First off let me say that Tyrone has great customer service! My experience with this Maaco location has exceeded my expectations! I bought my car in on Monday and received it back on Wednesday! Wow! Love that! My new car had a dent in it, I m guessing it happened when it was being transported to me so the car company paid for it and Maaco was one of the approved locations where I could get it fixed! I am very glad I chose Maaco. I am so happy with the work they did and my car looks like it never had dents or scrapes on it!!!

Great customer service and honest & fair pricing! T-Payne was so friendly. I got my car back the next day and was happy with the job. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I wanted to write this review to say how wonderful T-Payne is. I have a Toyota Corolla and I bought my car to Maaco at 5091 Umbria Street on Tuesday morning. T-Payne was so patient and kind in answering all of my questions and he mentioned that the car would be ready either Friday or Monday. I had rented a car and I called T-Payne several times to ask how things were going. He didn't get impatient with me for calling and he was always polite. He told me that the car would be ready by Friday. Because of the Memorial Day holiday I wasn't expecting the car to be painted by Friday but it was ready. As a result I was able to return the rental car sooner than expected and saved money. The car looks fabulous and I am extremely happy. Maaco did an excellent job . T-Payne represents Maaco in a professional and considerate way and I know this makes Maaco proud to have such an employee.Service: Painting

The service was amazing and the process was extremely fast. John was able to explain to extreme detail of what needed to be fixed and/or replaced. Also what was amazing was the fact I got my car exactly at the time John told me it would be returned.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I would highly recommend this MAACO franchise. They gave me the best price for my bumper paint job, and that estimate price did not go up. The manager, Tyrone, provided an accurate timeframe for the car to be in the shop and was easily reachable over the phone.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Walked in and was greeted by a guy who looked like he needed something to do. Lol. He got right up hand shake let's go. Checked the car drew up some paperwork and I was out.... it's $750(Mike Epps)...want a deposit..naw we gud....ok. What just happened...and it's supposed to be ready on Monday(4 day turn around)

I felt the service was good until I found and pointed out a problem in the paint job that was do then, Tyrone became very short and not accommodating to me... They definitely need more than one person to work the front answering the phone and taking customers...Service: PaintingService: Painting

I am so happy with the paint job done on my Honda accord! Not only does the paint job look great, they cleaned up my headlights as well, no charge. The customer service was exceptional. They said it would be done in 3 days and it ended up taking a day and 1/2 instead. Super convenient! I will definitely be going here again and also recommending to my friends and family.

Maaco quoted very reasonable price when I compared it to a few others. Great customer service. They did an excellent paint job on a new fender and bumper that had to be replaced and painted. It looks like new! I would use them again for any paint job! Quality service!

I contacted this Maaco location after my car was rear-ended. From the first call, Mark has been incredibly kind and accommodating.Brought the car to receive a free evaluation which was smooth and transparent.Unfortunately due to insurance delay I did not receive the funds for the repair of the car until over a month later(!), which meant I had to hold off on scheduling an appointment for the repair.Mark and his team were completely understanding, even though they had already ordered the parts in advance (obviously we did not predict this kind of a delay).When things finally worked out with the insurance company, the repair was scheduled and done beautifully and in the time frame specified.Very happy to have landed on a great professional service that truly cares about their customers. Mark-- you are the best, I hope your business continues to thrive. Thank you!

Joe and his team were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The body repair job was excellent. It literally looks brand new. Maaco took my car in immediately and got the work done pretty quickly. The cost was also about half of what the other body shops quoted me. Excellent job guys!! 100% recommend using them!!!

Fair pricing, sincere customer service, quick and high quality product. I went to this location after receiving a paint quote I felt was a little high. Tyrone went over my car with me and pointed out what my options could be. I dropped the car off and luckily was able to get it two days later. The person that detailed my car, Jose, made the car look almost brand new. I did not expect to get this much value for my dollar, and I would not hesitate to return should I need my car painted.

Wonderful customer service. Tyrone helped me get parts to reduce the cost. Had rust that one of their craftsman worked magic. Paint looks like new on my 2005 Honda Accord. Absolutely met my high expectations. Highly recommend.

This place is AWESOME! I called ahead and let them I know had a scratch from the front of my car wheel well, to the end of my drivers side door. He told me to bring the car in and he will give it a look and estimate.Less then 45min later, I was leaving with a scratch free truck.Thank you guys! It is extremely refreshing to receive great customer service and service in general. Keep it up!

Where should I start? I recently got into a car accident where I was struck while idling at a red light. Luckily, I was okay and only suffered minor injuries. After the accident, I was left with many questions about where to get my car repaired? Would the work be quality? Can I trust the mechanics? A close friend of mine was in a similar situation recently and referred me to the MAACO on 5091 Umbria Street in Philadelphia. I called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for an evaluation. Upon my arrival, I was instantly greeted by a warm and welcoming staff, most notable John. John answered every question I had with outstanding professional etiquette, relieved me of any stresses I had, and gave me a tour of the facility. By giving me the tour, I learned how they repair the vehicles and was shown how detailed the process was. This crash course on automotive body work reaffirmed my choice to choose this shop and created a sense of overwhelming ease. Two weeks later, I picked up my truck. I was instantly awestruck with the precision and brilliance to detail that my truck displayed. It looked better that day than the day I purchased the vehicle. In good faith I would recommend this shop, John, and his staff to my closest friends and family. I had an excellent experience at Maaco in Roxborough on Umbria. The paint on my car was peeling pretty bad and chipping in several places, with some rusted spots. They fixed the rust spots and repainted the whole car. I got it back 1 week later and the paint looked great, like brand new. I had a great experience with Tyrone. My first time getting bodywork done- I was really nervous I d get ripped off and had called around to a couple of places that weren t very kind or accommodating. It is really hard for me to get time off work but Tyrone was very accommodating for my schedule and time. He made me feel super comfortable and explained everything and answered all of my countless questions. A little bit of kindness goes a long way and I am extremely grateful. Shout out to T Payne!!!! Getting your car fixed is never fun but you made it 10000x better!

We were so happy with the service, price and quality of our body work and paint job. The quote was far cheaper than anywhere else we tried. Everything was done quickly and without drama. They even gave us a ride to our hire car. We definitely recommend this business to anyone and will use them again in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. "T Payne" is the most incompetent, unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure to interact with. I had called to bring in my car, he told me to bring it in whenever and he would get me right in (because he doesn't look at appointment bookings). I brought it in when I told him I would and he said it was too busy and to bring it back the following Monday. I did and then he couldn't guarantee when he could get me back my car. He would disappear multiple times throughout our conversation (at one point I saw him running laps around the building) and when I would ask questions (such as why it would take so long to repair a surface scratch) he would interrupt me to ask "why are you mad at me?" like we were in some kind of psychotic relationship in his head. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.Service: Painting

Half the price of the other 2 places I went to get estimates. They did a perfect job. Perfect. My car has a pearl Tricia so it couldn t have been easy to match color perfectly. They did match color perfectly.

I have been a customer of Maaco on Umbria St for over a year. They did paint and body work on several of my vehicles, as well as for several friends and family members. The quality of the work here is great, the price is unbeatable, and they are genuinely nice guys to deal with. You will not be disappointed!

Despite my constant communications, initiated by me, T. Payne (Tyrone) still didn't order a part for my car in a timely fashion so of course that delayed things. I dropped it off on a Monday and was told it would be complete by that Thursday/Friday. I called on Thursday for a status and they hadn't even STARTED working on my car and Tyrone asked if I could pick it up on Monday. So my car sat there for 4 days and nothing was done to it and no one even called me first to tell me about the delay, I had to call them! I immediately called a Lyft so I could go get my car, while I was there I peeped 2 dudes in the garage standing around on their cell phones not working. I wouldn't suggest taking your car here unless you like having your time wasted. Poor communication poor service.
