I called the night before and got an appointment at 8:00 a.m. I needed to get four tires and an inspection done at 8:00 they took my car back they were very professional very nice and I was finished by 8:30 great customer service I will be back and tell all my family.

They are very good at what they do! They are nice guys. Hard working guys. Intelligent. If you want to keep your car up in running correctly visit here every six months. And you should be good tell them Maine sent you!

Went there to get a used tire for a 2007 Volvo, they tried to charge me $75, and $175 for an alignment. I came here to read their reviews and see they not only tried to rip me off, but actually succeeded in doing it to other folks. They charge 25 to 50 percent more than most shops. Don t go here to fix your car, unless you like giving away free money.

I got an inspection for my car. The technician said it would take 30 to 45 minutes. That was accurate, and they called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready. Good customer service

I needed my tire plug while at work and this was the closest repair shop. They use a guy who has a mobile service and dosent know what he's doing. I was plugged and told him I needed to be t 36PSI cause the car was telling us it on the screen. He states my Jeep Cherokee should be at 33. I left and had to come back that day for air. I week later the plug is gone and had to get a new plug from my regular tire shop that was too far to get to. Don't use this place!!Service: Tires

I've been here a few times over the past few years and the service has been excellent. Everyone upholds a level of professionalism, honesty, kindness and integrity. The prices are fair and they do not try to find or makeup issues like other auto services/dealers. They are also very quick and respect your time.

This place is a family run business. The staff are honest and the prices are fair so I keep coming back. Mr McCoy is very clear about how much it costs and why. He's also honest about what is necessary and what could wait. For example, I went in to get my tire patched and I asked them to look at the breaks and they told me I could probably get at least another six months out of my breaks, so there was no need to change them now.This has become my go-to mechanic because I know I can ask them to diagnose a problem and give me an estimate without having to worry about what else the mechanic will find or being charged unexpected fees.

I had gotten a ridiculously high quote at the dealership after a minor accident and came here for a second opinion. I was able to get the repairs here instead and saved a TON of money. This was 8 months ago, no issues since. Spoke to Max this morning about my car and he was the best. He right away told me the prices and fees plus work that would take place. Just moved to Philly and already had great customer service. Even offered me a ride to and from work while my car is being serviced... outstanding!!!Kudos to you.Can t wait to see what type of work will be done.

Had a stalling issue on my truck.this was the closest shop to my job with best ratings. Needless to say they deserve it. Kind, courteous, and respectful. Unfortunately they couldn't diagnos the problem, they recommend contacting the dealer. Price was reasonable. Great experience will go again if need be. A++... Thanks McCoy's for bringing the trust back to auto shops

I came here because my car had an exhaust problem. Mr. McCoy was very nice and straight forward with the diagnostics. Not too excessive like Pepboys or Mieneke where they force you to pay $100 for diagnostics. McCoy's Auto charges reasonable prices. I would have given 5 stars but the repairs took longer than expected (almost 6 hours --my car was the only one being serviced) on a Friday. Regardless, I was satisfied in the end and I'll definitely be coming back.

I was a nervous first time driver and was afraid that I will be over charged for my services because I did not know anything about cars. The owner diagnosed the problem, showed me what needs to be worked on and even explained step by step what his mechanics are doing. He even works with you and goes above his duties to make sure you are a happy satisfied customer. I am truly happy with this company, the owner is so sweet and his staff is wonderful.

They changed $150 for just the glass of the mirror probably a $15 dollar piece of glass. I thought there was something with the wires and it was a hour or two job so that s why I paid it then I said something when I watched them just pop it on and the guy said he felt bad clearly because he ripped me off and gave me $40 back but 110 for a piece of glass is crazy I had to just leave for work but I got ripped off bad

They need to work on their professionalism. My issue seemed funny to the staff. I'd already gotten diagnostic estimates from two other shops. Neither of those calls were unprofessional, and one quoted the same cost as McCoy's. Guess where I'm going.

I called up McCoys and they were able to take me in for an inspection. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The young lady was very warm kind. They take walk ins, (I tried going to dealerships and they were booked for like two weeks)! I harldy drive since I am so close to Center City... I almost forgot about my inspection until yesterday! Thanks guys!

ASK ABOUT PRICING UP FRONT!!! And bring cash as their credit card machine was down. I m so disappointed as the other reviews were so positive. I went in for a simple oil change and was drastically OVERCHARGED!! Go at your own risk. I m beyond disappointed with this place and will never return.

Friendly, fixed what needed to be fixed and told us what could be held off on but that would need to be addressed in the future. Prices were reasonable as well. Happy to have finally found our shop in Philly!

I took my car here to have it inspected and to have my O2 sensors replaced. They did a great job and I will definitely be taking my car back for any future maintenance.

First they misdiagnosed my car problem and charged me over $1500 to fix it I came back days later to pick up my car and I still had a check engine light so after they got my money they said " it MIGHT be your cars computer" which can cost upwards of $2000 to fix. Most of the mechanics are under 23 y/o with no real mechanic experience. If you dont wanna get scammed STAY AWAYService: Electrical

This place shows no professionalism. Can't even get an alignment done right. They had a little kid doing it. I'm pretty sure this is one of the places where they change your oil out for used oil. Can't trust shops these days, all they want is money in exchange for bad services.

They told me it'll be $80 just to check the battery when it's free at pep boys! I'm not sure if they are trying to rip me off because I am a woman, but it is definitely way over the top pricy.

The gentlemen at this place treated me fairly and respectfully. They took the time to explain what was wrong and what they did to fix it. If I ever have any issues in the future, there's no doubt I'll return here.

Have been going here for a number of years. Mr. McCoy will give it to you straight. He will not take advantage of women's knowledge. Fair pricing.
