Worst experience with a mechanic in my life! Very unprofessional and huge lack of communication. I purchased my used BMW x5 from PA Auto Sales last year and started having some issues with it a couple months ago. Had it diagnosed by a European car specialized mechanic who did a thorough job but indicated several items were wrong that amounted to over $10,000, so I decided to bring the car to PA Auto Inspection since I purchased it from their affiliated company to hopefully get better pricing. Sent them the original diagnostic, dropped my car off and asked they take care of the high priority issues which were the engine valve assembly and catalytic convertor. Took them 5 whole days to get me the quote and then another 2 weeks to just do the valve assembly. Every time I asked about the catalytic convertor they told me it would be there in a couple of days, and then after 3 whole weeks of back and forth they cancelled the job on me. If you couldn t do it on the first place then tell the customer that so you re not wasting their time. Back to the valve assembly when they told me they had finished that part of the job, I reiterated that they triple check the car was working properly and everything related to the engine was fixed, they had told me yes and it was ready to pickup and could be used lightly while we waited for the catalytic convertor. After driving away, a few minutes later there was smoke coming up from the hood. I made it home and then the next time I turned on the car a drivetrain malfunction warning came on which had never occurred before. Huge red flag! How are you going to give a car back to a customer when you clearly didn t even take it for a test drive after doing work on the engine. I took it back and they told me there was excess oil they had to cleanup and that they were calling in a BMW specialist to determine the cause of the drivetrain malfunction. After several more days they then come back to tell me that it s a programming issue and they can t diagnose it and recommended now after several weeks of wasting time to take it to a BMW dealer or another shop that has the proper tools for programming. They recommend a shop close to them and I asked them to drop it off after all of the frustration as I do not live close by. They told me they had dropped it off on a Monday, I followed up with the new shop that Friday and they said they did not have the car and that they then wouldn t be able to look at it for another 1-2 weeks. They finally did look at it after several phone calls between both shops to try to make it a priority as at this point I have been without my car for 6 weeks. The new shop responded that the new issue is the cam shaft solenoids and breather hose. Doesn t sound like a programming issue to me, clearly PA Auto Inspection doesn t know what they re doing and pawned me off after wasting weeks of my time.I advise anyone to never take your car here! Very unprofessional and lack of communication throughout the whole process. Headache after headache and have been without my car for 6 weeks now, unbelievable.

Purchased vehicle from PA auto sales with agreement to replace groved rotors by Chris L, but rotors had to be ordered. Brought car in for service and was told nothing wrong with rotors,clean, not grooved. It was clearly visible that all 4 were grooved. Manager refused to replace as agreed at time of purchase. Called PA Auto sales 2 times and was told Chris wasn't there, and referred back to service department. Either lack of communication with sales and service or questionable sales tactics

I went in a couple of months ago with a blue Chevy Cruze check engine light on, that same day I left with two lights on. they removed it but then the check engine light came back on, I did 3 different appointments (4 if you count the one I missed) and got the same result the light came back on they charged me $300 to change the HVAC air sensor and a filter for the engine because they said that was the problem for the check engine light, but the check engine light keeps staying on. Finally they said they could do nothing, nothing was wrong with it they said, then they recommended me to go to the dealer. I went to the dealer and they removed the check engine light by cleaning my throttle for another $300, so the problem was actually the throttle. they cleaned it and the check engine light went off. now I'm happy with the Chevrolet dealer and disappointed with PA auto inspection. You will not find this email or phone number in your records.... Tina was the only one that comforted me. If it wasn't for her I would be a lot more upset.

Have been coming here for inspection a few years in a row. This year they found a couple of minor things and fixed them in a day for a very reasonable price.Great service, nice people. Will come back next year again.

So I made a purchase from PA Auto sales on 611. When I made the purchase I did not notice some of the issues the used car I purchased had right away. I called their manager Jean and expressed my concerns and he was very helpful. He told me about their shop on global road and that the car purchased had 30 days coverage on anything needed. They we're very professional and I had no issue with the service. Highly recommended!Services: Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

Purchased a car from these people less than a month ago. The car was making a rattling noise, this was before they inspected the car to put stickers on it. I asked them if they could address the noise while inspecting the car. They claim the issue was the brakes and replaced them. Less than 4000 miles later my car is making singing noises while braking. Turns out the rotors are bad. So this company put new brakes on a car that also needed rotors. When I called to address the issue I was told that it's on me. My issue is if the rotors were bad why not at least inform me if they had no intention on fixing it? Why put brand new brake pads on a car that actually needed rotors? When I asked the manager Alex if he would be willing to resolve this issue I was told they can't do it for "free". However, this should of been resolved during the inspection. Rotors run anywhere between 30,000 to 50,000 miles so if the rotors had less than 4000 miles life span on them why didn't the mechanic at least address this. I feel taken advantage of because I need rotors as well as replacing the new brakes they put on due to the rotors being bad and running down the brake. I would never do business with this company again. Then they asked me to take it up with sales. Sales did not inspect my car, you guys did! And you all failed to bring my car up to standard. Now less than 2 months later I have to service a car I put 3000 down on. Lesson learned, get your own inspection! Even if you have to pay for it when purchasing a car because this company is clearly famous for being incompetent and cutting corner. This car was purchased under Andrea Brown, my wife. So pa auto inspection please don't respond that you have no record of me as a customer because I know you do.Service: Brake service & repair

We went for our annual inspection and we were taken care of by friendly staff. They were very accommodating and understanding when one of our vehicles did not pass the safety inspection. They offer affordable and fair pricing. The waiting room is very clean and has plenty of options for snacks and drinks. I was able to continue working from home while waiting for our vehicles to be completed, which is a huge plus for me! I would highly recommend coming here for your annual inspection as well as for other services they offer. You will surely be taken care of here and not disappointed.

Very fast and affordable , the lady at the front desk is very nice and professional. The waiting area is big and stylish. I love bringing my car there for any problems. I m satisfy with their work!!! My oil change was completely fast and they were happy to serve me!!

I bought my car from the dealership in Warrington and they sent me here to get my new vehicle inspected. They were fast efficient and the place is freaky clean all around. Now it's a pretty good ways from my home but if I have vehicle issues I wouldn't mind the journey there to get things done.

In the end our car has been fixed and inspected.. only the windshield we fixed. Overall this has been a bad start but great ending to this situation. Thank you very much to all that got involved to help get us out the door with our car.. sometimes patients is not my strong suit but all in all they held up their end. THANK YOUFrom point of sale at PA Auto Sales this has been a nightmare. They have had our car for 2 weeks since it was sold to us without inspection. Needs rack and pinion, mirror, chipped windshield and has misfire. Received a text that our car was ready for pick up but needed to schedule because mirror was not in yet. We stopped by we are an 1 1/2 drive and our car didn't pass emissions due to unhooking battery. Windshield wasn't fixed. I am so disappointed that we r paying a car payment with no car. We stated that it is to be completed before calling us.. you would think that after getting a 1 star review from purchase you would work harder to fix that review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ANYTHING AFFILIATED WITH PA AUTO SALES OR INSPECTION

Came late due to traffic..Tina still was able to work me in. There were tire tread issues on the front two during inspection. The office was able to work it out with the dealership to give me front tires free and rear car at cost! Good service. Work seems thorough. Would recommend.

This business is in my neighborhood, so thought to check it out. I went there recently only because they sent me coupons via emails. They sent me a coupon for $49.99 wheel alignment, expires on 7/31/20. They got me there. I got a 2008 Camry.After having their mechanic take a look at it, they advised me that I need to have the following done;- Front Brakes & Rotors,- Wipers- Wheel AlignmentI had the brake pads for it, so they said they would only charge me for labor. I agreed up on it, and waited their for 2.5hrs, till they closed the business at 615pm.At 615pm, female at the front desk said Car is ready. I asked her what was done? (only because I heard the mechanic tell her in the last hour that the he only did wipers and wheel alignment).Females Clerk responded: We got your wipers done, Front rotors done, and Alignment done, and it is $355.00I said, what? That doesn't make any sense. You told me that I needed to get the front brakes done, right? She said, well the second mechanic said you don't need them changed now, and the parts that you got are for the rear brakes. I asked, are you saying that I needed to have the rotors changed but the brakes are good? She goes, I know...Then I realized that they don't know what they are doing.I was like, how is it $355?She responded: $40 (wipers), $110 (rotors), $75 (alignment, event though coupon said $49.95) and rest in labor?So, $130 in Labor to install Rotors, & Wipers???Thank you for this non-sense.. Now I need to go get my brakes changed!!!

My experience was horrifying here recently. My Alternator went after just six months. They kept my car over the holiday weekend to finally look at it Monday to replace it with the same exact Alternator for it to fail again. After having my car for a week they made up an issue with the Kia computer just so they wouldn't have to be responsible. They never offered an apology for inconveniencing me and my family or another solution. On top of all this they refused to refund me all of my money. Disappointing. Never again.

I found this company through google search for auto inspection service in PA. Called them on the number listed on their website and scheduled an appointment. I was pretty impressed when I got a text a day before the appointment. Things went downhill from then on - I took half a day at work to get my car inspected and when I go there the lady there tells me their inspection guy is out sick for past few days and she could have still helped me if I had bought a car from them. Really?! If you knew you couldn't inspect my car couldn't you tell me in advance instead of reminding me about keeping the appointment?The lady was nice enough to tell me that there is an inspection place next building and I tried my luck there and failed.

Always have a great experience at PA Auto Inspection. I come here for all the regular maintenance on my vehicle but have had my engine repaired there as well and was updated every step of the way. This was comforting as a woman I felt like they weren t trying to pull any sneaky business and take advantage of me. The best part is it s a very clean stylish facility I never mind waiting for my vehicle to be worked on since it s so quiet and comfortable! 100% recommend you check them out!

Great and efficient spot to get your vehicle taken care of. Had recently purchased an Audi in the summer and was leaking oil. Didn t know the cause. They set up an appointment for me, diagnosed the cause and the price was more than affordable. Definitely bringing the vehicle back in the next couple of months for the oil change.

Had an appointment with them Tuesday at 10am. They didn t look at my car until 12pm. Then took another 2 hours to tell me they need to order parts. Waste 4 hours just for them to look at the car. That s not the worse part. They said everything will be arriving Friday so they rescheduled me for Friday at 12 and stated the car will be fixed by the end of the day. Called me at the end of the day and stated all the parts didn t come in and the car will be ready next day. Saturday comes and no one calls me until Monday at 6pm to let me know my car is ready for pick up. 6pm is when they close so I had to come in the next day to pick up my car. Don t take your vehicle here. Worse experience I ve ever had.

If anyone want to do anything related to a car, just don't go there. They are super irresponsible, not professional and rude people. They are doing things without owners permission and without prior ask if you want or not. It was my firs time there and I regretted. You definitely need to get a new Manager because she have no idea what a good management is.

Excellent and professional service. They have ordered an intake boot and scheduled me for today at 2pm. I went a bit earlier and they have put new part literally in 5 minutes. Great customer service, they value all their customers.

Great place to do autorepair. Switched to this company last year and was never sorry. The quality is excellent. They do work very fast, they even do change of car key batteries. Very professional place. Would highly recommend it!

Wrongfully diagnosed my car. First it was one thing, then another, then another. Took the car to another mechanic and it was something totally different. Paid for labor and parts that were put in incorrectly. While laboring my car they left a wrench inside my engine. Customer service is ok but the mechanics there have no clue on what they are doing.

Stopped by at paautoinspection yesterday, they did great job, changed my brakes and rotors, tie rods, alignment and replaced my tires. Prices are very affordable, great and quick service. Definitely recommending this shop!!!

If you've never been to Russia or the former Soviet Union, these people run their business just like in those places. You cannot trust them. There's a reason why they only have people from their country working in the front office. I'm not going back there. I've spent enough money there without having the problems fixed. Eventually had to go the dealership for my car model to get my issues resolved.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!The Merchant told me my Car was Ready for Pick up. I Arrived Friday Evening to Pick up the Vehicle. Before leaving, I advised the Owner (Giorgi) as Stated on the BBB that my check engine light is on and it wasn't on when I dropped it off. He stated to schedule a appointment to comeback since they where closing. I made it 10min up the street and car broke down on I-95 South. I Immediately call the shop, they closed. my car is stuck on the highway. I got in contact with manger (Igor) in the sales department the following day. he told me it wasn't there fault. He told me the car had multiple issues. I asked about the multiple issues the car had that weren't listed on recipt during pick up. He later said the car can't be diagnosed until "his guy" comes back end of Dec. So now there saying they didn't diagnose the car, but have it listed on my receipt. I never went to a mechanic and have them tell me I have a lot wrong with the car, but try not to fix it, or advised me of my issues. I advised them the shop told me the car was ready for pick up. they didn't mention any additional problems or concerns in person or on receipt under the "concerned" option. My car is Stranded on I-95 South.BEWARE
