Talk about being honest. These guys rock! After being told by Z Bros that I needed brakes and rotors that would cost me $650, Steve at Pax Brothers told me I didn't. He said I still have about 40-50% left on my brakes. He then fixed something else for me and the total charge was $59. A helluva lot better than $650! You can believe I'll be going back to Pax when the time comes.

Pax bros are the best mechanic in the northeast they have a great staff and they know their stuff. Let me share a quick story. One day my suv stopped running three shops said I need a new transmission side note always get a few mechanics to look at your car before you go to your mechanic, okay back to the story instead of also saying ima need a new transmission pax bros said ima remove your 4X4 and you should be good and my car ran great afterwards.

We are fortunate to have such an auto repair shop, located in our area. This shop is an icon to our neighborhood and one of the best car repair shops you may ever find, in Philadelphia area. A family owned business, and they treat their customers like family! They provide every customer; great service, good pricing and quality workmanship. Pax Brothers will explain everything and use the "wait and see" approach rather than try to convince you to get work done, if it may not needed or it can wait until another time. The guy in the office was very honest to tell me that nothing wrong with my break. When I took it to Monroe Muffler they was charging me 91$ saying that I need to flush the fluid; glad I didn't play them no mind.

Fabulous! Went in with a part in INDEFINITE Backorder. They found the part. My Uncle was able to bring it in and they fixed it in less than 2 days. NOT EVEN. Great service, great deal, great people

These guys are the real deal. They fixed my truck, check engine light on. Engine shacking, hard shifting and loosing power. They got my truck running like a champ again. Highly recommended.

I went around here because my car wouldn't start sometimes but sometimes it was fine...I thought it would cost me $2 to $3 hundred dollars.it cost me $500. They charged me.49.99 to run a check engine light scan.that took 5 seconds to do...if you get your car inspected here he will find something wrong with it...that will cost you something...he inspected this car last year.I put 6000 miles on it since ..

I love mike and steve they are honest with their repairs. And i have been going to them for more than 10 years tried other mechanics but always had to come back so they could fixs the mistakes other mechanics make. Hope they never leave...

TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!! They are honest and affordable. I've been going to them for years and they have always provided me great service and have always been honest and upfront with me about what is wrong or not wrong and the repair costs.

if you have a f 150 they change the spark plugs no problem other mech are scared to 5.4 liter the exhaust manifold these trucks are plague with steve is a good guy he is upfront he dont rip you off his rates are unbeatable check other hourly rates you will run back to him

I was taking my car to this mechanic for the past 18 months for oil changes and general maintenance, Recently my car was leaking coolant and I took it to PAX and he replaced my fuel pump( NOT THE WATER PUMP) ( i have a receipt) then a week later my car was not running right and engine light came on .. returned to them and he had stated that it was like i wasn't getting my oil changed and I told him that he was the one who changes my oil , he told me that there was nothing wrong with car and to use better gas.. my car continued to act up until it no longer started, so I had it towed to another mechanic because PAX told me that it wasn't an issue.... The current mechanic has informed me that my timing chain is done ( broke or whatever) and its a $4500. engine replacement , and its due in part to my oil not being changed.. so my car is junk now..

I've been going here for 16 years, always received good service. Many autobody shops will cheat you. The pax brothers are truly honest and wonderful!
