I have never changed the oil for $90, this is crazy. They never tell you the price before the oil change, I used to change it for $70 and car wash included. Can you imagine that? This is ridiculous, never come back again. Guys, I don t recommend you this place to take their services

Very good customer service and satisfaction, oil change service was absolutely great and fast. Very affordable prices and very nice owner and employees! Definitely highly recommended and will be coming back more often and referraling all family and friends to come here! Thanks Luz for great service

I went to do oil changes there. I saw someone under the car, I didn t really care. I drove to them with full gas tank, after they done I drove two minutes with the car. My car didn t had no gas mann, they took the gas. It was empty. I had no leak no nothing. This is crazy.

Went to them for a oil change , and the whole week my car was leaking oil found out they didn t tighten my oil filter all the way and they put a REAL CHEAP filter on it

I have gotten gypped off ( ripped off) by many mechanics but so far LUZ INSTANT OIL CHANGE has been true to their name. They are quick and provide good service. They are honest about what your car needs and they never try to sell me on anything, only what I ask of them.

I have been coming here quite often since 2020 and Luz always does a fabulous job. I have a Toyota Prius, and they take very good care of my car. I am so happy that they have expanded their services. At first, they only did oil changes. I used to have to get car serviced elsewhere. But now, they do all kinds of things like inspections and brakes. It s definitely a one stop shop and very inexpensive!Services: Tires, Oil change

Outstanding service always makes me feel welcomed from a basic oil change from the staff crew and the manager :-) will recommend to a friend or family member !Quick service and well knowledge staff so ask away and I am sure they will give you the answer

They are robbing customers. I bought my own oil and filter and asked them to change it they wanted to charge me $40 just to change the oil. I asked them over and over i am using my own oil & filter they were like yea we charge $40 if ur using ur own oil. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Came here after Midas messed up my appointment. This place is the best I found so far in the city. Went there for an oil change. They also found an issue they fixed and put air in one of our tires. Received a free car wash too. Was all done in about 20 minutes. No waiting for the engine to cool down. Best place hands down! Very reasonable prices.

I usually take my car to Speedy Lube to get the free car wash with the oil change but the car wash were closed due to rain. I have never paid more than $33 for a oil change. These people at this place doubled charged me. THESE GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF RIP OFFS!!!

If you brought your own oil and filter they gonna charge you 30$ And after changing the oil they doesn t even bother to check the oil gauge in order to make sure the oil level is in accordance with the guidelines of the manufacture and above all they refuse to give you receipt of the money you pay and plus they don t accept card payments. Only cash and no receipt. Means you have no evidence of changing oil if anything goes wrong with your engine. CarefulService: Oil change

The most unprofessional of the northeast Philadelphia brought my car 2011 Toyota Prius to get my oil changed. They just put my car on the bay drained the oil and put the plug back in did not change my oil filter. I confronted the guy told him you didn t change the oil filter he lied right to my face saying he did. I asked him to show the filter he refused very unprofessional people. I did not want to keep arguing with them felt very unsafe to a point I thought they would propably get violent. I would not recommend anyone to this business. I paid and left out and will never go there again. I hope they will go out of business.

All I can say is that Bashir (the owner) is a stand-up guy..In Oct I went to him for a front brake job. The job was done however in the processthe abs sensors were both damaged from age and the force of removing the rotors.He stood behind the work and after some time and several setbacks he replaced the sensors at his expense.You don t hear about these things these days as I was more than grateful. Take it from me the other bad reviews here we re looking for a freebie.He s a man of his word and runs a respectable shopHands down I wouldn t hesitate to go backThank YouServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

They changed my oil, I paid 105 dollars for it. When I leave and pull into my driveway there is a ton of oil dripping onto my driveway. I immediately went back and walked with the supposed technician, and they said it was oil that came out while changing filter, very unprofessional and they did not refund me my money. Do not go here they will charge you too dollar and have oil all over your vehicleService: Oil change

These guys are really unprofessional. They f up my new car. Toyota camry 2018. After oil change with them at night all engine oil leak becuase the didn't tight the gas kit properly after change oil. After oil change with them my car still in toyota workshop and I paid lot of money to fix my car. Please please make sure if you go to them to change the oil. I should sue them. I have profe that you guys didn't done your work properly and ruined my car because of unprofessional work.

Arrived and was greeted by a service consultant. He provided updates on service progress and shortly after advised all was completed with no further issues to address at the time. Paid for services rendered and was on my way pretty quickly. Overall, a great and speedy experience keep up the good work also special thanks to Bashir.

This place is located next to the laundry mat.. wash your clothes and get an oil change while you wait! Nice people.. no wait on a Saturday! Cheaper than jiffy lube on a discount. Looks like jiffy lube like a replica... They helped me with another problem and help and fixed it.. I found my new friends

Please do not go here!!! They don t know sht, very unprofessional people that work on cars not real mechanics! They brake ur stuff more , don t be a cheap ,Pay a little more and go somewhere else, thank me later..
