Referred to them from my regular mechanic-told I had an exhaust leak & studs were messed up, explained this to Tom. He was great - turned out to the turbo- 2 screws loose. Fixed in 1/2 hour -no charge. Will recommend them for their professionalism & honesty.

Good luck trying to get them to work on ur car. There is no point setting up appointments and getting email confirmations. It's a different issue every day on why they can't work on my car. Either cancel the appointment or give the customer a courtesy call.

Quick turn around. Nice folks to talk to. More than reasonable prices. Plus they will work with you to make sure you aren t paying for things you don t need. All around recommend.

Meineke did a great job at replacing both catalytic convertors I had on my 2008 vehicle. I didnt even know I had two of them and both were nearly clogged completely. The part had to be ordered and arrived sooner than expected and the mechanics were working on the car in the interim. They also identified a hose leak with a quick replacement. They finished the work within a reasonable time frame. Bob took the time to explain everything that was happening with my vehicle and went the extra mile.

I've been coming here for a while now. I won't take my car anywhere else. I work down the street and iam able to drop my car off for my routine oil change and pick it up before they close. Quick and easy. Very professional and offer coupons almost every time. Customer service is always great.

I was referred to them by another shop. And I m definitely thankful for that, they fixed my 05 Buick Lesbre. When every other shop was saying it was one thing Tom said give him a couple hours and it was fixed. Great shop I definitely recommend you visit my guy Tom.

I made an appt online but when I arrived there were vehicles before me. Ugh. The manager made me a new appt for the next day, and when I arrived I was able to sit and wait for my vehicle. I was in and out in under thirty minutes and the price was right on point. I will definitely be back. Thank you for great service.

I will definitely be coming back to Meineke for any problems I have. Everyone was very professional and I was able to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and air put in my tires in a hour.

My car is almost 50 years old and needed a custom exhaust. They had the car FINISHED in less than an hour and a half! And this car is almost 20' long!The guys were great, as was my entire experience. I would definitely go there again.

This has been my auto repair place for over twenty years. It has changed, however. I can t even wait for my car on site. He asks me to leave. You use to be able to wait in onWaiting area, but now this is a cold reception.

I came in had the abs , service traction , no hill assist on the guy at the front desk told me he did not want to steal my money and they they would be guessing to try and figure it out he told me to take my car to the dealership . Thank you front desk guy for not trying to get over and being honest

Had a issue with my vehicle. So Tom (manager) told me to stop by the next day. Not only was the the crew polite, they took care of the situation quickly and professionally. Tom and the crew are making a difference here way better than the last manager. By the way I'm only saying the crew cause I only knew Tom name . Will be back IF (hope not) I have another issue with my vehicle.

My catalytic converter got stolen and they were very quick with installing a new one. It took an hour from driving in to being told the car s fixed, and it s a high quality weld.

My 2011 Sonata had a leak located at the flex pipe. I was referred to this Meineke. The staff was professional informative and polite. Worst ever do not go there my experience was horrible they changed my oil and didn't put the cap back on.. my new Jeep was smoking all the oil leaked out and got all over the engine. I had to get my car towed to the dealership for them to replace the cap, oil and to see what was wrong.. extra money out of my pockets..they wrote me a check that didn't add up to what I've paid to fix what they've messed up ugh I'm so angry they didn't even call to apologize so unprofessional.. what made it worse is I had my 1 and 8 yr old with me that day and it was so hot outside

They diagnosed my problem fixed it in a timely manner. Very courteous and I was very happy with the outcome. I will definitely use them again. I needed my front catalytic converter fixed and now it runs very smoothly and doesn't hesitate.
