Kevin helped me locate a very hard to find part needed for a dodge diesel truck that Orthodox had in stock, and not only was the part priced affordably, but it exceeded my expectations. I was able to get the truck back up and running quickly, without much downtime at all. Thank you Kevin.

Great company. I spoke to Kevin who helped me find my part and execute the deal. Its great to know good people are still out there. The passenger door was in really good shape.Everything worked. Arrival,payment and pickup was a breeze. Everyone I dealt with during the transaction made it worth while driving 1 1/2 hr to PA. If you need something check here first. Reasonably priced as well. I purchased an engine almost 8 months ago. I spend over $5,000.00. Mike sold me two bad engines. Ron the manager is very unprofessional. They never offered to pay my mechanic for the 2nd engine he had to install. We still have two bad engines at the shop. They won't give me a refund or another engine. I spend a lot of money on this engine that I didn't have. These people don't care. Please do not purchase anything from them until this is resolved.

Over the years, no matter what I needed, this place has come through. They get it quickly and they give you a good price. No matter what you drive these guys will find the best part for the job and they will even try to help you make sure you're doing the repairs right.

I bought a engine for a 2002 avalanche from and Kevin very nice guy he help me right away when the first engine was bad not even 2 days later he got another one for me ,the new engine is running perfectly fine I'm happy and would recommend orthodox ask for Kevin his the best. THANKS guy's

I order an engine gave them the vin number, they still sent the wrong engine. When I called to speak to someone about the mistake they made, I was giving a hard time. I was told to swap the cams from my old engine. This would of been a difficult and expensive job. I advise you not to deal with this place

I needed an engine for a Kia Rio, I dealt with Ron there. He and I spent better part of 45 minutes on the phone going over every option I had for pickup , vs shipping. He did everything he could to save me money. Top rate communication during and after the sale. Very happy so far with the engine I got. It's only been a few days but it came complete and so far no issues. I'm very happy with these folks and will be more than happy to deal with them again.

Bought a window from them and while the customer service was pretty good it was just a sketchy and confusing process from the consumer perspective. They also said the part would be ready in the morning, but it wasn't ready until 2pm. I'd still return, but hesitantly. Prices are fair.

Kevin went above and beyond to help me. At first I thought I needed an alternator and I was helped promptly. I was told it would be the next day, but received a call about 10 minutes later; telling me the part would be there same day within a few hours. I was super excited about that! About half hour after the call I had to call Kevin back and let him know that I didn t need an alternator and needed a battery instead. He was so great about it. Switched out the part I needed and I was still able to pick up same day. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is A-1. I promise I saved their number and will call them for all of my car needs. Not to mention you get a warranty with your purchase. That made me even happier. I m referring everyone I know to them.

Have had to get parts 3 times in the past 6 months for 2 different Vehicles and Orthodox was the best price and most helpful of all the junk yards I researched , very professional and had a great experience every time!

Zero stars! Drove an hour and a half for a part that they assured me was available and undamaged. They also told me that the part was off the vehicle and would be ready when I got there. When I arrived, They told me I had to wait over an hour for the part to be removed. About an hour and a half later, some guy came outside and said the part was damaged. Unbelievable! Shady business practices.

These people a thieves plain and simple, they use city contacts to tow your vehicle to their lot and when you go there to retrieve it they use fraudulent tactics to hold on to your vehicle to rack up storage costs even after you've provided the necessary state citified documents. I had to get the police involved before my vehicle was released to me.Most of the parts they sell are from people's cars they've withheld so long they can't afford to get it and have to give up on it.

So I called twice ahead of time to make sure they had the part they listed on eBay in stock still. They confirmed that they did, and even scheduled a time for me to come in . Although I had to go there to pick it up . Philly is about a 50 minute drive from where I live . I arrived there, gave them my Name which made the reservation pop up. Said it would take a few more minutes to have the part ready . I get a call in 5 minutes saying the car was scrapped and the part isn t available . No apologies, no sympathy. Imagine if someone drove even further than me . They have to get their professionalism together, there s no reason they should be making reservations on the phone without actually confirming they have the part . Unacceptable.

Horrible Experience! Appointment was set up for Jan 30, 2023 between 12-5p received a call around 4:30pm that they were over booked and needed to reschedule. It was rescheduled for January 31, 2023 between 8-12. Received a call at 12:30 stating the driver was 40 mins away. The supervisor was rude, dismissive and unapologetic!!! Don t waste your time like I did!! Two days waiting for nothing!

this place is a rip-off...they do not refund. i purchase a used ford transit transmission and they refused to refund, i got an exchanged and the problem was the same

Rick was extremely helpful, I called and he offered me a straight up price for my car. He gave me a price over the phone and I drove it in that day and was paid in 10 minutes. Then I called 2 weeks later because I lost my copy of the bill of sale so rick looked into it and sent a copy to me a few hours later. My Dad also sold a car to rick a few months back and had the same experience as me. They are honest guys and very easy to deal with. Thanks again Rick!

Called around and got the best price and service from them...I will recommend to check it out..you won't be let down. They have Everything you can possibly think of that has to do with Cars. I needed a replacement mirror and they sold me the whole light for my suburban all in the same day I called. And they were so great and offered to help me put it on. But I was in a hurry. I love this place and so will YOU!

Orthodox Auto Company has great customer service and my experience with them is overall satisfying. I was trying to find buyers to sell a junk car to when I got a quick and good offer from Rick. While I wanted to weigh my options and get back to him I looked to other junk yards and they did not have the level of care and quality that he had. One junkyard gave me a great offer but kept me waiting several days in a row and i decided to go with Orthodox. Who did not kept me waiting and closed a deal with me and took care of the junk car. Thank you Rick and Orthodox.

I had a very good experience with this company. I called needing to sell my old car and I have to say that I spoke with probably the most accommodating and nicest business people I can think of. All of the arrangements were made that morning and before the day was over my car was picked up and I was given a good price for it. They also rent cars (although I haven't used it since I needed an 8 passenger vehicle) but the gentleman I spoke with (Al, I think his name is) was also very nice and informative. The rates he gave are good too. I would 100% recommend this company.

I called different car companies to see which one will give me a good offer for my car. Orthodox Auto Company gave me the best offer. Interestingly, I called in the morning and in the afternoon they were in my apartment to pick my car. I got a same day pick up for my car and my check was ready when they came. Also the person I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful. The whole transaction was smooth and quick. I will definitely use Orthodox again and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Orthodox always finds us the parts we need. If you having trouble getting any part, call Orthodox, they will find it for you. Also they deliver local. The staff is helpful and professional. Highly recommend

I called several companies for a quote on my vehicle before choosing Orthodox. Rick was very polite on the phone and offered me the best price. The service was quick and professional. Everything was taken care of with ease; towing, transfer of title, etc. I would recommend Orthodox to anyone looking to get rid of a salvage car.

I recently scrapped my old 2002 Mazda protege after buying a new car. I called around to multiple places around Philadelphia and orthodox had the best offer. I showed up and worked with Rick who was very friendly and courteous. I chatted with other employees during my visit who were all very helpful as well. Rick beat the price he had said on the phone by 25 bucks, the transaction was smooth and took a just a few minutes. I would highly recommend orthodox auto.

To find a company that stands behind their warranty, name and reputation is rare these days, BUT this company does! They were great to work with. Ron J. was always polite and professional. They shipped quickly. And they were true to their word. I would definitely do biz with them again!!

This place was awesome. Junked my car and Rick the representative had the greatest customer service. He was very polite over the phone and even nicer in person. I was not able to retrieve my tag and Rick took it off and had it waiting for me. They were very informative and kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend them for junking your car or to get used parts for your car.
