I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit late October, that experience was exhausting, while a was doing closing paperwork I notice that by mistake they were selling me a lesser model. So, I had to sit an extra 1 1/2 hrs. so the right paperwork can be process. My purchased was done out of state. No problem there until I needed a front license bracket which the sales rep. said was shipped to my address this has been going on for 5 weeks going on 6. (no Bracket). So, I am changing my positive rating to negative because they cannot deliver on his promise of the part. What a shame!!!

I was hesitant because my credit isn t the best! But when I sat down with Joe Coppola, i knew I d leave with a car. He was patient and he explained everything clearly and honest not just trying to get a sale. The process didn t take long and I left with a 2020. I wanna thank Joe and Chris Haruch for helping me get into a vehicle. Make sure you stop pass and speak to Joe Coppola ,he s understand will work with you the best way possible. Matt Blatt aims to please their customers and I would definitely recommend!!!

Worked with Greg Lazer and had a wonderful experience. There wasn't any sneaky negotiation but rather clear honest pricing. The customer service experience at purchase was seamless. They went above and beyond to ensure the processing time went quickly and smoothly. Would absolutely work with Greg and this dealership again.

**Don't bring your car here**Operator extremely rude. I asked for her name and she hung up the phone multiple times. I'm asking in regards of an service update regarding a tow. I asked for a manager and supposedly the manager gave me a call but there was no such call made to me. Terrible customer service and the tone was very unprofessional. Furthermore, I was disappointed to hear that no courtesy car is offered, especially considering my car will be out of commission until January 2024. This added inconvenience has further contributed to my overall dissatisfaction.

A while back I dropped my 21 GCL off for scheduled service updates. Dropped it off the night prior with very specific instructions to do a connect update and to do a service bulletin update to the telematics (even included the TSB number).Called for pickup the next day and when I got there the paperwork showed nothing at all done. I questioned the manager and asked if any updates were performed. He said he'd have to ask his techs what was done. This took over an hour. So basically nothing was done and they likely then did the connect update.Fast forward a month later. My jeep app which I had a subscription to stopped working. After a lot of back and forth customer service wirelessly checked into my telematics and said it was very old and hasn't been updated which is why the app won't work anymore. The dealership never did the TSB I specifically asked them to do.So basically I wasted my time and money (had to take an uber home after dropping it off and uber for pickup). I will not return to this dealership.

So my Jeep broke in the middle of the road only two weeks after a service! I called them they put me in touch with a towing company. 3hrs later still no towing truck has showed up (still waiting in my freezing car as writing this)! I called the service department asking what s the deal since I have to go to work on Monday, they yell at me saying it s weekend so we can t get to your car anytime soon!! And we don t provide loaner cars either !!Way to go on not having ANY UNDERSTANDING about the situation and providing the worst non-service possible!!

The service attendant Marcel makes you feel welcome and keep you well informed on the progress of the work that's being done as well as the cost..this was great..the waiting area is very clean and comfortable with waters and coffee..

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!A few months ago I took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT in for service. A sales person asked if I thought about selling. I told this person if the figures were right, I would. While the Jeep was there for service they checked it out and offered me $15,000. Needles to say I laughed at them.Unfortunately recently the Jeep was hit and totaled, my insurance company valued the Jeep well over $40,000! I walked away heart-broken because my Jeep was totaled, but I got paid more than $40,000. Why was Matt Blatt offering $15,000?DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

As soon as we walked in we felt at home. We were offered drinks. We had our two youngest kids with us and the girl at the desk held our son and was so loving. They even let me go upstairs to the offices to change him. We came there with little hope and left with a brand new car. Very thankful

I came because I was having issues with my keyless fob. I parked my car and was met at the door by Steve! He was happy to assist me and made sure my issue was resolved within 10 minutes. Thanks Steve!

I recently went to the Matt Blatt Philadelphia dealership and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Salesman Richie . Richie s customer service is unmatched . He is dedicated to getting his customers the best deals and lowest prices . I did not feel pressured in any way and I felt as though he was treating me like family .My husband was unable to be there and Richie took the extra time to explain things twice and spoke with my husband on the phone to make sure we were all on the same page in regards to different pricing for leases and/or financing to purchase. All sales associates are helpful as well and all worked together . I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in leasing or purchasing any vehicle but especially Jeep Wranglers . Ask for Richie and you will not be disappointed he s very welcoming ,professional and defines customer service !

UPDATE: Matt Blatt management reached out to try to make things right which is why the star rating has been increased.////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////This was my first time using the Service Center at Matt Blatt since the transition from Family.I must say that the difference in the customer experience is remarkable between the two dealerships, with Matt Blatt coming across as less professional and less customer-service oriented.When using my Jeep Wave benefits, Family always coordinated my complimentary car rental through Enterprise down the street. Even when I made my service appointment (for 3/17/23), I made it clear to the Matt Blatt representative that I would be using this benefit and to notate my appointment as such so that there would be no surprises on the day of.Well, on the day of during the check-in process, my service advisor, Angel M., stated that Matt Blatt was still working out a contract issue for car rentals (note, the transition from Family happened months ago in November). He handed me a "VIP Summary Report" which clearly showed my Existing Mopar Vehicle Protection Plan which includes a (1) day car rental. Angel further stated that he could have someone take me over to Enterprise but that I would need to effectively sort out the rental. When I arrived at Enterprise, the agent quickly noticed that the paperwork did not include a billing account #, at which point he called over to Matt Blatt for clarification. After being placed on an exceptionally long hold, a representative from Matt Blatt relayed to Enterprise that they would not be covering the rental which is in my service agreement.Not only did Matt Blatt waste my time by sending me over to Enterprise when they knew they would not honor my service plan, they also failed to complete the Tire Rotation which is included in the same plan. I even called the service department and left a message (and texted the service advisor) about this, but no one had the professionalism to reply.Customer #D56673; Invoice #103284; Tag #520Service: Oil change

Went in with no knowledge or idea of what kind of car i was interested in, my sales rep Luke Kaschak was amazing! He answered all of the questions that i was asking and pointed me in the right direction for a car that fits my budget and needs! If you in the market for a car I highly recommend Luke!
