Very poor Customer service, returned three tire sensors, I used my debit card old head with the white hair made me go all the way home to get the card and still almost two weeks and no refund he never put the refund in so I had to go to my bank that also will take 10 days. He don't no if i needed this money for bills or what. I want you to know God will fight my battle.

Always able to help out with any questions, and can always get your parts! Much better than any chain store! I recommend to anyone!

Friendly, fast, Professional service with Quality parts. They can order parts for you and often can be same day delivery if you get there and order before 12 noon

Best parts store in the city. Autozone & other spots are known for selling people the wrong parts or either cheap parts, while Penn City always sells you the right part & actual Good Quality Parts (oppose to other places) and customer service is amazing.

I broke down in my 98 Dodge and the gentleman at the counter really helped me out with figuring out what fuel pump I needed. I was very appreciative during a very tough time. I highly recommend these guys.

I drive a 1984 Buick Rivera and am restoring a 1963 Buick Riviera. And even before that when I drove 2 Buick Regals 9 and a 1/2 times out of 10 Penn city had the parts I needed or if they didn't they ordered them. They are like family.

Normally when I go here for parts the people are knowledgeable and great with customer service. But on this day I got someone whose attitude wasn't great or helpful when I came for what I needed. This is the reason the rating isn't higher. Nothing against the other people who work there and try to do a good job! If you don't like customer service or having a bad day, as a customer spending his hard earned money, I'd rather not deal with this!!

Didn t want to take a brand new starter back due to a 71-year store policy. The starter was never put on the car. Wrong part they won t even give store credit. Autozone will be my next store of choice

I was going to leave a bad rating Because the clerk gave me the wrong part and I had to travel all the way back to the store from the shop to exchange it and over the phone they told me it was a slight price difference of about $10 that I had to pay and It cost me $18 to get there and back but when I got there The clerk didn't make me pay for the part because it was his mistake so that made me feel a little better.. now my car is fixed

I ve been patronizing this business for a few mnths now & im not sure if the ppl that works there gets my car parts wrong every time !! Like if you don t something just ask someone else for help!! Stop with the nonsense with ppl car parts!! Smh

Well I haven't been in one of these type places in quite some time you know with Pep Boys in the other stores all over the place but it was nice to walk into a place and tell them what I needed and they went and found it for me I'm trying to put together a antique car and they are able to get the parts for at least some of them anyway order from them they are good guys

The guys that work here are very nice and helpful with any parts that you need for your car they parts are very reasonable prices and you don't have to spend an arm and a leg to get what you want. Best place to go.

Love the workers here great customer service great prices and deals I go here for everything I need for my car the always have and if they don't they will order it for you and have there by the next day love them

I went to purchase a fuel pump. Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong pump for my vehicle. I went to return the product and was told that they don't do returns on electrical products. I let them know that I was not told that when I purchased the product. The owner showed me where it's posted on the wall amongst many other items there policy. They told me that I could get store credit when I told them that I wanted my cash. After more back and forth verbiage the owner tells his son to take 20% off the price of what I paid and to give me the cash. I will not spend a dime in this store ever again.If something were to go wrong with my car and Penn City Auto was the Last place to have the part I needed I would rather go buy a new car....

Don t ever go here they are extremely rude and impatient don t want to explain anything to you specifically the female who works there. I ve been a customer for years but the customer service has gone down hill. If looking for a auto parts store go to AUTOPART INTERNATIONAL there is one 8 minutes away from this disrespectful stores location at (622 Industrial park DR ste d&e, Yeadon PA 19050) and the prices there are WAY BETTER!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service was great young lady at the counter help me out real good located my parts for my vehicle I need the struts I absolutely recommend to stop at Penn City order for your oil needs they are great in the prices was just fantastic
