Excellent service! Just got my car back. Work was done on time as promised. Staff goes above and beyond to meet expectations, which is hard to find. I highly recommend them for any of your needs! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication!

Zero star service, but had to put 1 star. Held car for two weeks. Waited on supplement for suspension. Then refused service to me because of "not wanting to go over prior shop's body work" and then told me to take my keys after two weeks of it sitting on their trashy property. They are lowlifes and the woman who works there looks like she belongs at a chop shop. She will talk rudely to you and in a curt fashion. These people are lower than lowEdit: The owners of this establishment read the negative reviews, concoct a lie and then respond. They are unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. They do this on every negative review which is indicative of clearly not having enough to do at the shop

I've used Mike's Auto Body Center for many years, they always do what they say and their work is always perfect. They really helped me thru the entire process. I would def share my experience to friends and family.5 Stars!

I had a great experience. Mike went above and beyond to fix my car that was t-boned in an accident. He does beautiful great quality work; truly impressive. Knowledgeable and honest and great businessman/owner. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone.

The owner was lying to me a few months that they almost done with the car but once I came in a month of lying the car was as before on the parking lot. They said that I can pick up my car ~August 2nd (in a month). In reality they started only on November and completed on December. The worst experience. At the end they asked me ~2k more than we agreed. 2 stars only because they completed.

I have Nisan rouge that has fist size of dent on left front fender and small dent on right fender . Also Mike replenished my paint scratches on my right rear bumper , Their bodywork repairing is excellent, my car just look like new one after their work. And the front desk lady Danielle , she is really enthusiastic and helpful , she gave me estimate of cost which is really good price. And she drove my car back to my house parked at my driveway after bodywork finished since I went to work trip out of town for two weeks , all in all great service front desk lady , professional bodywork technician , also good price . Mike and his team were great to deal with and he went out if his way to ensure I was satisfied. Although there were a few minor mishaps, I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone I know in this area because of the service I received here. The car was repaired earlier than expected and additional complimentary repairs were also included. As I stated in my Carwise review, the overall experience was great and I would have my car serviced here again. Any negative feedback that was mentioned did not reflect the quality of service or the lengths Mike went to make sure I was happy and I made sure to make note of that. So Mike, if you're reading this, I was more than happy with the way I was treated by you and your staff. Thanks again.

Horrible experience with repairs, I received my car back with misalignment, wrong suspension components, and wrong tire sizes. Owner very dodgy, also had an expensive cologne stolen out of my storage container by one of the workers. AVOID THIS SHOP.

Amazing shop, amazing service! They've been working on my family's cars for years and when I near totaled my front, I knew where to go.Mike and his crew did an amazing job and worked really hard to save me money every step of the way. I couldn't believe the condition of my car after I picked it up, they went above and beyond for the meager price they charged. Would highly recommend them any day!

I have had some negative experiences in the past dealing with auto mechanics, from poor workmanship to long delays in completion of work and more, and was hesitant to choose a new shop, but glad I chose Mike's Auto Body and Glass Center who have more than met my expectations. They explained what needed to be done, gave me a fair estimate, were understanding of my need for the work to be done quickly so I could drive to work, and ended up finishing the job early. I hope that I will not need body work on my car to be done anytime soon, but if I do it's good to know I have a local place I can trust.

Very professional, transparent, and skilled staff. They took care of my car needs in 2 hours. Before performing any service, they showed me the issue on the car while it was on the lift. They made sure I understood the mechanics of everything that needed fixing before going ahead and fixing it. I believe I have finally found an honest and reputable repair.

Only place I do business with! Never let me down when it comes to windshield repairs or turn around times for cars to be finished Receptionist is hot! Customer service is They are currently handling repairs on my lacrosse and so far so good!

This Place towed my 2017 Honda Fit when it was in accident and kept it for a month telling me they will deal with Insurance and get me more money but couldn't do anything. Eventually they offered me $3000 for 2017 Honda Fit EX and I gave them title then Misha and Mike said they don't have money on their account and pay me in 3 days. Unfortunately I still didn't get even penny from them. they are totally scammers. we shouldn't deal with liers like them. State should investigate how they work and treat customers.

I made an appointment to drop my car off for a full car detail a week prior to the date. Dropped the car off at the appointment time of 9am and a women took my keys and even circled scratches on the car that I wanted fixed. I waited all day never received a phone call. Finally at 3pm, I called to ask what time I could pick my vehicle up. The man, I am assuming mike, told me that he didn't know what to do with the car. He even had the nerve to ask if I took my car to the correct spot when I am certain that he is the same man that I spoke to a week prior to schedule the appointment. In my opinion a very disorganized and disrespectful owner.

Mike is a really good guy! He is really understanding and will work with you. I gave my car in for bumper work and they work done in like 3 days which was perfect timing! They did such an awesome job!

I had Mike do some body work on my car. Could not be happier. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and the rate was extremely fair. Just picked up my car and the work was perfect AND the car was cleaned inside and out! Can't say enough good things!

I was extremely satisfied with the service received from Mike's Auto Body. I could no longer tell my car was ever damaged. My car was exceptionally clean when I picked it up. Would definitely recommend.

Oh if I could only count the reasons why this place is a total scam. Full write up to come but trust me when I say that with every fiber of my being I advise you to stay far away from this place. Not only did they make me wait almost an hour early on a Saturday morning for them to even show up to detail my car, they also stole from me. Of course it's nothing I can prove, which the owner of the place made clear to me. Everything from my glove box and my center console was gone and at least one item from my trunk. The owner, Mike, was entirely unapologetic, shrugged his shoulders, and basically said that because the items taken weren't that expensive, that it wasn't a big deal and that everything was my fault because I left items in the car. Granted, I *should* have thoroughly cleaned my car out, and lesson learned. But it's schmucks like this that keep the world rotating in distrust and negativity. I am literally sick to my stomach over their terrible business practices. I'm going to include more details of my awful experience in a yelp review, as this isn't even all of it, just the main bullet points. But since I am seething so hard right now I needed to get something up right away for the public to see.

Scratched with branches the entire body of my 750LI.... Mike has a guy working there who is a magician. When the car was returned, i thought i was looking at the side of the car that did not have damage. Fantastic!!!! One thing they need to improve on is scheduling and organization. But car wise - amazing.
