First of all Ashley is amazing from the time that I spoke to her she was a delight. She was able to get me an appointment the same day before the recent small storm. I was able to stay while my car was being worked on and get some work done in my laptop. Everyone was pleasant it was nice and quiet and I noticed everyone that came in was greater with a smile and treated like family. This is now my shop. I will be permanent customer at this location. Thank you so much Meineke and thank you Ashley, you re an angel.

The young lady,Ashley?,was very helpful on two occasions and I would come back again.Unfortunately An additional day my car wasnt worked on and a male voice unidentified was very rude and beligerant when checking on my car status.When I askef if my car was ready I was told rudely NO and We are closed(more than a half an hour before Closing time ),no reason given..Poor Poor customer Service Skills.Still would use Meineke again knowing Ashley? was working with me.If her day off in the middle day I WASNT given Good Job Performance and /or Good Service.

Went in for an inspection and was out fairly quickly. They gave me a detailed report of my car and let me know if anything may needed to be replaced. They were very professional and kind.

I have made this Meineke my go to car place. Ashley is fast, efficient and professional. The mechanics are always on the ball. They don t gouge you as far as price is concerned and I think all around they are a good place to do business with

Needed an inspection for an older car and received an outrageous estimate for repairs from another mechanic. A friend recommended Meineke and couldn t have been happier. While I knew there were some things that needed to be done, I felt that Meineke was honest and forthright and all repairs and inspection were done in a timely and professional manner.

We had our car at Meineke yesterday and they were (as usual) spectacular. I needed a few filters and an inspection and a new battery. They were efficient, kind and Ashley is the best.

John was very professional and personable. Brought car in for state inspection and oil change, even though my brakes passed, I knew I they needed to be replaced. Only criticism was the cost of the oil change. Thought I would get a little discount. Oh well, I ll be going back for all my car s needs!!

I was a walk-in on a Saturday to Meineke Car Care Center on Huntingdon Pike in Rockledge and Ashley was amazing helping me. My headlights were out.. the tech replaced them and I was on my way with no hassle. I would recommend Meineke Car Care Center and Ashley was great !!

I had checked out meineke because my old autobody shop didn t communicate with me at all. Not only did the rep from meineke communicate with me but also listened to my concerns and everything was taken care of for me in 2 hours! Definitely will be staying with meineke and going to them for all of my car needs from now on!

Extremely helpful - resolved the issue 3 other mechanics could not diagnose. They keep you updated & send notes of work being done on the vehicle. Highly recommend.

Totally DISSATISFIED . Went in for what My MECHANIC, considered as a Weld Pipe Fix & Left without a Repair & a Estimate for a USED Van. About the PRICE of a USED Car . I believe it s Called Price Gouging in Today s Economy. Just the Thought of It, almost making Me think about AUTOMOTIVE School . Do You HOMEWORK 1st & Before Visiting. Just My Thoughts. First off, I love dealing with Ashley. She does everything in her power the make the customers confident with all work being done and explains in detail any questions you have.The work that gets done is done right and thoroughly checked over to provide you with a safe and sound vehicle.Meineke also has convenient schedules and hours to do the do the job in a timely fashion.I love and trust Meineke with all my automobile needs. Great selection of services and competitive prices compared to any dealership.

I've been here a few times and never had an issue. This time the amount i was charged for an oil change was outrageous. So many random fees. Then went and got into my car and my steering wheel and shifter was covered in grease. So frustrating.

What their choice boys take it apart from two different things for my vehicle and the Lady, I guess she's the manager at the front point one attitude, but I'll never stop there again for anything.I want to take it there for an oil change if that's how she talks to people

First and foremost, Ashley s customer service is the best in business, and Meineke s service and pricing is acceptable is fit for all.New to the city of Philadelphia so I didn t really know where, or who to trust for a vehicle servicing.All the previous reviews absolutely remain true, Ashley is a phenomenal customer service representative who made me feel like I have been in the city for years.The service Michael conducted was expert level, and I feel safe and confident on the road on my truck.

I went in for an oil change. Service is great. Pricing is fair. Happy they are open on Saturdays. They give you a report on your vehicle with some additional issues that might need addressing but there is no pressure. It's a well run business.

I had an emergency yesterday. My battery died an hour before they closed.Let me start by saying, there are not enough words to explain the professionalism, and prompt attention I received from Ashley . She went above and beyond to help me. My new battery was installed in less than an hour. And I was on my way... every time I call, she is so nice and professional on the phone...I give her and the mechanics 10 Stars!!!!!!!!!

This was my second time using meineke the first time I came there I like how they inspected my whole entire car and sent me pictures of everything and how professional they was and I will also like to think Ashley at the car Care center on Huntington Pike and for my second time I took it back for the recommendations that they suggested and everything was perfect
