on the dashboard in the pictures below ,they checked and out the problem and got it fixed at no extra cost to me.....I will always use preferred auto to take care of all my car care needs....thank you preferred auto for all that you have done for me......I will refer everyone to preferred auto......

They diagnosed the problems with my truck. I was having overheating issues, and brake light failure. Also my headlight was completely hazy and hardly let light through. It took a day and 1/2 longer than expected due to parts shipping in late but so far it's fixed and working as it should. Nothing is ever cheap with repairs but I feel they were fair and in the range you would expect. Everyone I spoke with were very nice and helpful.

It was my first time at Preferred and they did a fantastic job diagnosing the issues, fixing them timely, providing a rental, washing and vacuuming the car, and managing the checkout process. Gabby at the front desk was very professional and made it a stress free visit. Thank you all!

Preferred Automotive has been servicing my truck and my wife's car for the past several years. It's nice to see a business with such professional and competent service personnel. They are upfront on the cost of repairs, and stand by any issues, if there are problems. I especially think Joe (Service Manager) truly represents the definition of customer service.

Have my 2016 nissan altima serviced at this service facility, they install a new transmission. Im very satisfied with work performed. They gave me a loaner car, keep me in the loop every step of repair, they even have my car wash. Special thanks to Dave and my mechanic Chris. I finally found a honest and high tech service garage.

(PLEASE READ) I Took My Chevy Malibu 2015 To Their Shop And I Had The Worst service ever I Took The Car In For A Starter They Said The price will be 1,800 Dollars I didn t get the work done As I ask for my car and I paid the 250 for diagnostics I sat out side to wait for my car Their Workers Came Out With the Car while their manager got real disrespectful he is a white man they wanted to keep calling me the N Word when I walk up to approach the man he the. Pulled out a gun I Put my hands up he told me he would shoot me if I ain t get my car off they lot they called they cops and said I Had A Gun The Cops Came I Never Had A Gun The Cops Saw That They Said I spit and punch somebody The cops Ask For The video they never showed a video the cops did not lot me up they gave me a phone number to call to file a complaint against the shop and I also have a lawyer looking in to a lawsuit do not take ur call their they will try and take I life

This is the only place I could find in the area to do a 2 speed idle emissions test on my Ford E250. Got here right before they opened, inspected, new sticker, and out the door in a little over an hour.

I took my 2013 Chevy Cruze which was purchased used with 75K miles to Preferred Automotive for standard maintenance. It was the first time getting my oil changed there and the staff was very courteous, and the vehicle was ready to go in a very short amount of time. A few days after, on the commute into work my check engine light came on, I returned to Preferred and they immediately accepted the vehicle and began diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately, the 2013 Cruze was one of the worst years I could have purchased but hindsight is 20/20. Needless to say, the vehicle was in and out of Preferred about three times until the root cause of the check engine light was finally determined. The shop was kind, patient and did a large amount of work at no charge then cut me a huge deal off the original quote once repairs were completed. Additionally, they provided me with a certificate for multiple free services in the future based off of the vehicles VIN #. I have put nearly 5k more miles on the car since they completed the repairs and have had no other issues. I highly recommend this shop, they are professional, and worth the money. Thank you Preferred staff. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

I would recommend for customers to be aware. This business is unethical and a fraud. This shop told me that the Technician Chris Cush said I needed windshield wipers and failed me for inspection unless I pay $44 for the windshield wipers and $20 to install. I took my car to Meineke and passed inspection without any problems. I spoke with Manager Jim about this unethical practice and he informed me that this is how they conduct business. I now have problems with my oil line since I took my car there. I wish I had read some of these reviews before. I am not the only customer who feel they are frauds. I will definitely share this information in other social media outlets so noone else gets taken advantage of. The Service Advisor Angelina Valiquette was more than thrilled to tell me I failed and why. The worst experience I have had with an auto shop since Covid. DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR CAR!!!! I wish I was able to sue for robbing me out of my money.

This has been my fourth time coming to preferred automotive, from oil changes, getting a nail out of my tire and now getting my car inspected I have nothing but good things to say about each experience. The staff is so friendly every time I ve been there and my car is in and out each time as well. Prices are also very reasonable. It s nice to have some peace of mind that good and honest people are working on my car, I will always be coming here for any type of maintenance on my car!

My AC went without any warning. Just as it went I saw preferred automotive ac repair. This happened on a Friday. Had to take my suv I'm on a Monday. You know we have had dog days of summer . So no matter the cost I needed the ac fixed. They are located a few blocks from me. Joe was very nice. All the guys were older gentlemen in which I like so they know about cars over the years. They gave me shuttle service to and from my home. My suv was ready that Tuesday. Definitely pleased .Service: A/C installation & repair

Quality work + friendly staff = great shop!These folks do great work and stand behind it. They are also upfront about costs, and aren t looking to rip anyone off. My entire family now take their vehicles there, and I can t recommend them enough!

Joe and his staff were very helpful and honest with repairing my Nissan. I was also grateful of the loaner car I was able to use so i could still take care of my family. Service is terrific. My son which just got his license he s going to be driving one of our older vehicles. We had Joe, Tommy and his team go over it with a fine tooth comb. They pointed out exactly what needed to be done for the vehicle to be as safe as possible. They are reasonably priced and overall working with them is a great experience.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I just used these folks for the first time and had a great experience. No bull, just the facts and only needed an oil change on a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter 2500. They could have told me I needed 12 things and I would have said okay. They only did the oil change although they did a very thorough inspection of the vehicle. Worked with Ashley on the phone and she provided exceptional customer service. I wish she worked for me! I highly recommend this business!
