I had my catalytic converter done here. They communicate with you throughout. They also let you know if other things on your car needs work which is a plus! The staff are very friendly and helpful. This place gave me the best experience and I would definitely recommend these guys.

They told me I needed my brakes done. My rotors done and my front two tires replaced . I went to another shop, and was told my brakes, rotors, and my tires are perfectly fine, brand new. I do not recommend this place.

Always a great experience when I come there. Very informative on things I wanna do with my car and with what my car needs. I would recommend this place over any shop I ve ever been to. Honest genuine guys, An I love the atmosphere.

Big thanks to Scott and Dan. They were so helpful and super nice. I m sure they can t always do this, but they were able to fit me in on a busy day for a state inspection.They didn t try to upsell me anything.They also gave future recommendations for the upkeep of my car. Thanks Again!

I went to all these different mechanics, spent hundreds of dollars. They were all a waste of time and money! I went to Meineke as a walk-in for the first time ever and explained the problems I was having and they said ok we ll take a look at it. 30 minutes later they found the problem. One hour later and I was driving away with no more problems! And they also set me up with a lifetime warranty! I m definitely coming back here if I have anymore problems and I already told everyone I know! Thanks again for such great service and friendly customer service!

This was my first visit to Meineke and I was very pleased. In the office was a family friendly atmosphere and felt very comfortable while I was waiting. Also, honesty and good work was what I was looking for, and that's exactly what I got! Where I thought it might have been a Starter problem it turned out to be a battery issue. There was no pressure on me to buy a part that I really didn't need...Like I said, Honesty and good work! I will definitely be going back to Meineke for all my jeep repairs.

So in all honesty I feel like most mechanics are con artists and scammers. But I didn't feel like that coming to this location, Dave was forthright and friendly. The environment is what you would expect just more neighborly and just overall welcoming. Will probably make this my go to place for future automotive needs. Would recommend.

Highly recommend services here, affordable and fair! Went in for a state inspection and was treated with respect by their staff and Dave (who was working in the office) They are honest & truthful and want the best for your car even if everything isn t done at their shop. Will be back in the future for sure.(Ashley)

Needed a last min oil change for my car. I called this shop, the person on the phone was very professional and said he could squeeze me in. As I arrived one of the employees named David was on it! As soon as I walked in he greeted me, gave me the same price that the other person had given me, and took my keys.While I was waiting for my car he answered other calls professionally and handled all customers with care. He did his thing thank you.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience, if I could give negative stars I would. I went in for a simple oil change and came out with $1,373 in charges. After receiving the service and parking my car, it would no longer turn on. I went in with 1 light on on the dash and left with 3. I feel robbed and taken advantage of. As an elderly woman I feel hurt and victimized, and I want to prevent anyone from being taken advantage of. DO NOT GO HERE

I called this place the other day to put on a direct fit slip on muffler. Guy at the counter said it would take 1 hour of labor then to tell me it s $280.00 because needed more labor time. Literally cut a muffler off and clamp a new one in. Told me he had to do custom work to make it fit. My mechanic the next day said would have taken him 20 min to do and no custom work was necessary. Rip off if you ask me

Like any other day, I get into my car and turn the key. This particular morning nothing! I had a conversation like most people do wishing the best and after the fourth attempt, she started and I drove to work in a panic. I immediately conducted a search for a car care center. I tried Meineke and Scott answered. He was professional, pleasant and treated me like VIP (that was just over the phone). I arrived to the shop and was greeted by Scott and the service was extraordinary and they had not looked at my car yet. After, he got my car in right away and I learned it was the starter (not the battery). They moved mountains and less than 2 hours later, I was on my way. I am big on exemplary service and I fill with joy when I meet people who understand what that truly means. Scott, you are my go-to place for all car care needs when I am in the area. Thank you to you and your team for providing amazing service!

My experience here was great, Went to get my brakes looked @ and ended up having to get them fixed, Scott helped me with the financing option which was very helpful in these hard times. Everyone was very nice, they made me comfortable while I waited and offered me coffee, etc.. It was definitely a great experience for my first time @ this shop. I will definitely be returning for all my car needs. Thanks again Scott for offering the financing options. Being told in traffic I need brakes it s a funny thing.. Lol..Service: Brakes

I love meineke too pieces! As a young woman, they've helped me so much. They not only showed me what was wrong with my car but also taught me about it. The prices are very reasonable, extremely quality work, and the staff are not just friendly, they feel like family! The mechanics will usually have you back on the road same day, or the following. They arent money hungry like other care places in Philadelphia they care about their customers! I went to a meineke in darby, and the staff was still so kind. This is an incredible place to get service done. I only go to meineke .

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE ! I come frustrated cause my car and I leave happy in a whole different mood ! I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . So patient , sweet , and the customer service 10/10 !! Alexis HerndonTruly an honest business! They restored my car completely for fair price! Engine light was on and my exhaust was rusted, they restored it with a beautiful job & engine light is gone. I enjoyed the service from Scott as he was very respectful & helpful. The mechanics know what they re doing and did their work effectively & efficiently. The waiting area is comfortable & clean. Car breaking down when you are visiting from another state can be a stressful experience, especially on a Saturday afternoon when most places are closed or near closing time. By chance/luck, we made it into Meineke as the car was shutting down. It was an alternator issue-replacing it would be approximately a 3 hour job. The staff willingly stayed way past closing time to replace it!! They did a great job repairing the truck and the price was fair! The staff was exceptional and super friendly!! Most importantly, we made it home safely!! Thank you!!

I left the car there early in the morning and when they diagnosed the problem, they called me to let me know the cost. They had the car back to me that evening with the problem resolved. Great work, friendly staff and no complaints.

This Meineke is outstanding. Mike and the crew run a tight ship. You can really see that their main concern is customer satisfaction. This time I took my 2011 Honda Pilot in for an exhaust repair. Amazing and respectful treatment along side high quality and warranted labor and parts. Feel free to spend your hard earned cash here, you will be satisfied!!(Please note that the labor was still in progress at the time of these images.)

Quick in and out inspection on the last Saturday of the month, & price was cheaper than next door. Only negative was dirty hand prints left on the door panel (no biggie).
