We black they want us for our money and that s all. Very rude, nasty and disrespectful. They close when they want then get an attitude when you question them about it. Been going for years but I refuse to return. If I could I d give 0 stars

I took my car here for an alignment. I went out of town about 200 miles. The alignment wore down my NEW tires. They had no remedy for me. My truck's tires cost $150 a piece!I will NEVER go bk here!!

Do not take your car here after years of taking my car here for an oil change I was told the bolt on the oil pan was stripped and they couldn't do an oil change after explaining I only bring my car here they said ok we give you new bolt free of charge so today 3/16 I go and they tell me the same thing they strip bolts then refuse service this place is not good please avoid this place!!!

Always a great and wonderful experience in and out no long waits even though they do get alot of customers it's never nerve wrecking I've been going here for years I can be on the other side of Philly I will drive all they way over here just to get my oil changed.

10 minute oil change for $39 and a free basic car wash.When going to this location for an oil change. There is a simple routine to follow. The gas station and car wash are a separate business from Philly Lube. Park your car facing the garage doors, as if you were going to park inside. Leave at least 100 feet for cars to maneuver out of the garage. Your car will be positioned like it's going South on 309/Ogontz Ave. Wait in your car and pay attention to the other cars around you, it's first come first serve. The tech will approach your car from the garage. Tell him you want an oil change (or other service, check for those prices) and get out, leaving the keys inside. He will drive your car to the garage and start service. If there is a problem they'll let you know. If it cost more than the standard $39 + tax they will tell you before they start. When complete you go inside the office located to the right of the garage and pay. They accept cash and cards.

I love they are quick, no appointment necessary and they do a good job with reasonable rates. They may top off fluids and if they see any future car repair needs they will inform and suggest.

I pulled in and was told that my filter was too tight and they couldn't do the oil change. I was referred to a local garage and asked if there was anything unusual about my filter and they were puzzled. You obviously have unexperienced people that instead of saying how unexperienced they are would rather say the problem is with your vehicle.I actually was complemented by the mechanic for the way I maintained my car and how it's refreshing to see oil that isn't burned out and sluggy. So I will never return for any type of car care again.

I always come here for my oil changes and car wash! Came here today at 8am and was in and out in 6 minutes. Just need an oil change today. Unbelievable service every time!! Fast, efficient, professional service. Thank you!

Service was quick and comes with a free car wash. It is a little pricey if you need synthetic oil for your oil change.

I never had a problem in the past with this place until a week ago and Today ! The guy messed up my car and then when I went back up to the place to figure things out they were very rude ! These guys are most friendly and very knowledgeable about your vehicle, they really do let you if your fluid levels are in the danger zone, and will advise you accordingly.I had a 2000 GMC Safari that the serviced for a few years, but she finally broke down on me, with a final odometer reading of 249,000 mile (Transmission issues). I will be bringing my 2015 Kia Forte to them for my oil changes...

Horrible they tried to make me purchase dealer factory parts for a 17 year old car ( engine oil dipstick). Condescending and rude. Will never recommend or return there for service. Went to 74th and Ogontz with used part and received service with no problem. PHILLY LUBE SUCKS!
