I took my motorcycle there to be fixed. It was my first time and I was very impressed. They kept me informed daily about the process of my bike, they and find you the best deals on parts, they had my bike done in a timely matter as they promised. Great service and communication.

Took my bike in for some mods crash bar, horn, radiator cover and a tune up! Herb checked her over tuned her up and found and engine bolt issue and a fuel line issue ( to say I am happy he noticed and fixed it)Kept me in the loop the entire time I have another issue that I m bringing her back for( y all know how kooky our bikes can be).No one will touch my bike but Herb from now on These guys ROCK!!!Services: Tires, Engine repair, Oil change

These guys have great service and they are about there word. I went to them for service on my carbs and and when they were done with the repairs , and I got my bike the first time I had no knowledge that the gas in my tank was potentially gunky and dirty,so when I started the bike once I got home It started for a minute then shut off. At that time I was very frustrated and called the shop these guys will never leave you high and dry and I respect that because after telling them the issue that I was having they then explained to me what happened and then they resolved the issue that I was having. They will never let a bike leave the shop not running! And that s the truth!A+++Service: Carburetor cleaning

I took my bike in for the first time here, and I will be back.Asked for an estimate from Denise and was provided parts and labor upfront for front brake pads, rear shoes, a fork seal job, & oil change. Above that, Herb installed a battery I provided, removed a nail and checked a tire, and replace a bolt on my license plate assembly. Came to about $650, couple hundred over the estimate which I found was fair considering Herb had to bleed the brake line and finesse/clean the front brake caliper to get it to work in addition to having to drill out a recessed stripped fork bolt. Herb even put in my battery gratis after I paid my invoice.A little respect goes a long way I have found.

Brought my 1981 Honda CM200T to Keystone to get looked at. Herb did an amazing job with the bike. Things that had driven me crazy for the past 4 years were resolved. Top end on the bike went from low 50s to over 60mph.... all this out of a 40 year old 200. Bike sounds great, pulls great and feels great. Super nice professional people! Work is done well and timely at reasonable prices, they ll go through exactly what they did to your bike. Add in a super cute friendly dog A++. Best place to take your bike in the city.

I went you to this shop they tried to charge me $600 to do work and fix something that I did not ask them to fix the owner wife she was very disrespectful yelling and screaming and cursing at me, and her husband took my bike apart and messed my bike up. I changed my mind about getting my bike fixed and when I went to pick it up he did not put it back the way when I first brought it there, these people is irresposible and disrespectful and arrogant and they might be a little racist I think if you change your mind about getting the work done ....WATCH OUT these people appear to be nice but they are very unprofessional especially if you don't get your bike repairs there and you change your mind I would never deal with these kind of people again I gave them $150 for something that I did not ask them to do they gave me $10 back told me that they put a hole in one of my gas lines and gave me $10 for gas they broke my neon lights that I had on my bike and I had a extra fan put on the bike that was making loud noise when I turn the switch on I asked him to come out and look at it he said I didn't touch that and then he turned around went back in his shop that's not good business please do not take your bike to this shop...now it's 3 days later and they are calling and harassing me I will be calling the local authorities

Amazing local south Philly shop. Great friendly ownership who are very communicative, fair on price, and have the customer's best interests in mind. Will be my go to shop as long as I'm in Philly.

It wasn't a very good experience I took my bike to them 14th of April I didn't get my bike back until the 16th of May the stuff that I hired them 2 do herb Butchart my handlebars and wiring inside my handlebars kept changing the prices up on me him and his wife do not know how to talk to people This Is 2020 it is no room for racism with all the stuff going on in the world I advise any people of color I would not go there these people here is some real trouble folks they just stole $800 from me if I could give them no stars and be able to write this review I wood I let them sell it everybody else has the problem when they are the problem and I mean just butchered my bike

I called the day before and he told me to come before 10:30am, as he said i got there before 10:30am but he said it was full for the day. I insisted and mentioned how he told me before 10:30 today and he replied I DONT CARE. I went there in the run with an appointment and nothing mattered. What a poor service

I called this business to inquire about a part, unlike the websites claim of if not in stock they could order it, the lady simply said she did not have the part and wouldn t have that kinda part in stock since it is a relatively small business. Very disappointing, since the site says differently.

This shop Does not deserve any kind of Rating it was the worst experience I ever had with a motorcycle shop I been riding bikes all my life 61 years old I've been to plenty of motorcycle shops in my life this was the worst brought my bike in running Had to call a tow Truck to get it out I brought him A set of Pipes to in stole It took over a month and the Parts were make shift He burnt my battery And tried to charge me $580 Told me he put a new battery in a and it still didn't work took it to the Harley dealer they called me up a few days later and told me it was my battery this Guy knows nothing about motorcycles stay away!!!!
