Ben provided great customer service. Only offered additional services that would be helpful to my service request. I failed to provide him with a coupon before paying. He notified his manager, Shawn who was understanding and assisted me with applying my coupon. Both gentlemen were polite, explained processes, and answered my questions. Service was efficient, estimated wait time was on point - thanks to Keith and Charles for tire installation and alignment. Enjoying my new wheels! Encouraged my husband to check you guys out in the near future. Definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome, They manage our whole fleet of refrigerated vans. Always cut us deals to save money. Not to mention they have a very fast turnaround time. I feel that they are 100% fair and honest. The one time we needed alot of work done, we took a van to another shop for a second opinion and pep boys came in $650 lower

Doesn t even deserve 1 star BE WARNED DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Went in for simple inspection and failed the emissions inspections because they said car needs a tune up spark plugs . Then said cost would be $1600 $1600 for spark plugs ?? I asked for an invoice to see details , they left out headlight restoration which they failed the state inspection for some normal fog on headlight $2 light bulbs that they wanted 59.99 for plus $99 for check engine diagnostic which said recommend tune up but not required! When I called back and asked about all this they said oh sorry we forgot that we left all the other stuff off and all the other non necessary stuff to just pass inspection.. ! They were basically saying car needs 1600 tune up but were actually trying to include the other stuff that was unnecessary.. Beware they are there to just try make a fast buck AVOID GOING THERE AT ALL COSTS! it s no wonder pep boys is failing and closing all their shops incompetent mechanics and not trustworthy .. we pulled our car out of there calling corporate and telling them what happens hopefully they are fired and closed down rather then under serving our community!

So they failed my car for inspection told me I needed 1300 worth of parts and labor in order to pass. I m glad I listened to my husband and took it to our mechanic of 15 years because he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Sad to say this isn t the first time Pep boys has taken advantage of me

This was the quickest, most timely appointment I've had with PepBoys in the more than 5 years I've been serviced by them. At the Ridge Ave location, the employees were cordial, respectful and they serviced my car and got me on the road in about 30 minutes. I am more than happy with my experience! Thank you for the speedy job well done.

The service I received from Matt T was amazing!!!! He took care of me right away and made sure he got me in and out and kept me updated the entire time. He actually runs the store in King of Prussia but was helping out at Andorra where I was. Will definitely go back, great customer service and there should be more employees like him in stores.

Good experience here. Mechanics take their work seriously and cared for our cars well, including things like properly torquing lug nuts with a torque wrench and appropriately removing old wheel weights when balancing the tires. Staff were helpful and affable. There was an attempt to upsell with alignment but that's kind of expected and not unreasonable for getting new tires.

Absolutely awful store. Went there to get a tire patched the other day, and it will be the last time. After dropping our car off, we received a call stating that the tire would need to be replaced. When we went to pick the car up, we discovered that the replaced tire was an entirely different tire than the one we went in to have patched, and they had not even looked at the tire that needed a patch.When we walked in, one employee was loudly playing with an RC car behind a set of barricades, and another was playing cornhole by himself. They looked at us, and it was 5 minutes before we were helped. After realizing the one tire had not been fixed, we went back in, only to find another woman standing and waiting at the counter, while the other employee had returned to ignoring his job and playing cornhole. When he finally came to speak to us (after another 10 minutes) arguing with us briefly, and reviewing our paperwork to see that we had, in fact, come in for our front tire to be repaired, he said they would look at the front tire. After all of that, we were called and told that the hole in our tire was too shallow to patch . We just picked up the car and took it somewhere else to be fixed. Never in my life have I seen such awful customer service. Wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Terrible experience. I got my rear breaks and rotors changed here less than 15k miles ago. I recently had to send my car back into the dealership for a recall, and they let me know that the back breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. I had my dealership do the maintenance because I couldn't afford the time to bring my car back into shop around the holiday season, and I no longer trusted the quality of the parts that Pep Boys used for the service. After contacting Pep Boys customer service for any sort of reimbursement, my case was thrown away because I had another shop fix their mistake (I was originally only looking for reimbursement on the parts used and not the labor). The customer rep was very defensive, and I had to reassure them multiple times that I wasn't frustrated with them, but instead only looking for some sort of solution. I will not be using Pep Boys in the future.

I have been coming to this location for the past 10 years and my experience is great! Crews are nice and quick. They do suggest any required services but not overly push about it, which is nice.

idk if the assistant manager Jerry Polanco was having a bad morning or what but he was very rude and shiftless when i approached him to checkin for my oil change appt. I called ahead a couple days before and scheduled an oil change on my grandmothers volkswagen, and when i arrived to the appointment i was met with no greeting, eye rolls, and we can t service your car today because we don t keep the filter for volkswagens in the store when i asked why would they let me schedule and arrivefor my appt for my volkswagon and not tellme that beforehand, theassistant manager Jerry told me that they don t know if they have the filter in stock until they open the service order so it was my responsibility to ask (the professionals) if they had the part when i booked my oil change not only that, he admitted that ppl come there allthe time with volkswagens and they frequently, do not have the filters in stock and that they tend to book appts for volkswagens and then find out they can t service the vehicle when the customer arrives. Mind you when you schedule the appt over the phone you are asked the make and model of your vehicle so there s no reason they shouldn t be able to tell you right then and there if they do or do not have the filter in stock, especially if they knowthis is a frequent issue with volkswagens.So why in the world would the technicians not check this when people with Volkswagens book their oil changes, instead of booking for them and waiting for the customer to arrive for their appointment, and then telling them that they don t have the filter needed, and they can t service the vehicle on their originally scheduled appointment. When Iasked if they could give me a discounted rate for my trouble, assistant manager, Gerry told me the only discount he could offer was the coupon that was on the website. Not taking any ownership or fault for scheduling my appointment, waiting till I got there and then canceling and making me reschedule.Needless to say, the experience was asinine and the assistant manager was very rude and had an awful bedside manner when it came to customer service I had previously come to this location before, but after that awful experience, and now knowing that the place has an assistant manager with an unprofessional attitude and no regard for their customers. i m not sure why or how or who hired assistant manager, Jerry Polanco but if he s the assistant manager, I hate to see who his superior is that hired him because the way he conducted himself and spoke to people not just me but other customers while I was there was utterly tactless and disappointing, especially for someone in a managerial position. i wouldn t be caught dead going to this pep boys again. if I could give this location negative stars, I would.

The repair work was done well for my vehicle but the service employees at the desk need to be more responsive and move faster. Too much time waiting to pay the repair bill or notifying the employees of my arrival at Pep Boys.

After getting a flat tire near this location I called to make sure they had my size tire in stock. They did. I got to the store one hour before closing. They'd sell me the tire but would not mount it as they were closing in an hour. He told me to take the tire somewhere else to mount and balance. Thanks for the help Pep Boys, not. I didn't buy nor will I ever spend another penny there.

Quoted us $818.00 to replace a hose. Still charged $47 to even look at the issue. This place is a scam and a trap and even in an emergency situation, there are plenty of small businesses nearby who won t tried to rake you over the coals

Charged me $120 for a engine diagnostic when the check engine light came on. After 1 hour and 45 minutes minutes waiting for the car they said it was probably a loose gas cap and they unchecked the light and sent me home. Complimentary inspection report said everything was good. Later that day i decided by chance to check the engine oil. It was extremely low and discolored. Then I checked the coolant and the tank was completely empty. It appeared they did not even open the hood. When I asked the employee why they didnt catch this he said they did check the oil level yesterday and it was low but ok. I asked why they didn t tell me and he said the tech never told him yesterday. The manager came out and then told me that they don t have time to check oil and coolant in an hour and that these areas were not checked at all. So one of them is clearly lying. Not coming back here which is a shame because I have had no problem at all in the past here.

This PepBoys is my favorite and our go to place for automotive repairs. When I last brought my vehicle in, they were outstanding: found the cause, gave me clear options, kept me updated, and got rid of the odd noise that if unaddressed would have probably caused more expensive trouble for me down the road. Ben is terrific as well as Charles who worked on my vehicle.

Giving three stars only because I used to love this place. But something has changed and my last few experiences have been off and I felt I should caution others. Last month I brought my car in for inspection, an oil change and a new headlight. At some point they called and said they couldn t do the oil change because they couldn t get the cap off. The guy gave me some story about how the caps can get stripped if someone doesn t put it on correctly. I told him that they were the last (and only) ones to change my oil in the last year. He then said if they couldn t get it off they would have to do some kind of complex job that would cost at least $300. At this point I decided I would get a second opinion on the oil cap. So I had them do the inspection and change one of the headlights. Well I get my car back and the headlight still doesn t work. So I call them and the guy says I m looking at the paperwork and they definitely changed it but sometimes the light doesn t sit in the socket right. You can bring it back in if you want. I chose not to bring my car back and took it somewhere else. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the oil cap and they put the headlight assembly together incorrectly. It was also discovered that the control arm bushings were completely gone and one of the arms was hanging down. Truly terrifying and Just wanted to let others know before trusting this place with the safety of your vehicle.

The people there were excellent. They kept me informed of what they were doing.The Service Manager and staff made sure that my vehicle would be ready to drive safely.They gave me an estimate of the cost for my car to pass inspection. I will bring it back there soon.The gang at the Pep Boys in Andorra are excellent. I will always recommend them, especially Ben and Pat.

Closed and doors locked 20 minutes before closing time. When it really counted, pep boys failed me. I need a part in stock for my heat in truck. People in store doing nothing, but watching me and others pulling on a locked door. I arrived 536 to a locked door thanks a lot .

I am new to the area and had to get my first state inspection. I have had nothing but the worst luck trying to get this taken care off but Pep Boys came to save the day! For one they are so much cheaper than the dealership I was going to take it too. They also got me in same day. They were nice and did everything in a timely manner. Will def I return should I have too! Thanks!

Best pep boys ever!!! I wish I would have gotten the guys name that was working around 2pm on 7/20/23 at the front. I got a flat tire and was in a rush to get to a family event and he was amazing! Provided genuine customer service and replaced my tire in record timing. Will definitely be back and recommend you guys! Thank you!!
