This is my 3rd time leasing a car with Honda and each time I have had the most easiest, worry free experience at Piazza Honda thanks to Tony Yeung! Tony is attentive to your needs, great communication, and really goes above and beyond. He makes the process so smooth and fast, I was in my new car within days and I absolutely love it! Totally recommend!

I wanted to surprise my husband when he returns from his trip with a new car. It was so challenging searching for something that I have no clue about. Thank goodness Andy �u was so patience with me explaining the different cars and their packages. Thank you and great KUDOS to Andy for being thorough and providing excellent customer service. Now a days excellent customer service is rare. Thank you again Andy; my husband loves his CRV.

I was shopping for a used SUV and they were the absolute best here! I was able to put a deposit on the car and take it for a few days before signing paperwork. Unfortunately the deal didn t go through (not their fault). They were so kind to me, they refunded my money, didn t make me feel bad, and were friendly the whole time. Even though I didn t get a car from them this time, I really appreciate the way they do business, I trust that they sell great cars, would absolutely recommend this dealership. My daughter , a nurse and student , came in for Easter weekend and her car need to be inspected by the end of April, so she decided to get it done before she went back to Philly. Brought to one of those places that sells tires, does inspections etc with multiple locations. They informed her that she needed brakes and rotors all around plus other things.she told them no she would have her dad take care of it. I looked at the brakes and rotors thought they were fine. She made an appointment close to her apartment at Your dealership to have her CRV inspection. Later in the day service called and said inspection was done ,all good , under $70 Thank you for doing the right thing and running an honest dealership,that goes a long way especially for parents that live far away and children either go to school or work in Philadelphia! She said service advisor couldn t have been nicer and more helpful.you guys run a top notch dealership!

2 days ago I got my first certified and preowned Honda hrv. Sophan is very well recognized in the Philadelphia community amongst Cambodian-Americans and it helps so much that he has a bilingual tongue, communication was very fluent with my mom. Big plus. He is engaging, helpful, knowledgeable, most of all respected our time exploring the options with said budget. He spent all day with us to help find the best deals and, I felt very confident in the decisions in financing my first new car with him. He is a top recommendation, as others (and family) has sent many folks his way, and will continue to for future needs. Great guy, great service and extremely knowledgeable. Ask for him, you will not be disappointed.Thank you oum! Lifesaver! My mom was so happy with the decisions, which makes me happier.

I called ahead and the phone service was great, I spoke with Nicole in service about getting my radio codes. She was very helpful and made the process super easy. After helping me, my radio went out again before I left the parking lot and I needed the codes. I went in and told Nicole, she came right out and put them in again with no hassle or fuss. Definitely coming to see her if I have any other issues!

This is my second time there, buying a brand new car from Honda. Chris Angelone was so polite and honest, I was there to purchase a car, that I wanted it but they didn t have it, he try his best to get me, what I needed and he didn t hesitate, he checked the inventory and got me a car on the same day, I was so happy I couldn t wait to drive my new car.

I came to Piazza on a recommendation from a good friend. They were able to quickly locate the car I wanted to lease - a white 2020 CRV Hybrid - not an easy task 3 years ago!TONY YEUNG is the best salesman I ever had! He showed me how to use the car and selected and explained the important preferences in the front screen. Most impressive was his follow up service whenever I called. He was always able to answer my questions!

No problems with the dealer ship side, I would give them 5 stars but the service side is what pisses me off. Over 2 hours to plug a tire and still waiting. Been staring at my car that is sitting outside in the lot for over half a hour. Went to ask front desk of service was told still finishing up paperwork. I'm still waiting.....

I had a wonderful experience with Piazza Honda and especially with Tony Yeung. I contacted Tony about a vehicle that I had been told by other salespeople was impossible to find (one dealer told me I had a better chance of finding God than finding the exact car that I wanted). Tony had it and gave me all the information that I needed to confirm it was the car for me. The especially difficult part of the transaction was that I was purchasing the car from over 800 miles away. So, I put a lot of faith in Tony, and he did not disappoint. He even picked me up at the airport and had everything ready for me to sign the paperwork and get on the road back to Georgia within an hour and a half of arriving in Philadelphia. It was seamless. And he was right, the car is perfect. He was honest, fair, and incredibly dedicated to making sure that I was happy with my decision. Thank you, Tony!

I spent nearly $500 on servicing my car, only to discover that the engine cover hadn't been closed properly. As I was headed to another appointment, I noticed something was wrong with my vehicle. Pulling over, I found the engine cover dragging on the ground, creating a loud scraping noise. Upon contacting Honda, their response was simply for me to return to them. Feeling bewildered, I endured a nerve-wracking 30-minute drive back, with my emergency lights flashing and anxiety levels rising. This experience was incredibly disappointing, resulting in a missed appointment and added inconvenience. It's disheartening to encounter such a careless mistake from a reputable service provider. If given the choice, I would strongly recommend seeking service elsewhere for your vehicle.

SUPER excited that I was able to upgrade my lease this week to the new CRV Sport Touring!I am a new mom and was interested in turning my Accord in early, if possible. I spoke with Andy over the phone and explained I recently had a baby in the last few weeks so I wanted to chat as much over the phone as possible.Let s just say Andy and team worked their magic to make the impossible possible and got the paperwork started so we only had to spend an hour in the dealership! We were able to come in to sign paperwork, switch over cars and be on our way!We are new to Philly, as my previous lease was from NJ! I am so happy with my move over to Piazza! I ve had a wonderful experience per usual, always take good care of me every time I m there, Sophan is a great salesman and always stays in touch when I need to ask questions about my vehicle or need help with anything involving Honda, 6935 essington ave. best place to go to if your trying to buy a new car or used car, either way great place and great people I highly recommend Sophan if your in need of a car he s super quick and very easy to talk to, I definitely recommended him to a few people, so if you do come here, ask for him he s the best!!! Love my new car!

DO NOT USE their service department. Last week was an absolute nightmare. I was told my car would be done well before 4PM and that I would get a call during the day about putting on new tires. I never got that call. At 2PM I started calling and the scheduling department kept telling me they couldn't get service and I would get a call back. I never did. Finally at 4:50PM I got a hold of someone after I kept trying. I was told tires could be put on first thing the next day. When I called the next day THE SAME THING HAPPENED. Can't get in touch, and no call back. I finally went there and waited while they put the tires on. I won't be going back.

I recently bought a car from this dealer and I had a great experience from start to finish! Allen Mah, my sales rep and Kristen Rose, a finance manager were excellent! Both were friendly/kind, knowledgeable, patient, professional and helpful along every step of the way. A few weeks later, I had an issue with my iphone cord not working, I was able to call Allen - he's very responsive! If you can't get him immediately he returned my call in a reasonable time frame! (I was surprised). Allen told me to come back to the dealer and he was able to help me right on the spot! I'm very grateful to Allen and Kristen since this is my first car - their level of customer service is top tier and they both made the whole process seamless. I would definitely purchase another car from this dealer again! Allen - tell them to add your photo to the website!!! Thank you Piazza Honda!

Highly disappointed, saw the reviews and was looking to inquire about a vehicle to lease. Instead was interrogated as to why I was calling this location when there are locations nearby me. This is my first time getting on such an awful call with a salesperson by the name of Chris. Super awkward and unprofessional will be going elsewhere.

I visited this dealer last week for a issue with my brand new Honda accord, they were mean, they refused me service and even said I will have to pay out pocket for them to check my car, my brand new 2023 car that has warranty and has not 2 thousands miles yet, they guy in the back garage where the two rolling doors at, was so mean, he was not even paying me attention while I was trying to explain, he was acting like he couldn t understand my English, so after I explained all my issues and all my warranty documents he just told me he couldn t help me unless I pay, or I can take my car to New York Honda Plaza where I got it from. So I m very disappointed for this situation and this place, I have always seen Honda as a very good brand but how is it they trying to make me pay for something that is even a recall problem? So I still driving with this problem because I haven t get the chance to drive 2 hours for a dealer to check my car. I hope no, but If i get into an accident due to a recall problem with my brake or collision mitigation system I will fully blame on Honda piazza of Philadelphia.

I was unsure about my decision, but Sophan made it easy. I went in to service my CRV and left in a new car. He was patient with me and gave me many options to choose from(leasing or buying).
