They provide good service at times, but they really need to stop switching up prices and what they tell people. For instance, if you tell someone its a warranty on their tire when it gets welded, you need to provide a specific time and documentation needs to be presented stating that with signatures. If you do provide great business continue to do so and not gauge on your prices.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They good at changing tires, but when I went to go get my car inspected I found out they gave me winter tires when it s the summer time. When I approached them about it They refused to take accountability and instead of changing the tires to all seasonal tires, they wanted to charge me more money to swap the tires. For those that don t know nothing about tires and is looking for people to trust, this company ain t it.

Went in for front tires and balancing. The tires were no problem but they broke both of my sensors. Charged me for one replacement and threw the other broken sensor in the wheel. They also only balanced one tire!!!!!! Horrible place. Will never return.

Stopped in here because I needed brakes. I ended up replacing the brakes and rotors. The service was fast, affordable and the quality of the work was surprisingly good. I was impressed by the staff, they were all friendly, hard working people.Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any car repair services.

I ran over a bolt that flattened my tire. I went in to see them and they had the tire plugged and inflated within minutes. Only $15 to go from flat to rolling. They prevented me from being late downtown and saved my schedule!

They are great whenever I need work done, it s always at my conscience and their prices are right!Very seldom when I go maybe a little wait depends on how many are there before you, they usually will tell you if they notice you from your car to maybe come back or explain to you the wait time.If they don t notice you then just walk in, they will be at your service because usually everyone in their is busy working.Best part is they don t keep your car for days and they let you know the availability and the time it takes to get the job done.If they aren t able to then they will refer you to someone else they trust.Thanks,From A Regular Customer

I saw all the good reviews so I decided to go and get a new tire from these guys! I bought two new tires from Firestone and they put the new tires on the back and rotated the back tires to the front, where one of them was nearly done on tread compared to the other. These guys at Bobo gave me a pretty nice meaty tire close enough to match the other. Got the job done quick, and allow people to see the work done in an open space. Very great first experience so far. At first gave 4 stars because I generally get skeptical of car places taking advantage so I didn't want to just straight up give the benefit of the doubt, but came back the next day to rotate the new tires to the front since I forgot to do that when I went the first time. They're so friendly, fast and efficient!I definitely recommend to go here for tire service!!The cost was $45 for the used tire and I paid $100 for a spare tire since I never had one in my car when I first got it. Paid $20 for tire rotation + balancing. Good deal and reasonable pricing!! 100% Going back in the future. Check em out y'all :)

I needed work done on my Rims and new tires installed. The Rim work was fire , they worked quickly and the work was top notch. Big shout out to Jay who got this all set right for me. We have more business to do. Thanks

They will scam you out your money and then lie to your face! I went in for a tire replacement and was charge $50. MEN who were there with the same size tire paid less than I did. When confronted they tried to lie and say they gave me two tires when I only got one. They do not accept accountability and take advantage of women.

Last week had my child's car towed to them to get used tires on her car the tires are 50 dollars a piece they tell me I need tires on my car I asked how much reply was 50 I tell them I be back next week I come back he now wants 60 I tell him it was 50 last week he then say OK then 50 I then left went to another tire shop I got 2 tires for 90 I then returned to this place and told them what you guys are doing is wrong and you lost out on 100 because of greed I will never go back there because of the deception it's really sad

On August 31st 2022, I recommended my daughter to get a used tire. I went previously and was charged 50$ for my Jeep Patriot. My daughter has a Hyundai Elantra and was charged same price. When me and my male friend came to this shop same day no later than 5 mins. The manager going to say she bought 2 tires, lies. So when my daughter returned I was already cussing and my friend trying to talk and make sense of his pricing. This shop is greedy and racist. In the heart of a black community they want to set up shop and take advantage of young black females. Not sure how many other young black females they did this to but not mines. This lying crook gave us back 15$, should've been 25$ since she bought 2 right. I really wanted the tire off and refunded my daughter. You live n learn. There is a black owned tire shop right up the street. 16th n Belffeild to be exact. I went and was charged 45$ for my used tire. This type of greed needs to be stop. God sees all and one day you are going to answer for your greed.

This is the best place to go when you get a flat tire. I drove up, I waited about 10 minutes as the guy efficiently worked on another vehicle.He then looked at my flat tire, showed me where it was I fixable. Put a new tire on and it was $40 flat rate.Excellent, reliable , efficient service. I would recommend everyone to use this business.

This is a great place, these guys are fast friendly, and organized. For tire repair and brakes this is my place. Bathroom was clean, they gave me a cold bottle of water on a hot day 5 stars for these guys. THANKS FOR GETTING ME BACK ON THE ROAD SO FAST.....

Charged slightly more than quoted and didn't give my old tires back until I requested them! If my old tires are good ask the customer if they want them back! Spares are good to have!

Just looking at these reviews I can tell that some of them are inconsistent to what the reality is, all I know is I went to get my tires changed and rim fixed and they worked with me even tho I didn't have all the money also they took the the time to check everything in my vehicle including my fluids thanks Toros great job!!!

This was pleasant experience. We had 2 flats they were fixed in a heartbeat. We were out of there. The tires we're good and the price and the service were right on time.

The guys there were great. I had tires changed at another location and they didn't balance them. Bobo's was recommended and I went first thing in the morning and they had me in and out.

Very friendly and helpful people. They saw that one of my tires was the wrong size for my car and changed it for me they also put new tire pressure caps on the tires also free of charge.
