I recently had a fantastic experience at matrix the mechanic shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to explain the repairs that were needed. The mechanics were highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they completed the work efficiently and effectively.

I'm going to try to make this long story as short as I can. I came to this place because my engine light was on and I thought the previous owner still worked there. To my surprise, there's a new owner. They told me they weren't gonna be able to fix my car that day which was cool. They had my car for four days and on the fourth day I stood the whole day in the lobby area waiting for them to fix it. While fixing the car, I was told my car may not be able to be fixed and the engine would fail. The issue with my car was the camshaft sensor which I had already knew from going to Autozone. They were already working on my car so I had no choice but to stay and deal with the rigmarole. They told me I needed to get a new engine oil pan and I even got an oil change. I was initially quoted $330 which was cool until they came back after they finished with a bill of $2700. How? For what? I didn't have extensive labor. They had put on so many unnecessary charges and thought I wouldn't be able to notice the crooked charges. It was very dramatic in that place for no reason. I do not bash businesses or harshly critique them. I hope you take this as a warning and proceed with caution. That isn't how you treat people if you want a repeat customer. They practice bad business there and made my whole experience a nightmare.

Someone stole my cat converter. I took my car to the Matrix. I thought it would take several days. They replaced it lighting fast. I was up and running in like 2 days. They did a great job I will stop by again. Thanks!Service: WeldingService: Welding

I've never had a better experience when it comes to getting my car serviced. Extremely professional, willing to explain any and everything, and able to provide great and reasonable references. The owner bought me lunch/dinner after they fixed the wrong hub bearing, also did the right side for free, the original price was the best quote around and I called midas,minekie, and a few private. Matrix does it all. I am getting body work done. The guys are respectful,place is very busy, the owner turned no one away that day. I will recommend and go back most definitely. Ask for Erik. Owner. Good work good service. Happy customer!!

Very fast an efficient. I always interact with someone there name Erick, Erick assures me that he's going to take care of my auto repairs and I've never had to bring my car back because the work wasn't right. I had my Honda Accord inspected., I needed an upper ball joint an back breaks to pass inspection. The shop I was at charged '$400. For the Job. Matrix was over a Hundred dollars less then that. I was very happy.

They did an amazing job with my breaks, im definitely never going anywhere else with any car issues. Everyone was so helpful. Although they get busy but they work fast and efficient for the amount of work they get.

I have an older model VolkswagenIn which i took to an import specialistThey wanted to charge me 2500 dollars to replace the turbo..i had a feeling he had overcharged me in the past...... so i decided to take my car to Matrix the owner and staff were very informative and patient. ..they only charged me 900 bucks AND MY CAR HAS BEEN RUNNING GREAT EVERSINCETHANKS MATRIX....You have made a new customer out of me.

I was supposed to drive to Baltimore yesterday when my car wouldn t start. I called Matrix and they allowed me to get my car towed to them, found the problem, got a new battery and fixed it all before 5pm! The prices are very reasonable and as a woman, going to a mechanic can be difficult, and they were nothing but kind and respectful. I would HIGHLY recommend Matrix for any of your car needs!Service: Battery

Wish I knew I went the other day after speaking with an employee on the phone the day before said they would fix my power steering leak for me gave me an estimate and all and than the next day I went got there like 30mins early because my truck was leaking power steering fluid bad and needed to pull up to the shop a little earlier got there at 9:30am they were supposed to open at 10am it was pouring out I sat there in my truck at the gate until 11am they never opened so I ended up taking it somewhere else!

Truly amazing service in an emergency situation. Fair prices, walked me through everything that was wrong, and actually showed me in action so that I was sure I was being treated fairly. Couldn't recommend more.

This is a very good repair shop. Especially if your car needs a major repair job. Sometimes it gets very busy and overcrowded with cars needing repair, but their work is fast and exceptional

As a woman, it is hard to find reliable mechanics. But they are reliable, respectful, knowledgeable and they educate you. I refer all of my female friends to them. They are trustworthy.
