Gave me the run around for 2 weeks just to get me to spend $1500 with them. I took the car to another inspection place and passed in 5 mins. However the people are kind which is why I gave 3 stars but service was on where they try to make money in other ways. Highly recommend Taking your car to another inspection place first to make sure it has the issues they tell you.

So I had found them 1 Saturday they were very nice over the phone . I new my car had somethings needed. They took the time and did a complete inspection (they didn t charge me for that ) I was happy to found a great place . I left and a few days later noticed my lug nuts weren t on I called I was pleasant at the time when I got there I was so ignorant and snappy . I ve been wanting to apologize I had just loss my Stepdad and was so hurt about it all and had such a rough wk. That had nothing to do with them but I ve been wanting to apologize persons because I wanted them to work on my car . It is a very professional shop and I saw great reviews which is why I came there . I hope you accept my apology and I can still do business with you . Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Came here to get my car inspected. The service is great, they are super friendly, and very fast. Their prices are very good also.I am open to trying them for car services in the future. Highly recommended!

Friendly customer service with reasonable pricesComplete PA inspection without an appointmentalso feels like they helped me adjust the steering wheel and brakes too , It feels much smoother to drive now .Thank you so much ! Highly recommend to anyone !

Got charged $75 Just for a fuel pump fuse, not even a relay. Fuse cost less than $2. Definitely over priced. They also sell cars that are way over priced. You would think they would take care of charge returning customers, but don't remember you. Though Mechanics are nice that's why they got 1 star.

I came in and got an inspection. I had such a good experience. The one girl there Thay was her name. She was amazing. Super friendly and so helpful. Thank you so much girl.

Unprofessional scam and a waste of time. Go somewhere else the employees here are shady af. I arrived at 20 minutes to 9am for an inspection. I was then told they don t start until 9 am. 910 and still nothing. He then states he s ready at approximately 915 and gets my insurance and registration information and sends my car on a joyride with some girl as a requirement of the inspection. While my car is gone he then comes over and states he needs an additional hour to get It done. Needless to say I wasted a whole hour and got nothing done but a waste of time. Don t go here. You have been warned. It is a scam and a waste of time.

I have been coming to this place for years. They are very friendly and honest. They always squeeze you in, no matter how busy they are. They are also believers in Yeshua (Jesus). Awesome place!

Messed up my car, refuse to pay for it. The people in charge hide, won't pick up phone calls and they're rude as hell!On July 23rd 2018, I went to pick up my car from a service at NECOMMUNITY. I paid for the restoration of the front bumper, a detail job, and an oil change. The car was returned to me with the rear bumper scratched and paint was scraped off, which was not like that prior to me taking the car to your shop. After looking at the camera videos, it was confirmed that the car was mishandled and the damage to the rear bumper was caused at your shop. I have DATED pictures of what the car looked like before me taking it there and what it looked like the day I picked it up from your shop. After MULTIPLE attempts of trying to get a hold of leadership at your shop, FINALLY I was told to send an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the damage. I have voicemails and calls to prove the conversations. I have an estimate which was sent to you on SEPTEMBER 23rd attached to this email. CLEARLY, your employees are NOT CAREFUL, your leadership is IRRESPONSIBLE and your business CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Therefore, you CANNOT FORCE ME to repair MY car at your shop and RISK my car being DAMAGED AGAIN BY YOUR EMPLOYEES!Therefore, I URGE that my CONCERNS AS A PAYING CUSTOMER are HEARD before I TAKE THIS TO COURT! YOUR BUSINESS IS LIABLE!

A very good place and cheap, people that works on the front desk are really nice. The time I went it was busy but they helped me a lot. They know how to manage their business very well.

I always take my car here and I won t ever stop... the mechanics are very professional and polite so are the staffs their prices are unbeatable bottom line is if you want your car to be in good hands this is the place

Terrible service - Went to fix my car and they messed up the paint in back by hitting the car with another one!!! No one answered and they told me they wouldn't pay for the repair. OVER PRICED and IRRESPONSIBLE!!!

I attempt to make a call inquiring about services for my car; However when someone answers the phone they do not introduce themselves and state "What you want". Very disappointing with there customer service.
