Not sure if you can trust a service there. After replacing all tires my tires pressure varies from 50 to 38, with recommended pressure of 42.On the bright side I should say that wheels feel well balanced, I don t feel any vibrations while driving.Also a job was done within a day, which is a good timing compared to other PepBoys locations.

Julius (Supervisor), thank you for the courtesy call to advise that Pep Boys was booked late into the afternoon the day of my appointment. You suggested that I bring my vehicle in earlier than my scheduled appointment for tire nail repair.James, the technician assigned to my vehicle thank you for your prompt service.The entire team was attentive and courteous.Also, I was surprised Pep Boys provides complimentary free services that include free battery check, tire rotation and fluid level check.Very much appreciated.

Service was quick. Went in for an oil change was in and out about an hour. The coupon had just expired but was still honored. The rep was very friendly and went over everything with me in detail

Julius and Bill were amazing. They were able to answer all of my questions regarding my vehicle and educated me in the importance of having the proper tire size and alignment for my tires. They were quick and the prices were reasonable. I now have a place to take my car knowing that I will be be taken care of and my car is safe to drive for me and my children.

Emergency tire blow out on I95 south. Called and was told would have it replaced in less than an hour. I knew I needed new tires, but had to be at a wedding by 4pm which was three hours away. Service man recommended new tires soon. I told him I d like to do it now, but didn t have time. Explained about the wedding, Julius said he could get the three new ones on in an hour. Did so, got a good price and made it with plenty of time to spare. Excellent service!!

So today while at pepboys Phu at customer service offered exceptional customers service to me as well as every customer during my wait for my vehicle. I witnessed his interaction with other customers as well. He was very helpful and informative during the servicing of my vehicle.

I usually go to the Macdade location and last year I needed to replace my brakes in order to Pass my safety inspection. They gave me a week to come back and get reinspected without having to pay for inspection again. I only paid for the sticker then. This year on island Ave I had to pay to be reinspected and for the stickers and I failed because of wiper blades and the trim of my front bumper hanging by about in inch from the edge. Why did I have to pay for something with little to no effect on safety? And when I called to reschedule, I was not informed I had to pay for my safety inspection all over again. I was told I would pay for the stickers. Then told because the guy who was helping me at the time was not the person I spoke to on the phone that I just had to deal with it. Eventhough they were quick, I will never return to that location. I'd rather wait a few hours than to be taken advantage of.

For today's visit i was greeted with care and my vehicle was assessed and completed in time. My service agent was very attentive and kept me informed with the progress and completion of the service.

They take advantage of their customers. It s really sad that during an economy like this that companies are so comfortable being greedy and exploiting their loyal customers. I was told that I would have to pay $2800 for brakes and multiple mount issues, etc. I have a warranty on my car w/ a $300 deductible and my warranty company informed me that they refused to pay because this location was charging 3 times the price for parts and labor. Also to mention, they buy their parts from AutoZone. I went to purchase my brakes and rotors from AutoZone and it was $380 and paid $200 for labor. Julius at pep boys told me that my brakes and rotors was $1200-$1500 alone. Again it s very sad to exploit valued customers, also customer service needs to be better. Julius the man who helped me act as if it s hard to be kind to customers. He is easily frustrated by customers questions, one minute he was professional the next rude.

I always use the Pep Boys on Lindbergh whenever I have an issue with any of our 3 cars. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.My man Julius ALWAYS makes sure I am happy. ALWAYS. He is a good man!

This PepBoys in South West Philly near Island Ave is phenomenal! I was in and out in under and hour and walked away with peace of mind that my car was safe and sound. Tyler helped me out and he was amazing and very professional, as always. Highly recommend!

If I could I wouldn t select any stars to give this Pep Boys. This Pep Boys is really unprofessional. I had an appointment for a headlight needing replacing for my 2020 Jeep Compass. I recently had the same bulb serviced at another Pep Boys a month prior. When I arrived I was given an outrageous price for a bulb replacement totaling $467.99. I did not pay that price at the previous Pep Boys which was $68.76 and was a quick process. When I asked why was the amount so high when I previous got serviced at a Pep Boys he ignorantly tried to explain to me that they would have to take the front bumper off which was (false) alls he had to do was lift the hood and remove the bulb. When I asked if he could look at my vehicle to see that, that wasn t the maintenance needed to replace my bulb he rudely said no I m not a technician and my price is final!! . I was taken aback by his ignorant response but, remained calm and told him to have a great day. I will not recommended this Pep Boys to anyone.

Scheduled my appointment on line, easy, took my vehicle for inspection, easy, sent me up to date notifications before doing the work, easy, called to go over everything that was needed & or suggested..mechanic very approachable, staff was very polite & courteous..will absolutely go back

I bought 4 tires with installation and alignment. The customer service was great. The bottom line price was lower than the internet price. My instruction to keep 1 of my tires was not followed, so I had to go back to retrieve it. This tire was less than a month old (about 80 miles on it)

I made an appointment in advance in the morning and was told over the phone it would be 1 hour just to put in my headlights . When i got there i was told it would take several hours and i had to drop my car off . The man at the service desk on Jan 26th was so rude and passive aggressive wouldn t recommend.

It took 3 1/2 hours ti do a radiator flush. My appointment was set for noon. I arrived 15 minutes early. I didn't get my car 15 minutes till 4 pm.

Kind of flustered concerning "Service TPMS" warning light coming on. PB Service identified which tire monitor was defective and replaced it, reset system which resolved problem.

Very unprofessional. Customer service skills just horrible. Had an appointment to get services. This appointment was scheduled a week in advance. When I get there ( I was the 1st to arrive as soon as the doors open) I was told we can take your car but we would have to hold it until next week before we could run a diagnostic . What s the reason for the appointment if I have to wait a week for you to tell me what s wrong with it? When I ask to speak to a manager because that s not what I was told when i set the appointment was told they not here. Whatever, NEXT CUSTOMER . Who does that? I will NEVER return to that store. Under promise, under deliver.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at the Lindbergh location in Philadelphia (Store 1051). I got to my appointment and was told that I would have to wait 2 hours. I told them I would wait. I checked back and hour and fifteen minutes later( because everyone who was sitting in the waiting room when I first got there had since left) and I was told it would be a FEW more hours... it was already 3:45pm at that point. He was rude and told me that what I was told was an estimate and couldn't or wouldn't give me a time to expect my car to be done. For an oil change with an appointment!!! It was a terrible experience. At this point I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else that day and I had other things to do. I didn't get my car back for 3 hours. 3 hours for an oil change. The combination of the long wait with the rude mechanic, I would never go back to any pepboys. I can only expect to have a similar experience.

Great experience. Service rep clearly communicated how they would diagnose my problem and how much time it would take. The technicians examined my battery, alternator, and starter to pinpoint the problem.They found the battery poles had corrosion and needed to be cleaned, which they did at a very fair price. I was impressed and pleased with their honest diagnosis. Rather than suggesting something I didn't need, they told the truth. This was not my first experience with their great customer service. This time I chose to let Pep Boys and the marketplace know.

Failed to properly torque my wheels and almost wasn't able to get it fixed, saying wobbling after a tire rotation was normal. It wasn't until i checked the wheels myself and able to spin the nuts with my fingers that i knew they didn't torque it. Also, im pretty sure they ruined my lug nuts by trying to over tighten on the other wheels.

Used to go to other Pep Boys locations regularly, so I thought I'd give this service department a try. Julius made the whole experience quick and painless-- he was efficient & professional, and knew his way around their computer systems. No appointment, and they had other jobs ahead of me, and they still had my car ready (pads, rotors, oil, inspection) about 5 hours later!Julius didn't push too hard to sell me stuff I didn't need, but clearly explained the costs/benefits of different price-points.A++ will go back.

I took my car in to the Pep Boys Auto Service & Tire Center located on 7720 Lindbergh Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19153. I had a screw in one of the tires and requested that the tire be replaced along with a tune up and oil change. The center received my cat at 11:30am. At 4:30 pm I called to get an update. I was told that they had called me several time to inform me my car repair was complete hours ago but come to find out that they were calling the wrong number even though I had giving them the correct phone number and it was in their computer system. After returning to the shop and waiting 25min in line I paid for the service and received my keys. As I approached the car I noticed that the same tire was still flat. When I questioned why the tired had not been replaced I was told that the mechanic had overlooked replacing the tire although he placed air in the other 3 tires. How does that happen? Also he knew the screws was there but told me it was not his job to inform the customer. Pep Boys was going to let me drive away after paying for a service that had not been performed let along completed. In short the manager by the name of "Mr. Nutter" and the customer service representative by the name of "Juanetta" provided extremally bad customer service. I will no longer be using Pep Boys service again!
