I had a great experience at this location. We went in for a tire change due to a nail being in my tire the store was empty and they helped us right away. It took less than 30 minutes to fix and I was out in no time.

Great customer service! Really informative employees and kind hearted. I didn t feel like I was being played for my money. The entire team was very helpful in an event of my tire being flat and not having the proper size for my car.

Midas on Chelten Ave has some of the best reps and mechanics on site. They are friendly over the phone. They are insightful skillset of cars and able to break in down in ways that is comprehensive to those who don t. This Midas location is timely and understanding in price. Rico the service at the front rep was helpful in scheduling. Definitely a 10/10 in service. Rico provided some of the customer service since I have been coming here for the last 2yrs. I highly recommend Midas on Chelten Ave.

I have not reviewed anywhere on Google, but this shop scammed me out of money so badly I was willing to take the time to write a review. They will charge you way too much for tires and service and imaginary shop fees that they later decide they can take off if you ask to get an itemized receipt and start asking questions. Midas is good for the $30 oil change and nothing, I mean nothing more. They charge me $200 for one tire upon being inspected after my inspection two weeks before said that tire was fine. Not to mention I paid ONLY $400 to have the 3 OTHER tires replaced at a better less expensive shop. DO NOT go here for anything outside of an oil change. It s a scam.

Great experience at Midas, West Chelton location. They took excellant care of my baby, its tires, brakes & overall upkeep. The front desk staff thoroughly explained everything to me and made the whole experience as pleasant as getting your car worked on can be, and the cost is very reasonable, with some discount coupons thrown in. Will be going back to this location for general maintenance and any other issues that pop up.

I used to dread going here because of the slow service and price gouging. Today was great. In and out nice and quick. Friendly guys. Fair pricing. I'm so happy there is a good mechanic in my neighborhood now.

Ricoooo !!! Did his big one today earlier in the morning man ! You know when something wrong with your car your heart stop you go in panicking mode! Yup that was me this morning. But Midas ! Was very informative resourceful Ricoooo fix my car in 5 minutes ! Offering deals on top of deals I go back tomorrow to get my 3 new tires plus one free . For 0.00 upfront . Then in about 3 weeks I can pay 240 or less then that ! Don t meet me there beat me there , Cause we coming deep lol might not be none left so don t miss out ! Ask for Rico that man saved my gas tank and back tire in 5 -10 minute .

THEY ARE PERFECT MR WALKER, EDDIE &CHRIS THEY ARE ALL PERFECT AND GREAT AND I APPRECIATE THEM MAKING SURE RUBY RED IS UP AND RUNNING IN PERFECT CONDITION THEN FOR MR. WALKER TO REPLACE MY LIGHT FREE OF CHARGE IS JUST A BLESSING IN ITSELF ONLY ASK FOR HIM TO UNSCREW THE THING FOR ME HE MADE SURE TO PUT THE LIGHT IN FOR ME! THEY ARE ALSO FAST AND CONVENIENTLY GOOD WITH ALL CAR NEEDS!

Got my oil changed last week. Quick and nice service. Also, got some recommendations on my car. They filled up my windshield fluid tank as well completely free. Location is also very convenient. If you workout, there is planet fitness right next to the place. You can go workout while they are working on your car. Very nice and friendly stuff

Highly disappointed in this shop, I should have known from my iffy experience with them. After referring my friend because she was having car trouble, and Midas was the closest to take her car too. They charged her over 1k, for her car to be treated as a puzzle, knowing they didn t know what the issue was, they proceeded to take her money. That isn t the bad part, the senior technician advised her to ride her car over 50mph and her car was still constantly shutting off in the midst of driving with her and her daughter in the vehicle. Which God forbid could have turned into a very dangerous situation. I even spoke with the tech, and he advised for her to go on the highway, even though the car was shutting off during driving. So once having to contact her attorney and corporate, she was refunded the money. Took her car to Dave s on Torresdale and problem was FIXED! For a fraction of Midas price and they kept her car and did not recommend her and her child to drive in unsafe conditions. Midas and this location should be ashamed. I felt bad referring her. Never again!

I am VERY pleased with the Midas crew on Chelten Avenue. I needed alot of work on my SUV. The cost was a little steep. They worked with me to try and find the best options and also to be safe. I am truly pleased how well everything worked out. I would say to anyone, to bring in your vehicle to this establishment. They not only fix cars, they do care..

This is the second time I ve been here however this time I needed some real work done all because I had a flat tire. I had my car towed to this establishment and Bayyyyybeee this was best customer service and efficient service Charles Richard is awesome he let me know what needed to be done and took care of it. I really appreciate his professionalism I would recommend that if your car needs any work done to it try Midas on W Chelten Ave and ask for CharlesServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL 100% SCAM YOU! Long story short, went for an inspection (which took 3 hours), they told me I needed $1500 worth of repairs! **I am pretty sure it was because I am a woman in my 20's, and what would I know about cars....** I went to get a second opinion at a new mechanic who told me my car didn't need any repairs at all!! Not only did Midas try to scam me out of $1500, but they TRASHED my car. They unnecessarily scraped off a section of the tint on the windshield to "make room for the sticker" and did a horrible job. See for yourself!
