I like their operation, but the Vehicle inspection isn't part of a Oil change. I respect that, but I was never told how many Lube fittings I have and they listed the wrong engine size. Not sure if I have the right Oil filter.

I love this place. They are down to earth. They don t bit off more than they can chew. I ve been with these guys for over 7 years and have no complaints. You re paying for good service.

I changed the oil in all my cars for more than 6 years. I have 7 cars and I never got a free oil change because I did not keep the key chain. When I collected the medal stamp 7 times, I went to change the oil for my wife s car and forgot the wallet in my car. I did not know that there was a 5 dollar fee. I asked to use cash app or zelle to send the 5 dollars. They did not accept and asked me to leave until I could get the 5 dollars. I will find another place better than someone who did not value my time and work with them.

BEWARE !!!Do not take bring your vehicle here!!!!Owner/workers do not own up to their mistakes.One of the workers drove my truck too fast through garage and damaged front bumper/signal lights and fluid has now drained from somewhere.Owner is trying to blame my brakes.Truck was drivien over 3 miles before getting to garage. No problem w brakes.Wish businesses like these never existed.Bunch of slime balls.

Oil change done, had me in and out in 20 minutes. Showed me how low my power steering was also and topped off... guy who works at the counter is very knowledgeable and honest. Very reasonable prices too

Very surprised today by the lady at the counter being passive aggressive towards me by telling me patience is virtue after she allowed 3 people to go in front of me. I m not sure if she s having a bad day or whatever but she doesn t have to give me bad customer service bc she s upset. I came here 3 weeks ago for the Gold Package which includes brake inspection and she told me all I got was an oil change and filter changed but that s not true. My brake fluid light came on today and after they checked my brakes it went to $435 3 weeks ago everything was ok.Then I tried to pass my phone to car mechanic and he didn t want to touch my phone of course I m the only black person there and I don t want to make it about race but she did treat me differently than everyone in there and no right to tell me patience is virtue.

I been going to this place for a year for oil change i lost my key change for the free oil change and they didnt want to do it because i didnt have it mine you that they have my name phone number and car resgister in their system that they can check if you have it or not but seen they disnt want to check had it to pay the oil when i have for free ..the same way you gain a client thats the same way you loose it..everytime I go their when they tell me my car need to change something I do it mine you i can do it somewhere else but seen i thought they was so good with their client i just prefer to do everything their.If you guy at least tell their client the first time they go there if they loose there key change they would loose their free oil change.thank you for the service provide to me but this was the last time i go there.

this qas the 1st time i actually went to a shop to get an oil change rather then my mechanic friend & go figure i was a qt and 1/2 of oil low not even a week later and theres no leak. Their prices used to be affordable but they went up just like everything else also.

First time going there, and am very happy with the service. Quick, efficient, and friendly. First come, first serve for those who are new like me, but they set you up and line up the car to get you in and out.

My experience at lube master is that they are honest and enjoyable people. I have been knowing Al an Shaun for years. Very professional . I would recommend anyone to come an get any type of work done. It's worth it. The whole staff is A plus with me.

What's up Google Maps. Anyway Me & My Husband we used to live in the Mayfair section about 8 years ago. 2 years we're awesome from are old landlord. We used to live at Frankford House Apartments the last apartment complex next to Wissinoming Park. Anyway my husband has been taking care of his car every 6 months and always fixing his car just in case there's any problems with it. He's on top of it, when it comes to his car. He has been going to this place about 5 to 6 years and the Manager Sean seems to know what he's doing and knows a lot about cars. His price's are very reasonable. He doesn't make anyone wait 5 to 6 hours for there car to be done. Their very fast and great service. Oh btw They have a big sign up for all the Women out there who drives every Tuesday it's Woman Day u get a Discount off. Anyway for me I don't drive my husband does, just thought that the people should know, anyway they have Fresh coffee for their customers and fresh pretzels from Wawa. Giving this place a 5 Star because their business cares about their customers. Stay Safe God Bless .

Finding a good mechanic is hard to do, but I ve been coming here for about five years and always receive great service. The staff are all very friendly and always provide quality service to our cars. If there are any issues, they are up front about the problems and will show them to you on the car so you can understand what work needs to be done and charge a fair rate for the work. Definitely a great mechanic!

I have been to this place for oil changes and have always received a pleasant smile from EVERYONE, greeted by all, received A+ Service on my vehicle, and competitive prices. This time was no different, except I had some major work done this time...Catalytic Converter went, exhaust Manifold and some other stuff...took 1 day and I got it back today. Excellent work, my vehicle is purrrrring like a baby kitten.I highly recommend this place for all your car needs. Wonderful Customer Service from beginning to end. Great work and the ambience in the office is beautiful just like the Staff. 2015 Equinox Lady!UPDATE: 2023...I am still here and these guys are still here helping me with my vehicle..my hubby and I love these guys. I always feel like family here...Hey Shawn!

Fast convenient affordable and customer service is always great. Mechanics are knowledgeable and helpful with letting you know what needs to be done. Trish is always so happy to see you greets you with a smile and makes you feel so welcomed I am a very happy customer I ll pay a lil more to have this type of customer service that cares about you and your vehicle

Went here for an oil change. I got the gold package they were very honest on what I needed for my car. And the service was fast I didn't wait long at all. I'm definitely going here from now on for oil changes. The staff was very friendly.

I had would highly recommend that if you need an oil change or anything, that you check this place out before anyone else in this industry. Today was my first experience with them. I have a Crystler 300S and always pay at least 100 dollars or more for every oil change I have had with this automobile. They charge so much less then everyone else, and it s very welcoming and chilling environment in the waiting room.Service: Oil change

Since moving to this neighborhood they've been honest and reliable. There customer service and there effectiveness in fixing your car is like no other. Can be pricey, but you pay for good quality of work and service. You can tell why they've been in business for so long.
